Staff is pretty unprofessional, being the customer, the one spending money (as opposed to the one getting paid) and having to keep being the one to keep them from blowing up and getting rude is not very comforting. We were able to get a decent deal, but when they changed the numbers from a previously already agreed number (they went up) I tried to clarify and the manager just talked over me, would not listen and when I tried to very calmly explain what I had been told before he snapped and said "then have a good day because I'm not going to help you anymore." Our sales person Alex was very helpful at first but as soon as she had texted us the incorrect numbers, clarifying it was like pulling teeth and she got defensive and rude. The idea that I had to talk THEM off a ledge just to clarify something is pretty wild. Most likely would not shop here again and unless they're giving you a great deal it's not worth their attitude. Update: Even worse than originally thought, 3 weeks later and paperwork still not completed, we have filled out everything they sent us they had to resend paperwork 3 times, their manager called and said "fill out the paperwork or bring back the car" which we did, then they had the wrong info despite me sending it to them over and over again which prevented us from even being able to receive part of the paperwork. Worst dealership buying experience I have ever had by tenfold, buyer beware steer clear. read more

Avoid this Nissan service. A month ago I brought my truck in after another Nissan - Olympia failed to torque a brake caliper bolt. After this Nissan addressed the issue - a different tire did the same behavior - I can't drive my truck for safety reasons. I need a tow truck and a rental. I called and asked for Cory or Brett at 3pm. I was told they would call me. They didn't - I called back in. They had left for the day. We brought in a 2000 Pathfinder that still is not running well at all. It was there for a week of diagnostics and than fixed as they replaced sensors. That did not fix the issue. Was told that the check engine light needed to be on to figute out why it is sputtering still. Then when it did told it needed another sensor. Again back in and they replaced that. It did not fix it and now it is still running on maybe 3 cylinders. Of course each time we contacted them. The last time we called we never got a call back from them. Never were we told if this doesn't work it might be this exc. So out $3000 as they threw parts at it hoping it would solve whatever is happening. Horrible about service as the vehicle is not safely drivable and nothing has changed. Horrible about communication. Diagnosis is not throwing parts at the owners expense. We have been a repeat customer of this business. I never cared for how they operated in the service department. This is my husband's rig. I am appalled as I use another dealership/different brand who treats my vehicle and me professionally. Everything about my service experience was convenient and extremely efficient I was able to reserve a time slot for the next business day. Rob Vanheise was extremely professional, yielded excellent customer service. I greatly appreciate him remaining in contact during the duration of my service appointment, he provided full explanation of each recommended service. I also want to note that each recommended service was accompanied with a picture and rating to ensure full transparency. Communication can improve with the sales team with their other colleagues. I've reached out 2 weeks ago and was promised a call back from finance department through a sales rep and never got a call back. Got a hold of Blake who is a sales manger supposedly and was very rude. He definitely needs more training in dealing how to be cordial to customers and learning how to handle stressful situations , especially since he has a manger title. I do not believe that he should be a manger, he catches an attitude really quick and acts as he does not know how to navigate customers. read more

