As I was replying to him to explain things, he rudely decided to interrupt me & talk over me. I would not recommend this pharmacy & really hope I won't ever need to call them again.

The pharmacists who give the shots do it better then any doctors office I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff never hesitates to inform you if there is a less expensive substitute. I stopped in quickly on my way to an event to purchase deodorant, only to find that the barcode wouldn't scan. A passing employee confirmed there was no price in the system at all. After already waiting in line several minutes, this was the final straw-- I left without making a purchase. For such a common item not to even appear in inventory shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. This store gives the impression of being poorly managed and not customer-focused.

The pharmacist said it was $71 and they don't take Kaiser insurance. I told my husband that's too much and we'd wait until we get home. The pharmacist said we could look online for a coupon. She told us about goodrx. I found a coupon for $50 for the medication we needed. I thought it was nice of her to tell us about the coupon/discount site. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. It's still pricey since it would only be $5 with our insurance.

If the cabin filter is even a tiny bit dirty I like it replaced. I came back and they did nothing, wouldn't even look at it. I explained it's a medical issue and if they can at least show me how to open the compartment so I can see and they just tried to reassure me again that it's part of the service, if they said it's OK then it's fine. They don't really care that I'm telling them It's a medical condition and I need it changed if it's even a little dirty.
