Date: October 8th Time: Around 4:00 AM I've been a 7-Eleven customer and rewards member for over 10 years, but after what happened tonight, I honestly don't even want to step into another one again. All I asked for was to warm up my food and to get a spoon and four classic utensils. That's it -- nothing complicated, nothing free. But the employee with the mustache who was working at that time refused everything with the rudest attitude possible. I even asked him just for a little bit of help, and he said no again. It's unbelievable that at 4 in the morning, when the store is empty and it costs them absolutely nothing to help a loyal customer, someone like that chooses to act like this. Completely disrespectful and careless. The owner -- Mr. Man -- should really know what kind of employee is representing his business at night. This person is ruining the store's reputation and driving away customers who've supported 7-Eleven for years. This was, without question, the worst 7-Eleven experience of my life. I'll make sure everyone knows how badly customers are treated here. read more

I have been coming to the same store for years but lately the Cashier Employee actitud is poor

I got "banned" from coming back because I complained about the flavored hot coffee spewing out dirty, brown murky water and wasting 3 coffee cups ROFL! the Filipino/Mexican girl was so PO-ed. because you can't do your job and clean the machines and actually make the coffee your mad at me? trust me you couldn't pay me to come back. The fact that you can't even spell cappuccino - but instead spell it "Capachino" - is also more hilarious. Very sad I didn't get a picture of that. But it goes to show the level of education you have. Go ahead and ban me if it makes you feel better. But do your job and take constructive criticism - or are those terms too broad for you as well? Or just keep your nose on your phone because that's more important. Hope you read this because you refused to listen to me while I was there. For those reading this, I had a coupon for free coffee otherwise I wouldn't come here. Reading the "caramel capachino" already had a negative impact on me. 1st cup spewed out chunks of white clots, which I assumed was the "sugar" along with brown liquid water. Like diarrhea and not even coffee/creamer color. 2nd came out yellow water. Like wtf is this? Third cup went back to diarrhea color. Nope not going to drink that. Disguised I opted for the mango hot chocolate because that was the only other flavor that sounded mildly interesting. That came out normal. So if you decide to come here for coffee, don't. I threw the 3 cups away and the clerk pulled it out and told me I'm not allowed to do that. even though the diarrhea was literally leaking onto the counter lol. Okay. Wow! For the First time I've seen hot pizza and Taquitos ready to go! This was the main reason I wouldn't visit this location. It seems like there may be new management running the show. The layout is a bit off lighting is bad It's almost feels like a cheap liquor store. Clerks were always cranky but I think I might have to visit a bit more often from now on. read more

Terrible service the nobody said hello or even acknowledge me when I walked in along with that not only do they not have napkins they also don't have the paper slurpy cups along with that if it spills you can't get another cup to put the spilt one inside of another cup or they'll try to charge you for two full price slurpys for an empty cup I understand if they would've want to charge me a couple cents for the cup $4 for an empty cup is ridiculous!!!!! After I told her I wasn't paying $4 for an empty cup she got my slurpy dumped it on the sink behind her and told me to not come back Didn't really get the point on losing the whole sale rather than just a couple of cents on an empty cup This 7/11 really needs help and by all means I WOULD STAY FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS ONE I usually go to the 7/11 by crown valley and golden lantern and that one has 10000/10 service I have never had an issue there highly recommend going to that one rather than this crappy one read more

First time to California, found myself not knowing where I was and needing a bathroom. There was a mishap with the key and I wasn't able to get into the public restroom they had. Gor went above and beyond helping me and let me use the staff restroom when he had trouble with the keys as well. The owner works with Aliso Viejo towing to tow your car and WON'T EVEN WAIT THE 15 MINUTES TO TOW YOUR CAR! He is very rude and doesn't have a thoughtful bone in his body. I came here today with my 10-year-old daughter because she was so excited that it was 7-Eleven day and she had seen advertisement that they were giving away fleet free slushy's. When we got to the store I had even called before and they said yeah, they were giving away free slushy's. There was a big sign at the door that said the slushy machine is down. But when we got inside, the machine was actually functional and when my daughter tested it, the guy came up from the counter, and said no, the machines down don't get any. It's the worst advertisement and worst service. I felt so bad for her because she was so excited and looking forward to this all day!!!! It's too bad, because I was actually gonna buy a few other things when I was there, including a few lottery tickets but how horrible of a business management that a lot of people were getting deterred because they were there and excited for the stupid slushy. This is the worst 7-11 store in the area. The employees don't know how to apply points accumulated on the 7-Eleven app towards your purchase. Also, all 7-11 stores are supposed to accept the Marlboro mobile app point credits towards purchase, but this store employees screw those up too. You lose $1.50 mobile coupon towards cigarettes because the employee messes up the transaction. Then, when you point out their error, they refuse to correct or or give money back when they overcharge for items that app points should be applied towards. They get hostile and tell you they can't do anything and for you to contact corporate through the app to get a resolution. Corporate then apparently contacts the store, owner/manager "Gar" who in turn disciplines the employees. The employees become even more hostile and blame the problem on customer. In my case, I was told by the employees they would not provide me service because I used the 7-11 app coupons and complained too much to corporate. A few days later I came into the store to talk to manager owner Gar about the situation, specifically about the several overcharges for items that should have been discounted or app coupons applied towards free items. As well as the employee telling me they would not correct their error and for me to contact corporate, through the app. Gar then tells me to come in when those employees are working because they said I complained about them too much to corporate and he would be the only one who would help me, "with all due respect". That was over a year ago and I have not been back since. I'm fairly easy going and will typically brush off the occasional error for being overcharged a small amount. But when the errors are consistent and I'm then consistently told by the employee to contact corporate through the app to get resolution, to never receive a response, and a franchise owner who doesn't want my business and tells me not to return because I complained too much, then I will go out of my way to oblige. read more

