I will never come back to this dealership again. I brought my car in for scheduled routine maintenance, made an appointment a week ahead of time, get there and they estimated 3 hours. After waiting for 5 hours, with ZERO customer service as to updating me after its already been 4 hours, I finally go ask, and they tell me ANOTHER hour. Who has the time to sit around for over 6 hours? Absolutely ridiculous. They don't even have the courtesy of offering you a loaner or ride home (because Mill Creek is apparently too far) Needless to say, I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING to this place again. read more

Just before Xmas my sister and I went to this dealership hoping to get a used Bolt EV before the new year. Nathan helped us to select and purchase one the same day. We were to come back to collect the car later (so I could bring my checkbook with me). But Nathan kindly delivered the car at our door a couple of days later, saving us a 48 miles drive to/from the dealership (24 miles each way). I was also really pleased with the work that I had done on my car and liked how fast they were able to get it finished. The whole process was super easy; I made an appointment online, went in and got checked in and then just had to rest easy knowing they were going to work their magic. It also didn't feel excessively expensive, which is always a plus. I have had my car serviced multiple times and it has always been an amazing experience. Casey has successfully troubleshot issues that seemed impossible. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn't think of taking my car to another dealership, it's out of the question. As an old school Gen Xer, I think there should be some semblance of good service, good product, and human decency. I looked for a car for six months. If anyone wants to reach out for specifics, I'm happy to give details. Most importantly (and in the abstract), the team at Everett Cheverolet worked hard for me even when I wasn't there (emailing proposals and car searching in good faith) and gave me the fairest numbers by FAR over Evergreen (Issaquah) and Good (Renton). Specifically, ask for Walter Olson. He's new, and genuinely enthusiastic in his role and customer interaction. He knows his Chevys and if he doesn't he is happy to ask so he can give you legit info. Also, Joey on the desk works hard, definitely wants to sell cars but in a manner that suggests a slant toward clients (repeat and referrals) than just trying to squeeze the most out of each transaction and treating people as replaceable (I was explicitly told at Good Cheverolet, "the only transaction that matters is the one in front of us."). I intend to be a long-term client (I want to get a new body Vette next) or if I want a different make... I'll patiently look among the preowned inventory from their extensive dealer network. I have nothing but love for this dealership and while i don't want to give the dealership a 1 star review, I have to because of my experience. I went to the dealership the week prior to the issue that I was facing with the blind side alerts and check engine sign. for the check engine sign they said it was the O2 sensor that was bad. got it repaired and while heading back home, the-check engine sign came up again. I call and they call me back and this time they tell me the entire catalytic converter needs to be changed. how did they not pick this up when they were inspecting it. They told me to go to a different mechanic as they charge a lot to repair the catalytic converter. they also said I need to do it soon because if I don't the new o2 sensors will go bad again so there goes -$350. As for the blind side alert system, they found that the control module was cracked and needed to be replaced. There goes -$135 for them just plugging something in to the car and finding the issue. The day of the part repair, I get a call late in the evening and now there are other problem with the same related issue. The harnesses are eroded and needs to be repaired ($4000+ labor and parts). So what's the point of getting a $135 inspection the prior week and not stating the issue then and bring it up during the repair. Also after the inspection, on the paper, it states "also tested for any broken/ damaged wires heading back to the side detection...and found no broken/ damage wires heading back". They already placed the control module, so there goes $690 + tax. And from my understanding, the harness needs to be repaired to get the blind side alert to work. So as a costumer I am not trying to bash on the dealership, I am just trying to put this out so that they know that this problem could have been found sooner, had they done the inspection correctly. If I was informed right after the inspection and not during the repair, I would not have done the control module replacement and saved $690+ tax as-well as the o2 sensors. I would have first fixed the catalytic converter and then install the o2 sensors. Wasted over $1500 in total for everything to get NOTHING fixed!! Not to mention the countless time I had to revisit the dealership. Also I had my AC died out on me. The dealership quoted me $1200+ for AC condenser replacement. Took the car to a nearby mechanic, they saw no issue with the condenser, recharged it with freon and left as a happy costumer paying only $100. If you reply to the message: "We value our clients and your feedback so we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your situation to try and regain your confidence back in our dealership" then give me a call. you have my contact info. read more

