Then I hear "well the guy is supposed to come back with me, blah blah blah". I'm not sure if she's just having a bad day or what but, I recommend you find a different job. This job requires customer service (which you lack) and the knowledge of at least what the store sale and general automotive stuff. I'm not surprised about the other reviews 3 stars and lower.

The adaptor was $7.68 and it is not as strong as the ones made for impact guns. The parking lot is a little small. The parking lot for the auto zone down the street is much easier to find parking in. Advanced auto parts on evergreen way has a huge parking lot. So if you have to tinker with your car a little, that one has plenty of space. I forgot my wallet! But luckily I was able to pay with Apple Pay, thank goodness.

(O'Reilly didn't have the tools to open my fob and it felt like customer service over there were having a not so great day; tone and stuff were not welcoming...) Autozone has the small tools needed to open the key fob since it's a very small screw. As soon as we walked in, they were friendly! We met up with Jose who was humorous! He inputted the battery for FREE!! Unfortunately they didn't have anymore batteries here but we will be back and owe him some tacos! Hahaha Jose is so nice and helpful! Please keep him! So after looking for a bit, I went to the counter where a very nice guy helped me out after helping someone else. But before that occurred, this same employee who wasn't in uniform looked at me and walked into the break room they have behind the counter in between the storage isles. That is when I started playing the video of me waiting there. Not only did he not ask me if I needed help finding anything, he also left his coworker to handle the other customer and myself. The nice employee helped me find where it was in the store, but unfortunately they were out of stock. 3 stars goes to the gentleman who helped me. My card was stolen. I went to the store and said that I had a credit balance but my card had been…read morestolen. They said they couldn't help me with that in the Everett, WA store, and that without the card I couldn't access my credit balance by any other means. They gave me a new card and said to register it online. I've attempted to register the new card, which I've had now for a couple of weeks, and the website says my "membership can't be verified." I signed up for a new account on Autozone.com but there was no place to add my new card number. Apparently the Autozone.com user account and the Autozonerewards user account are two different things? I'm through with Autozone. I hate this sort of runaround! The IRS is easier and simpler to deal with than Autozone's loyalty program. PS: I attempted to enter this comment on their website when cancelling my autozone.com account to clue them in. The site gave an error and said "please enter a valid reason for cancelling your account." I cut the text out and replaced it with "you suck" and it that was apparently acceptable. They must be used to that remark, but aren't capable of receiving constructive criticism. Go to a real auto parts store that doesn't have this mickey mouse gimmick of a "rewards" program.

When the question he asked was repeated to him over the phone he then hung up. We called back and asked if he'd like to hang up on us again he said 'yep' and hung up again for a second time. When we arrived at the store approx 5 min (6:50ish) later Jon was clearly in the back, and we told the associate that he was helping us. He said ok and went back to get him but all of a sudden he wasn't there. Then we explained the situation to the associate helping us with the current manager right there. He then got a attitude and disappeared in the back when he was confronted about talking to us like we were idiots. The manager took over got our part with no apologies or anything for their employees and their behavior. On a positive note the O'Reilly Auto Parts in silver lake, WA off 112th didn't have our part but the guy who helped up was on point and super cool helping us look for 30-45 mins.

I had just bought the car from a private seller and unbeknownst to me, it had only one working light (yes, I know, I should have checked, so there's a free PSA). Anyhow, we got to AutoZone about an hour before closing and we were helped by Paul. I fully expected to just pick up the lights and we would install them ourselves. Paul generously offered to help with the install of everything! Because I had three bulbs out, it took a good amount of time. It was cold, and dark, but Paul was really kind about it. He was friendly and as he helped us out, he shared how much he enjoyed working on cars, coming from a long line of mechanics. Really, he went above and beyond helping us out. It looks like AutoZone supports their team members with Professional Training -- get this man a mechanic's license! I hope that Paul is supported in his endeavors with as much generosity he showed to the two of us trying to get home safely. Nice work, AutoZone in Mill Creek!

The employee quickly went to the front and turned down the music and changed it to music which was softer to listen too. I was unable to find a catalog book to find which filter I needed to purchase. I went up to the front desk and waited for several minutes waiting for an employee to assist me. As I know there is an Auto Zone about 2 blocks away, I left and purchased my filter there.
