Super inefficient! All the pumps are cash only and the registers are all cash only. There is an ATM inside, I'm not sure what the fee is to use it, but be aware that it's all cash only! It was SUPER busy (4:30 pm on a Sunday) and there were 4-5 cars waiting for each pump, then inside there is another 10-15 people waiting in line to pay. There was some major road rage going on in the parking lot! Definitely avoid, better to stop in Quartzsite or Blythe for gas if you can. read more

Truck parking!!! Yay! We rarely run the I-10 corridor, but when we do, we stop here. Foster Freeze ice cream, clean bathrooms, coffee, snacks, what more could you want? Covid regulations are no excuse for poor customer service. You DO NOT close both bathrooms at the same time for "cleaning". It's the holidays and people are stopping at your location because you are right off the highway. I even pleaded with the lady (Ignacia) who was cleaning to allow me to use the bathroom she said no. Horrible. Their only business comes from being the only place for 40 miles, but definitely plan to have the gas and provisions to drive past it. They are way overpriced, charge you almost $2 for a cup of ice. $1 for a cup. Half their pumps card readers were broken. Their Nathans sucks. The staff is slow, doesn't care, charges for napkins, I ordered a hotdog. They charged me $3.50 for a hotdog on a broken bun that I HAD to put my own toppings on...which were portable packets, and they ONLY had mustard/relish/ketchup. How's a hotdog place not have peppers/onions/tomatos/celery salt/ etc. A basic burger meal and a hotdog cost $18. Will never stop at again. read more

WORST GAS STATION EVER! After being on the I-10 West for hours and almost on an empty tank of gas (some 30 miles left on my car), I was glad to stop at this one. It was a Monday evening. This gas station was small and packed with cars waiting! There was no line so you have to get in front of one. You know what's the WORST part??? One of the cars at the gas pump was empty with nobody inside. Maybe they went inside the store to take their sweet time (long line inside) to buy something. Another car had its front hood up! When it was finally my turn, I got out of the car and to my shocking surprise, there was a trash can right next to the pump that was swarming with bees! I would say there were about 8 large bees that were flying around the trash can. Luckily they didn't bothered me as I pump the gas and just stay a couple feet away while waiting. Please stay away from here if you can! Unfortunately, there are no gas stations for miles except this one. HERE'S A BIG TIP: If your car can make it to AZ, pump up in AZ because prices are cheaper there. If your coming from AZ, try to pump it in AZ before entering CA. This afternoon I stopped for gas, as I have done for years, in between Phoenix and Los Angeles; however, this time, every, single pump was closed, with yellow tape wrapped around the pumps and around the entire area. There was not warning signage on the freeway that the gas station was closed. I did not even stop for coffee, got back on the highway, continued to Indio. We always stop here to gas up on the way to and from Chuckwalla Raceway. It gets pretty crowded and the restrooms are gross but at they are the only restrooms and gas option for miles and miles. This place is a must if you're headed eastbound on the 10 and need to gas up because the next gas station isn't until Blythe. The customer service is great, restrooms are clean, there's a variety of food and beverages including beer. If you don't like squatting in the bushes along the side of the road with an audience (exhibitionists enjoy), or urinating in shifting winds then this would be the place to relieve yourself. This place varies in regards to how busy it gets depending on the season and time of day. During certain holidays and summer, there are many motorists gassing up to head to places such as Lake Havasu, the Colorado River, etc. In short, it's the last place until Blythe to gas up, relieve yourself and fill yourself right back up. read more

My 3 yr old son and I were eating at the fosters freeze inside, unbeknownst to me he dropped it over the banister. He was already misbehaving so I didn't realize he was upset about it because he's nonverbal. The lady sweeping decides, instead of picking up a sippy cup, she lazily sweeps it into the corner with a bunch of garbage. I notice my son's upset, I look over and see it there. I stuffed the rest of the burger in my mouth in about 30 seconds before the 3 dozen flies buzzing around can get to it, walk over, pick it up, overheard the lady say "I was going to throw it away". I go clean it, come out and say, "so next time you see a sippy cup on the ground, just pick it up instead of trying to throw it away and typically a parent will coming looking for it". She interrupts me and tells me that I should take care of my own sippy cup and went on to be very very rude and had the worst attitude. I tell the manager, who Doesn't seem to speak a word of English, while the lady comes up and chews me out in front of her manager with the worst attitude ever and in front of all the customers saying that if it was her kids she would have picked it up as soon as she saw it and was trying to argue with me. Manager quietly blankly stared at me the entire time like a deer in the headlights. Ridiculous. I was pissed and mortified.