9 engine light repair visits. $30k+ in repairs - covered by warranty, thankfully. I bought a new 2021 Silverado 1500 Duramax in 2021 and the problems continue. For $52k you'd think you'd get a reliable vehicle. I won't go into every repair but it's involved the DEF/emissions system. After the 3rd or 4th visit when they had to take apart the entire front end of the truck to replace the wire harness, I asked my service guy, Stephen, if there's a vehicle replacement program or something in my warranty to get another vehicle. I asked two separate visits. He said talk to the dealerships sales team to do a trade in... after the most recent check engine light last week he stated I was already eligible for the GM buyback program after the 3rd visit. Real shady if you ask me. Chevrolet of Everett's slogan, "Your trusted dealership in Western Washington" obviously doesn't translate to their service department. I called GM 6/19 to to start the buy back process and didn't receive a call back until 3 days later 6/22. I had picked up the truck "repaired" 6/21. GM stated I was eligible for the program but to be approved the truck needs to be in the shop being repaired during the process. Luckily, the turnaround for "repairs" at the dealership is speedy but how the GM process works is going to put me in an endless cycle. I use the truck for my small business and this is my primary vehicle as well. I need to tow trailers for my business and am out of luck if I'm provided a warranty rental during repairs because Enterprise doesn't allow their vehicles to be used to tow. This is my busy season and I would like to not use my own funds to rent a truck I can actually use once the engine light comes back on. My truck now sounds likes it's always towing something even when it's not, loud chunky diesel sound, it has been fairly quiet for the entirety of ownership. Also, one of my very first concerns still exists. The DEF level sensor always says it's full or nearly full but when I'm actually close to out of DEF I get a warning pop up on the screen with a count down of miles left for the fluid. Long story short. I've gone full circle and my truck is not fixed. I feel lied to about a vehicle replacement and the system in place to get this corrected is not in favor of the customer, especially in this unique circumstance. Why would I trade in to dealership when I know it has the issues? Would the dealership sell it to some other schmuck? I have a soul. GM needs to get this vehicle off the road and the issues completely fixed. This experience is reaching the peak of my stress limits because, like I said, this is the beginning of my busy season and I can't afford to let down my customers... Chevrolet of Everett and GM seem to not have the same mentality. Side note: I've looked online at forums for owners of new Durmax's the last few years and this is a known issue. Yet, each time I dropped it off for service the first 6 times I got the same answer, "that's so weird, we've never seen this before." read more

service department is awful. I've been trying to get a part since February. I was notified by Chevrolet was now available and to schedule with the dealer. I was told the part was ordered but I don't think it ever was. I kept checking back every couple weeks but part was never there and every time no one could find my order. It's now almost July and I still don't have any answers. i keep getting notices from Chevrolet to order, now two parts, but Chevrolet of Everett has no clue nor will they ever call me back to update me. I have had my vehicle there twice to get this done only to be told at the end of the day they dont have my parts and can't tell me why it when they can get them. There's a painful disparity between the sales and service departments here, unfortunately. Purchasing my car was a joy. Service for my car was a scam. When I purchased my vehicle, the dealership threw in three free oil changes, which I considered a nice touch. I didn't realize their friendly gesture of thanks came with invisible fine print. When I showed up for my scheduled second oil change, I was told that the offer had expired. The oil changes offered at "no cost" needed to be claimed within a year. My car requires oil changes just once a year or every 10,000 miles. The sales representative who sold me the vehicle explained that to me at the time of purchase. I provided the same explanation to the service agent and it was ignored. My second "free" oil change cost $100. I offer my experience as a cautionary tale. Even if you think your service is covered by a warranty or a promotion, get a verification in writing when you schedule an appointment. Personally, I plan to go a different direction and take my business elsewhere. read more

The Gen6 camaros are very nice cars, too bad the reliability is suspect. Had this been out of the warranty period, the cost would have been thousands of dollars, likely five figures including parts and labor. Make sure you demand lifetime power train warranty on the V8 cars for sure. Otherwise, look at another manufacturer. read more

