Terrible service. The hours listed on the website are incorrect; they are supposed to be open 7am to 9pm but but actually, they're open until 9 a.m. from 9 PM. While they are punctual about closing, they are not punctual about opening. I do not recommend this place--the service is awful, and it takes far too long to locate and dispense medications. read more

Pretty terrible pharmacy. The female pharmacist seemed agitated this morning. I asked her a simple question about my medication and that seemed to ruin her day. I ordered my fast acting inhaler, Combivent, which is an expensive item. I had to wait in line forever so by the time I paid, I was in a hurry. When I got home, I noticed that the expiration date was very close and this is an item that usually lasts me a year. They told me that it was too bad and that was an acceptable expiration date. So now I have started using my inhaler and it has expired! This place is awful. They don't answer the phone, you don't know if you're going to get a call back., And the line always seems to be very long and only one line. read more

Awful pharmacist, Naz or something (Indian woman) Bad attitude. Giving false information because she didn't want to do a vaccine. Saying they don't carry a specific vaccine when the other pharmacist at this location and 2 pharmacists at another location said this location has the vaccine I'm looking for. As you can see from many other reviews, this location is absolutely awful. I've sadly gone here for years due to its proximity to my home. If you can avoid this location, please do. The staff is awful, lacks empathy, has no customer service training, and is totally unpleasant to be around. If that wasn't bad enough, I've had nothing but issues - prescriptions suddenly disappearing, telling me things are there over the phone, but not when I arrive, etc. My most recent debacle was not giving us a fully approved prescription because the pharmacist was at lunch, even though my wife was writhing in pain from giving birth. The pharmacist Sepideh is rude and inappropriate. Even though she is a pharmacist who should understand CDC vaccine guidelines, she doesn't. Everyone who has had either two or three (for immunocompromised individuals) regular doses is eligible for a booster dose after the requisite number of months. I had my last regular dose more than six months ago, was entitled to a booster shot, but Sepideh refused to administer a booster dose. I took her picture to capture the name on her badge in order to report her refusal to CVS; Sepideh then threatened to sue me and said I was threatening her. The other people who work at this location look miserable. Avoid this location. read more

I go to the CVS inside Target in RSM. Great people who are so helpful. They take good care of you and send you reminders about your meds. They even reorder for you by contacting your doctor! The store is awesome too, I can get a little shopping done while waiting for prescriptions to be filled. My husband also shops here several times a week also for over a dec. Slowest pharmacy in the entire state with the rudest staff Takes 4 hours to get your prescription filled and then 7 hours to wait in line while the cashier young kid Harris twiddles his thumbs. Then to finally get to the front of the line to not have the medication ready 5 hours after dropping it off. EveryonLooking confused the entire time. Jesse the "manager" is rude and looks completely in shock every time he makes a move. Looks like a used car sales associate in his over sized button down. Ridiculously poor service and rude pharmacist. The store itself is fine but the pharmacy has to be the worst I've ever experienced. I had my health insurance call them while I was in store to validate my coverage and the pharmacist pretended that she had not received any calls when I went to the counter (I watched the conversation in person, was on the other line with my insurance, pharmacist had finally admitted to receiving the call when I put insurance on speakerphone). The pharmacist was upset about being caught in a lie and refused to fill my sick childs prescription and acted like I was invisible, absolutely the worst customer service possible, I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