I frequent this 7/11, and utilizing the 7/11 app, I purchase a couple hundred Dollars worth of food here each month... So I don't understand why the overnight male employee is so hostile and rude. Anytime I try to use the deals and offers on the 7-Eleven app he ignores me and just rings up the order. I frequent 7-Elevens all up and down Orange County on a regular basis. This has been, by far, one of my worst experiences I've had. in fact it's been such a long time in fact that I can't even remember a single bad one other than tonight. The overnight attendee, whose name begins with a T, was very standoffish and rude. He seemed to either hate me, his life, the store, or a combination of all three. Okay, usually 7-Elevens are ghetto. Sketchy characters hanging around outside; fearful, unfriendly clerks and "food" only fit for the apocalypse, right? This 7-Eleven has a measure of pride about itself. It's clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. It has generally friendly people working there. I feel like this place tries to give off a neighborhood "general store" vibe. It works. There is a small selection of wine, along with a clean, do-it-yourself coffee station with every syrup, creamer and every accoutrement needed to make your coffee just the way you want it. I saw a mother and daughter filling up their Starbucks mugs with fresh 7-Eleven "Bold." There is also a small amount of fresh produce... in addition to the usual bagged, processed, slowly rotating fare. You'll never be rid of the rotating hotdogs and tournedos. I used to get my cigarettes and lottery here but one day Sam the cashier told me they do not accept Marlboro digital coupons any more because they loose money! Strange because all 7/11 accept my Marlboro coupons and they get paid by Marlboro. I also noticed another yelper complaining about the girl cashier with attitude which is true. I when here at around 1:30pm on 7/11 for the free slurpees. While I understand that this may be a stressful day for store employees, the service we receive was terrible. The male that was working that afternoon was literally yelling at the children in line in front of us and he would not allow them to fill up the cups themselves or even choose their own flavors. He was just handing out cups that he filled half way up himself. The children were there with their parents and not doing anything wrong except asking for a specific flavor. Even when I went to fill my cup he yelled at me not to touch the machine. I was appalled at his behavior. That is no way to interact with a customer. read more

Every time I visit this 7-11 the owner/workers try to force me to hit debit instead of credit for my purchases. The first time I listened to their statement saying the credit didn't work and I used my debit card. After going back several times I saw what were up to and enjoy using my credit card against their request. Otherwise this is a very nice and clean store. I've been going to this place for months now. I work extremely close and almond ploys there from the morning to the afternoon or amazing outstanding excellent service and they really know how to work under stress. But tonight I went in and the short lady that I have never met there, was so extremely rude! I have never been treated so awfully here at the 7-Eleven. I wasn't able to get her name but if I do see her in there I will never come back to the 7-Eleven. They really got to work on her communication skills with customers. I had a terrible experience recently at this seven eleven location. Usually I frequent the store in order to get slurpees or other snacks, but now it is not likely that I will be returning. An employee continually made inappropriate and flirty comments about my appearance making me feel extremely unsafe. He offered to give me a free soda or water multiple times, but I denied his offers. Overall, it was very inappropriate and an employee should never behave in such a way because it made me personally free threatened and insecure. read more

Don't patronize this store and jerk owner! So I've been in California for 2 weeks on vacation. I bought a refillable cup so I can stop and enjoy a frozen coke. I've been to 6 7-11s all over southern OC. Each time it's a refill 99 cents and no tax. So I'm driving by this location on Moulton Parkway and saw the 7-11. I grabbed a dollar, my cup, and opened my 7-11 app. I filled the cup (sum total it probably costs 5 cents in product). retrieved a napkin to wipe a small spill. The jerk at the register, I'm guessing was the owner, scolds me (and I'm all confused) and says that's 1.90 something. I said oh this is a refill. I thought he thought I was buying the cup too. No, he says, barely in English. "That for soda." Yes I said. "That not soda, that frozen." "Oh they're different." "Yeah that for soda." "I've been filling this all week with frozen coke." "Not in my store." "Don't come back to my store." "Do you want me to dumps it out?" He grabs my cup and dumps it out in his sink and tells me to never come in his store again.