I recently visited, and purchased a preowned vehicle, from Nissan of Everett. I had the pleasure of working with Yancey Bybee, a Nissan car sales specialist, at the dealership. The entire purchasing process at Nissan of Everett was a totally positive experience. Yancey was extremely helpful, encouraging, transparent, and went out of her way to help facilitate the sale. I had selected a preowned Murano and was given the opportunity to take it to an independent auto repair shop for a thorough inspection. There were a few minor issues found. Yancey, along with her sales management team, negotiated a lower price to meet the repair expenses. All in all, an exceptional experience, including their finance department. We purchased a 2022 Nissan Titan in May of this year. It currently has less than 20K miles on it. The truck overheated in rush hour traffic and my husband parked it and then the next morning we took it to Campbell Nelson Nissan in Everett. We left it for service and the next day were told it was ready and that the cooling system was a little low and had an air bubble in it which is what caused the overheating. As this seemed odd we questioned it and were told it was one of the lead techs that had diagnosed the issue and we were good to go. Truck overheated again and as we did not want to drive it back due to the overheating we called Nissan roadside assistance. They sent a tow truck but never told us that we would be charged for a AAA membership? Is this not a service provided by Nissan? My card was charged without my consent for a 1 year AAA membership. Now the truck is now back at dealer. New diagnosis is the fan is not adjusting speed when the vehicle starts to get hot. Of course fan not in stock. We bring the truck home and when the fan is in stock we take back. Take in on Friday and told will be done by the end of the day. Not done Friday, not done Saturday, Not done Monday and no call with update? Now it is Tues....... I called and they can't seem to figure out if the vehicle is ready as the advisor is out today. Very disappointing experience visiting Nissan Everett recently. Their financial guy (Blake) was very rude and not cooperative at all. He demonstrated no respect to clients. Never trust their prices on the website - that is a scam and fishing. In reality they decline almost all advertised discounts, add extra fees on a top trying to squeez extra money from your pockets. Purchased a new car through this company. Paid with a cashiers check in full. Received a notice for my first payment. Say what?? Jumped through hoops to find out where my cashiers check was. Had to do a stop payment and get a different one. Their service department is a joke. Tried calling them regarding a possible recall in August of 2023. Had to leave a message asking for a return call. It is now close to the end of January 2024, they have never returned our call. This is typical of them. Horrible communications. I hope this review will save the next customer a lot of headache and frustration. I'm not even sure where to begin because it has been such an unpleasant experience since I drove away with TWO new cars from this dealership. I walked into this dealership on August 11, 2024 to inquire about trading in my Nissan Murano and possibly buying a second car for my son. The dealership was able to make both deals work and I walked away with two new Nissan Ariyas. This is where the joy stops. I received the plates for one of the cars about two weeks after the purchase and now on September 30, 2024, I still have not received the plates for the second car. I also get emails daily from the lender on the Murano I traded in, stating that the loan is past due. I do everything I can to make sure I never have late pays and keep my credit in good standing (why I qualified for two new cars), so to still have this loan not paid off 49 days later is completely unacceptable. I have already made payments on both new cars after I contacted Nissan financing to ask what to do because I still had no information from Nissan of Everett on how or where to make my payment. I was told an email was sent with the information and I just missed it, which was false because three days later I miraculously received a welcome email and a letter in the mail with a bill for my payments. I have sent so many emails to Elmer who was the finance person on my loan, to be ignored over and over again. After contacting the manager, I was told that Elmer was out of the office for a week and that was why I hadn't heard from him. Again, completely unacceptable. If I was to treat my clients like this, I would not have a job anymore. I have been lied to way too many times by Elmer to ever want to do business here again. When I finally did hear from Elmer, he told me that the payoff on my former car was sent on August 22, 2024. This can't be true because now it is September 30 and the lender still has not received the payoff. Even if this was true, why am I still being ignored and why is ELMER not making sure that the payoff has been received by the lender?!!! The bottom line is that this dealership treats you very well until the sale is final and then your are completely dropped. I would also like to add that I have purchased seven Nissans prior to this, but eight and nine were the first with this dealership. Being a loyal Nissan customer for over 20 years, I know this is not how the company operates. If you are considering a Nissan, I would recommend Nissan 100 times over any other company, but I would definitely find another dealership to purchase it from and NOT from Nissan of Everett. read more

