However the platinum wash was not getting my car clean every time. So I was considering halting the membership . But, lo and behold, the car wash machine made the decision for me by CRACKING MY WINDSHIELD. This was not just a small crack . It's super long and spans the driver and passenger sides of the car. There was no nick small crack prior to entering the car wash. The car wash associates were understanding when I told them I needed to cancel my future membership due to the damage. I also, asked if I could get a refund on the $39 membership for this month. They told me that the manager would reach out to me but the manager has not called. Why doesn't the manager give the associates the authority to process a simple refund? The manager must be a control freak ! I guess the manager who does not show up to "work" at a car wash where the customers and machine do all the work is a lazy, incompetent person with poor customer service skills. Seriously, I gave the manager a chance and waited. In the nearly 2 weeks while I waited it been such a hassle to replace the windshield. I had to make an appointment at auto glass replacement, showed up, then they told me the windshield was bit there. So I went elsewhere, had to work with my insurance who will only pay a portion of the $2000 after I pay the deductible . Save yourself the trouble . It's a dirty business that doesn't refund a violated customer.

Haven't been to a car wash in a long time so I don't know if that is a lot or not. I will say that the added $5 fee for a large vehicle was not cool as it doesn't say that in their website. It is only an SUV. Overall: I was really impressed by the experience. The staff was nice, the car was cleaned really well, and the value acceptable. The loss of a star is solely due to the surprise of an extra $5 charge for a large vehicle, even though it is not advertised on their website. I will definitely return in the future.

However, I'm writing this review so others can be aware of how they handle problems. During my last wash, their tech accidentally damaged the wire connector to my radar system. When I brought this to management's attention, they completely denied responsibility and said "you should have brought this up sooner." No apology, no offer to help resolve a $150 repair, despite being a loyal customer for years. The disappointing part isn't that accidents happen - they do. It's the complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation. After thousands of dollars spent and referring multiple family members, even a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. They operate like they have a monopoly, but they don't.