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership using joydrive- everything is done online/phone (texts, calls, emails) and the dealership delivers your car. You have 5 days to return. I don't necessarily have complaints about the purchasing part- took longer than normal with all the going back and forth but part of that was my busy schedule. I did have to reach out to joydrive because I wasn't getting a response from my sales agent but they got in touch right after joydrive reached out to them. They pushed my delivery date out because traffic was bad. Then delivered the car with an empty tank of gas, which I've never purchased a car and not had my tank filled. Both annoying but not a deal breaker. On the 6th day of owning this car, a 2016 Toyota Highlander, I went to pick up my infant from daycare- and it wouldn't start. The battery and connectors were all corroded. We cleaned it up and I got a jump and was able to get to my son. I called the dealership and my sales agent was off so they transferred me to the internet sales manager, I believe her name was Michelle. This was at 1:30pm on Weds, now over an week ago. She said she needed to do something investigating' and would call me back, she'd be there til 6pm. Still waiting for that call. I texted Joydrive (how they communicate) and was told to reach out to Chevrolet of Everett), obviously I already had. I then emailed and followed up with Kourtney my sales agent on Thursday and still haven't heard back from her either. I bought a $30,000 car. The issue wasn't an expensive one, and I've already taken care of it..but the issue is their customer service. Your MANAGER doesn't return customer calls? You lost a customer over $100 battery. After calling to confirm a week later they became unresponsive to my requests until the day of delivery when they informed me they had already sold it. I am now trying to get them to refund my deposit. After telling me that they sold the car I had a deposit on they "maybe we can get you one by the end of the year but no promises." I took my vehicle to Everett Chevrolet to have the airbag inflator replaced under recall. When the service department called to confirm my vehicle was ready for pick up, he stated that my brake fluid needed to be flushed. This raised a red flag because my vehicle just had this service completed at the same facility nine months prior and shouldn't need it again. Additionally, why were they inspecting brake fluid condition when all I asked them to do was perform the recall? I stated my concern to the service manager and he explained that on every recall service job, they do a once over on the vehicle to make sure its in operating order. In the case of the brake fluid needing a flush, he stated they mixed up my vehicle with another one in the shop and that it wouldn't actually be necessary. Two concerns; 1) was this also the case 9 months ago? 2) If my vehicle is inspected on every visit, why were two of my tires still reading low tire pressure after I received my vehicle? Lastly, when my vehicle was brought in 9 months prior, I was also told I had an oil pan gasket leak and that they wanted $500+ to replace the gasket. For starters, the duramax engine uses RTV, not a gasket. When I got the vehicle home I had inspected it myself and discovered that oil had leaked from the PCV valve down the side of the engine block. A quick googling had shown this is actually a common problem on the duramax. I take my vehicle to the dealership because I expect high quality customer service and most importantly, knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy service techs. On that day I feel like I didn't get either and will not be back when I purchase my next Duramax. read more

I bough a new jeep from them and when I brought it in for my first oil change one of their technicians stole my $300 sunglasses as well as not tightening my oil filter all the way. They did not take responsibility and blamed me for losing it, I am very carful with my things and I had them in my car that day. Looked at a 2016 Metallic Grey Trd Off road. Took it in for a mechanics inspection and found the power steering pump leaking oil badly and the front brakes at 2mm and 4mm respectively. Spoke to the salesman Eddie, who informed me that this was unacceptable by their "standards", and was told that this truck could no longer be sold right now due to the information I told them and found upon inspection. Apparently this is unacceptable at this Chevrolet location as said by Eddie and he proceeded to tell me he would have their service department go over the vehicle once more to verify my findings and he would be in contact with me the next day. We were told that this type of vehicle being sold on their lot was unacceptable according to their "standards" and I'd be the first person to here from them the next day when they were able to look at it and let me know what they found. I never heard from anyone the following day, and due to them telling me this was not able to be sold I would have thought they would have taken it down from their website for safety standards, but they did not. It was on the website 24 hours later. This dealership is obviously looking for someone not willing to have a reputable person inspect the vehicle and is looking for a immediate sight, and purchase. . STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Apparently they don't like people telling them how unsafe and mechanically unsound the vehicles they list.. read more

From the salesman blowing our speakers, to telling me the "clicking/clanking" sound in my front end is water "sloshing" around in my battery, to it taking 3 people, 2 dealerships, 3 trips, 400+ miles, and 2-3 weeks to simply install a trailer brake module (4 wires, pre-wired from factory,) to the Service Manager Scott blowing off our appointment. I have a copy of my service records, from day 1. They paint a picture of laziness, incompetence, and scamming behavior. Avoid this dealership at all cost.