Wish there was ZERO Stars. I loooove CVS pharmacy's so I've been procrastinating writing this review but every time I go here there's always an issue...This IS the worst CVS yet. Meds are never ALL ready for pick up... You go all the way back down there and they let you know that all of your order is not ready or it's out of stock etc... they don't bother to call and communicate that... they have miss read prescription orders and it seems like no one knows what they're doing back there. Pharmacy experience keeps getting worse. Needed a Prior Authorization from our Insurance Company for a particular prescription. Not a big deal right? In April, I asked the pharmacy to fax the doctor's office the necessary PA forms. They said they did. No PA. May I asked them again. They said they did. When the doctor's assistant came back from vacation called my wife, said he never received any paperwork from the pharmacy. So yesterday I went to the Pharmacy in person, and asked them to please PLEASE fax the paperwork to the Doctor's office. They said they did. The Doctor's assistant called them because he didn't receive the fax. The pharmacy said they faxed it. They never faxed anything. Period. Today I was told, Oh the insurance just doesn't cover it. It was denied. I knew that was a lie. So I asked them for the PA Request so I could fax it to the doctor myself. After some hemming and hawing I received the paperwork. I faxed it to the doctor's office. The PA was done within two hours. Long story short: Horrible service, incompetent pharmacy management and a complete inability to work a fax machine cost me 3 months of out pocket. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Plan on switching services. read more

Horrible, horrible service at this pharmacy. I've been with this CVS for 20 years and they have had a recent change. I think they hired new pharmacists and it is a complete nightmare getting my prescriptions. NIGHTMARE. They never answer the phone, when they do answer they hang up on me, and they lie about filling my prescriptions. I literally had to call them a week after my doctor sent in a prescription and they still hadn't filled it. The lady promised me that it would be filled and ready by Monday and when I went in on Monday they said that nobody had ever ordered it because it was out of stock. Except that's what she told me the week before and claimed she had ordered it. Now, I am dealing with a different prescription in which the pharmacist told me I needed a prior authorization and it was completely the wrong prescription. I had to repeat it to the lady FIVE TIMES. Once she understood what I was saying, she said they were out of stock. I still don't think she even got what I was saying. GET IT TOGETHER GUYS. read more

At 12:30pm my urgent care tried calling in a prescription for me and at 6pm when I called they told me that they have been trying to reach the pharmacy all day and have just been put on hold... by 6:30pm the pharmacy FINALLY answered and they called it in. Then the pharmacy called me saying they didn't have my insurance info, so I tried calling back and someone answered and blurted a quick "PLEASE HOLD" and put me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and got my prescription transferred to a different location. When I called the new location to give them my insurance information thinking that it didn't transfer over from other CVS locations they told me that they had my information and the other CVS should have as well. Sorry, but hour+ long waits JUST to speak with a pharmacy staff member is absurd. I don't know what's going on back there but they should staff more people or something. read more

Not sure what the deal is with this CVS pharmacy but they are so slow!!! 3 hrs to fill a pretty standard prescription. It's also impossible to resolve anything over the phone. The worst part of the experience here is that the head pharmacist is EXTREMELY rude. Not sure if he is being worked to hard or what, but I've never seen some one care so little about the customer. He really seems to try everything he can to avoid any contact with customers, including hanging up the phone before giving people a chance to talk. Wish this wasn't the closest pharmacy to me. This location is awful. They are usually rude and short with the customer. They constantly drop the ball on my Rx's. I scheduled a flu vaccine appointment today and drove there to get it done and was told that they don't have any available flu shots for today. They could have communicated this to me but instead I found out when I went to appointment. They didn't apologize whatsoever we and just kind of shrugged at me. As an aside, I have asked them to update my home address countless times but constantly see that they are still using my old address. It's clear that this place is poorly managed. read more

Shawni and the old cynical white pharmacist seemed to be having the worst day today. Witnessed them both give customers in line attitude and simply have incredibly unprofessional demeanors whilst helping guests get their prescriptions. When asked a simple question as to why there was a $67 price increase to the same medicine I picked up the DAY BEFORE fort $3.75 they both yelled to call my insurance. Damn. So as I got my phone out to do so, the pharmacist runs back to his computer muttering under his breath all while "Shawni" stared me up and down with her chubby evil eyes. Wtf? Are we in middle school? Why work with people if you can't stand them? The interaction today at CVS was a joke, CVS needs to retrain their pharmacy department at this location- all the other employees were friendly and helpful.
