This is RaceTrac store #648. It's located at the corner of Old Milton Parkway and Westside Parkway in Alpharetta near Avalon. If coming from Georgia 400, it's just off exit 10 - SR 120 (Old Milton Parkway) - Alpharetta. Same exit and same side of 400 as Avalon. This RaceTrac opened sometime between the second half of 2013 to the first half of 2014, so its opening generally coincided with that of Avalon. This RaceTrac is cut in the current-generation "RT6K" mold which I'm a fan of. RT6K = RaceTrac 6,000 square feet. RT6K stores, which have been around since 2012, have amenities like Swirl World (self-serve frozen yogurt), fried chicken, pizza, free Wi-Fi, and seating areas. This RaceTrac is open 24/7 and offers four types of fuel (three standard grades of unleaded + diesel) at 20 pumps. It's nice and spacious. During my Sunday afternoon visit, the gas station was relatively clean and the pump I used (#9) was in good working order. RaceTrac gas prices are generally competitive. One thing I like about RaceTrac is, unlike QuikTrip (which I'm also a fan of), RaceTrac has participated in offering free cash back on gas purchases via the app GetUpside. I'm not sure if I've ever seen QT on GetUpside. GetUpside is a no-brainer. During this visit, I got $0.13 per gallon back by using the app. There are no gimmicks. Use my invite code DANIEL66482 to get an extra $0.15 per gallon cash back the first time you use the app. Again, no gimmicks. It's simply free money back on your gas purchases. I'm not sure how GetUpside makes money, but it's definitely a win for the consumer. read more

Me and my boyfriend were so excited to go to RaceTrac to get our swirly world cups and RAN all the way there, but once we got there, it was closed. It says the store is open for 24 HOURS?! What a weird time... a gas shortage on top of everything else?? In the midst of trying to get around and see homes to try and find a place to live they hacked the pipe line and boom we were in the middle of full panic. People went crazy and all of a sudden in about 8 hours... gas was out everywhere. This gas station was one of the first to get gas back a few day later. Thank goodness as were were running on fumes at this point! They didn't jack up prices and they kept the gas flowing... it was only regular but that was what we needed! read more

Depends on the location really. There's one location that's supposed to be open 24hr but the staff would rather close down and not deal with customers. They conveniently shut down on the weekends. Must be a good party they need to attend rather than do their job. Only thing I really like there is the burgers. They are like crack! And the buy two get one free on the monster energy drinks. Best locations are pleasant hill in Norcross ga and the one in Lawerenceville. Maybe the one in snellvile is ok. Alphretta around the corner from Ameris amphitheater sucks ass. read more

They sold me spoiled milk. Their coolers weren't that cold. I figured no way that this really be a problem. Until I got back on the highway and took a swig of spoiled milk. It's disgusting. Nobody picked up the phone when I called to let them know, they may want to pull the rest of the product. I ended up calling the health department the following Monday. Keep you posted. read more

Absolutely unbelievable three stalls in the bathroom maybe one was functioning. I believe an employee was in the handicapped and left without washing their hands. One still had no toilet paper the other stall was completely stopped up. Told the employees when I left they needed to service the bathroom and they said what's wrong. Go figure it out for yourself. I'll never stop at this race track again and I suggest you do the same. read more

This is the first gas station I have ever written a yelp review of but when I was gassing up my car here I thought to myself - What a nice gas station! I should yelp about this! Yep, that's how nice this RaceTrac is. I've never been to a RaceTrac before but this one looks brand new and is extremely spacious. I love how you're not right next to the lane next to you and driving in and out of RaceTrac does not cause road rage. The transaction was easy, all the pumps were working, and I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend this gas station if you're shopping nearby at Avalon! read more

I've been going to this race track for a few years now. Not my favorite but my boyfriend like something that they carry.The staff isn't very friendly if you need something that's out their like oh my God you got to bother me. Stopped in for my free coffee during promotion week today. As usual, friendly and courteous employees tidying up the coffee area. Can't vouch for the bathrooms as I mostly only come here for something to drink and gas, but it's always clean in the general store area and outside. Wide selection of food items, mostly unhealthy ones, but yogurts and pretty decent sandwiches are very reasonably priced. This is my go-to Racetrac; they always have a smile for you. read more

To be fair, I mainly go there for their frozen yogurt, however it is one of the nicer gas station chains in Atlanta. The gas is decent quality, the store is always clean including the restrooms and the workers are always friendly. And of course the fro-yo is amazing! For what you pay it is much better than most yogurt chains and they just added waffle cones. Good stuff! read more

Could not find the racetrac on highway 92 in Roswell. Worst experience ever. I stopped to get your summer cup. Store is out with no options for customers. Cashier was of no use to anyone. Love this location! Always so clean, fro yo never out, great customer service. Fill up stations are spaced out so you can open your doors freely, and there's enough that there's never a wait. Their to go food is always fresh, great food options. I feel good eating their stuff, unlike typical greasy gas station food. read more

Okay so let me start of by Saying that this is my first review and I've known for a while that this RaceTrac was going to be my first one... it's THAT bad. 1) if you ever attempt to go inside this store between 9pm-6am any time between Friday- Sunday. You're DOOMED! They hang signs up saying that they're closing early and whenever I ask why they say it's because they are short staffed... WTF this has been the case since the beginning of the year. That's Faulty Management 101. There are plenty of people who needs jobs that's completely unacceptable and unreliable. QuickTrip would NEVER. Imaging having use the The bathroom Bad and then BOOM! They're closed. Speaking of bathrooms 2) their bathrooms are consistently Filthy (clogged toilets, water leaks, and horrible smells) 3) long lines. The cashiers move like turtles here. And it's like the longer the line, the slower they move. There's no sense of urgency. 4) One day I attempted to purchase muscle milk along with coupons for the muscle milk that was attached to the rack.. only to wait in a long line and Find out that they do not honor the coupons.. HOW DO YOU NOT ACCEPT COUPONS THAT YOU'RE PROMOTING INSIDE OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT??? The fuckery of it all. I give this place 1 star only due to its location. read more
