Parking is plentiful and all around Walgreens. Came in and there was just one worker checking someone out. As I was waiting less than 2mins, another worker came up and helped me. I was in and out within 5mins. 8x10 photo prints were decent, and good as it's free. I was back in my car within minutes. Cannot beat that.

Two hours later, I arrived expecting my banner to be ready. Instead, Jacob and Jessica were standing around chatting. They told me they would start it immediately and that it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I agreed and waited. After 15 minutes, I checked back and nothing had been completed. At that point, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Had I been given an honest timeframe from the beginning, I could have gone home and returned later instead of wasting my time waiting in the store. I completely understand that machines can be slow or that delays happen, but clear communication would have made all the difference. To make matters worse, when we returned, Jacob was yelling across the store while he and Jessica were whispering to each other. I went in to fill a prescription today, knowing in advance that my copay would be $96.99. When Jaiman saw how much I was going to have to pay, he told me to wait a minute. He went to his computer screen and after a minute or two he told me he located a coupon for my medication and with the coupon, my copay was reduced to $36! Can you imagine? This young man should be commended for what he did for me! It's so wonderful when a young adult takes the time to help a senior (I am 76). I have to say, this CVS in Boulder City has some of the weirdest, strangest, unfriendly, and…read moreirritating employees working there. I'm speaking mostly about the front-end store clerks. There's one unfriendly woman in particular who has to say "sir" in every other word. Doesn't smile. Comes off sounding like an army sergeant or a robot. It's not polite. It's annoying and triggers my PTSD. The pharmacy employees are fine, usually friendly, helpful, but sadly overworked. Nothing new with any slave-labored pharmacy anywhere, but they're much more pleasant to deal with than the front-end store clerks. Being the ONLY drug/convenience store in town, it leaves little choice to shop there.