Took our 2010 Xterra in to have the ABS system repaired they not only missed their commitment for completing but they failed to notify us of our car rear window being smashed out, if we would not have called to check on the status we would not have known until even the next day, it took them another week to get our window replaced when the window was smashed in their was a huge scratch on the tail gate and I told them they could fix right or I would have it done and send them the bill the service manager at least up to that point I thought was a decent kid, but his statement that he was doing me a favor to have a body shop fix it because it could have happened anywhere just pissed me off and I reminded him that it happened at this dealership and under his watch. We've been working with Ray Ishak at Campbell Nissan since 2013, and have bought or leased 4 vehicles from him. We live in Renton so Campbell is definitely not convenient for us. The reason we keep coming back is because they have been excellent every time, both in terms of service and price. They beat the competition in both categories. If you are looking for a dealership that plays the old school high pressure car salesman games, you will not find that here. Sadly we did experience these tactics at the Nissan dealership in Renton. I've been taking my Rogue for oil change every half year or so to maintain. I believe the dealership has gone through an ownership change about 1 year ago? I didn't have too much complain until a few years ago. When I needed 30000 miles maintenance, they told me it's $800+ while Bellevue Nissan charged $350. Then they changed what's included in the oil change price, excluding alignment. Then they didn't tell me the turn signal light is almost gone at the last appt while they are supposed to inspect my car with the oil change. I pointed out after the oil change was done and they fixed. And this time, I pointed out another light is blinking fast which means the light is almost gone. They wanted to charge $40 just for changing the light bulb. I think I've had enough. Will go to a different place from now on. read more

I need a few things on my car replaced, so I called, and the first guy who answered the phone was nice, and sounded friendly, and said he'd transfer me to the right department and even said to have a nice day, but the service department guy answered with a "what do you need," and when I asked if he couple price a few things I needed replaced on my car, he waited a few seconds and said, "wanna tell me a little more about what needs to be done?" I told him, and he said, "alright, I'm talking to a customer, give me a couple minutes," and a couple other things that I couldn't hear because he was mumbling, and then when I was in "hold," there was no hold music, as if he just sat me down on the counter and was playing games on his phone. I bought a 2021 Frontier back in June of 21, 1500 miles in the motor started knocking. I took the truck in, and Campbell service department claimed the noise was normal. I got a lawyer to sue Nissan over the knocking problem. it took a few months but Nissan finally sent out a specialist, asked me to turn the truck on, and within 15 seconds he agreed to give me a new motor. Fast forward 2 months later, I went to pick up my truck with a new motor in it, and saw a crack across my windshield. The service agent asked me if it was there before, I said it wasn't. He then admitted he hadn't seen it a couple of days ago. He knew my truck did not come in like that, and tried to play it off like it had been cracked before it was given to them. DO yourself a favor, do not buy a garbage Nissan, and do not buy, or have Campbell Nissan work on your vehicles, they are clowns. UPDATE 1/12/2022 5:52 pm The service clowns at Campbell Nissan wanted to use MY insurance to fix the windshield, if they pay the deductible. They break my windshield, but want me to use my insurance. Religiously took Pathfinder to Campbell for service since it was new. On most recent maintenance service (113k miles), they performed a multi point inspection but also noted that car needed (1) serpentine belt replaced $340 (2) left bank valve cover oil leak $1298 (3) rack & pinion leaking $1742!!!! Took car to an independent repair shop for a second opinion. First thing they did was to completely degrease the engine area of concern for further inspection. They kept car for several days and reported that NO trouble was found requiring extensive/expensive repair. Did find slight oil leak at drivers side cam holder which did not pose a fire hazard at this time and did not recommend laborious expense to replace a $5 part. Not now anyway. Will monitor leakage in the future. They did find a very dirty air filter and a dirty fuel filter and replaced both items. Why didn't the dealer note these items as well? Last time Campbell will ever see me. Morale of the story. Take car to an independent facility for a 2nd opinion. read more

One of the worst car service experiences I have ever had. I brought my Rogue in for a 70,000 mile service and was told it would take an hour for an oil change. Three hours later when I got the employees at the service desk to step away from their pizza party they said my car was done and gave me a little off for the long wait. As I was leaving I see they did a 50,00 mile oil change, didn't even wash it like they promise and then proceeded to text me a list of services they recommend and say I declined. Now I'm looking for a new mechanic to see if they even did any work or if they did if they did any damage. read more
