If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner needs to retire because wow is he an A**HOLE! Went in to get a soda and I noticed the cup I grabbed and a crack in it so I threw it away and got a new one. Went to check out and the owner said I have to pay for both cups since I threw it away? Excuse me? He was so rude to me yelling at me that I wasted one of his cups. Unbelievable I have never been treated like that from a GAS STATION worker in my life over a plastic cup that was already broken?! As I was walking out another customer apologized for his action saying " that's the owner, he's a real grinch" No one should ever go in there. One Star - Sylvia is Absolutely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Experience I'm a regular customer who lives right across the street and have even supported the kebab restaurant you opened--but after today, I will not be returning. This morning, I walked in very politely and asked if I could please put $16 worth of quarters--all counted and sorted--onto pump number seven. The employee Sylvia immediately raised her voice at me, denied my request, and only accepted $4 worth of my quarters. I understand if there's a policy limit on coins--but there's no excuse for how rude and degrading she was. She raised her voice and continued to yell at me all the way from the register to my walk to pump seven the entire time I could hear her yelling at me through the gas station. I stayed calm and respectful while she spoke to me harshly, loudly, and with complete disregard for basic customer service. I had my 4-year-old son in the car and simply needed to get a bit of gas to get through my day. Instead, I was humiliated for trying to use legal tender in an emergency. Sylvia's behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and deeply disappointing. Sinclair KR Food Mart needs to seriously evaluate how some of their employees treat loyal, local customers. Told him I was a customer, he then asked a follow up "are you getting gas outside" good lord. For that I went ahead and didn't top off my tank. Terrible terrible customer service. Last week the clerk said he couldn't redeem my scratchers bc he didn't have enough cash. Today I stopped in to try again. This time he said he can't open his cash register for less than $50. I pressed him on that and then he said that since i didn't play there, i couldn't redeem them there. I reported him to the Ca lottery board. Newly remodeled convenience store. New 76 gas station. Next to the target parking lot. Nice selection of beverages and snacks. Gas pumps smooth. One of the few places that carry chunky monkey ice cream. Also sell 9.5ph alkaline enso water. Staff is helpful and friendly. read more

Very weird gas station, they are closed randomly or they don't have GAS... yup you read that right. They also have a huge air/water pump outside as most gas stations do, it also has a huge tacky "AIR/WATER IS NOT FREE" sign plastered on it which I thought was weird considering it's a state law in California to offer FREE pressurized air and water to customers who purchase fuel. I asked the attendant and he rudely yelled at me to use quarters, I asked him why it's not free here when it is everywhere else including the station 250 feet next to him... and he said "oh it's not us!" & "We have no license for that" - wtf. Weirdos, anyway I went next door to the gas station that also offered a pump since I had a nail in my tire and lo and behold, it said to pay with quarters but the gentleman in his hut saw me pull in and turned it on without me even having to have asked.
