Next day another one was ready but l was told the other two weren't actually refillable at this time. I have two days where l can pick up these scripts next month. Problem, we are elderly, my husband is 82 and am 79. It would be so nice to fill all of our prescriptions in one day. Easier for us by far. Perhaps this is something we could work towards?

It is quite frustrating. Once the color was very very off, the next time per recommendation I printed photo print and it cannot be double-sided. The last two times there was smudging on the prints. I stated I was very frustrated. I wanted to see the cards first before I paid. And this time, the cards had smacking on both sides. Megan stated that it is from their printer and not from what we sent in. I explained to her I cannot get this and will need to share with my daughter as these are her graduation invitations. I stood there for a good 5-6 minutes, exchanging with my daughter to decide not to purchase them. Making it totally understood my frustration. She actually offered to provide it to me for free so that I can show my daughter when I get home. This was so unexpected. I took the cards, knowing we will not use it, but wanting to show my daughter at home. I appreciate Megan's understanding of the situation. Definitely not my usual Walgreens, but may come back in the area for the great service.

We let their dad go in first to go check and then he said how nice everyone is and got some for about $13. decided to go in with the kids and this african american lady wearing black and blue uniform with braids was saying it was $16 . What bothered me was that she followed me and my kids all the way to the back where the other ones were and stood right next to me the whole time. She rushed me and asked me which cards i wanted and asked how i wanted to pay. She brought me all the way to another register one the side that was closed when there was a perfectly one open at the front where the other elder ladies just helped their dad with his transaction. i thought that was weird and the lady kept looking at me up and down and was fidgeting the cards i wanted to purchase and stood there for a few moments so i asked her how much it is and she hesitated and said idk why it's $13 it's supposed to be $16. This is at the store at 3765 Las Vegas Boulevard South (I know you have a lot of stores on the Strip.) Sheila is an Asset to your company, and a *great* sales associate. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and with a tremendous sense of humor. Her people skills are excellent. I was in a rush that day, my last day in Vegas, and I badly needed a Nail Clippers. Sheila did you guys proud. And Sheila, the scent is "Delphinus" by Creed, just to remind you. We all like to complain about Walgreens when we can't find what we want, or an SA is grumpy, or the line is long. In this case, I do need to compliment Sheila in helping me, and getting me in and out of the store in plenty of time to make my flight. Thank you too, to Walgreens, I love your store.
