It is quite frustrating. Once the color was very very off, the next time per recommendation I printed photo print and it cannot be double-sided. The last two times there was smudging on the prints. I stated I was very frustrated. I wanted to see the cards first before I paid. And this time, the cards had smacking on both sides. Megan stated that it is from their printer and not from what we sent in. I explained to her I cannot get this and will need to share with my daughter as these are her graduation invitations. I stood there for a good 5-6 minutes, exchanging with my daughter to decide not to purchase them. Making it totally understood my frustration. She actually offered to provide it to me for free so that I can show my daughter when I get home. This was so unexpected. I took the cards, knowing we will not use it, but wanting to show my daughter at home. I appreciate Megan's understanding of the situation. Definitely not my usual Walgreens, but may come back in the area for the great service.

So when I did talk to the pharmacy and told them to call Express Scripts to transfer my prescription, they claimed that they did and that my prescription was expired. Calling back Express Scripts they said that they had not gotten any phone calls from a pharmacy on my behalf and that my prescription was not expired. For the last 15 minutes they have been trying to call this Walgreens and mentioned to me that they have been disconnected as well. Good luck to them getting through any better than I got through. This is a big big problem and obviously the manager doesn't seem like she's too concerned about solving it. I can see why everyone has given them two stars.

Like any organization, there may occasionally be employees who don't fully reflect the company's values, but that comes down to hiring and staffing--not the outstanding pharmacy team. As a senior executive myself, I appreciate excellent customer service, and that's exactly what Lap and the pharmacy staff consistently provide. This is a decent Walgreens. It's walking distance to my house, and I usually come here for either…read moreprescription pickups or photo prints. They also carry a random brand of milk I like, so that's nice when I don't want to go to a grocery store. And their magazine aisle is still nicely stocked (a rarity since so many stores are getting rid of magazines) The drug line is usually managed well. I've had to wait before but it's never too bad. On weekends they DO go out for a lunch break, so be sure to check the schedule so you're not left waiting around. I have never used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on that. I've also gotten boosters and flu shots here, and it's nice and convenient. I also appreciate the pharmacy volunteering that according to my health insurance I get one free COVID test a week. So a nice opportunity to stock up. I like their photo print section too. I print out photos occasionally for my planner/scrapbook, and it's nice being able to order just one or two prints and it comes out to under $1. Cheaper than ordering online.

We all like to complain about Walgreens when we can't find what we want, or an SA is grumpy, or the line is long.
