He went and checked out the rest of tires and recommended changing out all but one tire as she just had a new one put on due to flat tire two weeks ago. We took his recommendation and he put three new tires on the car with sensors. He took it a step further and while test driving it he saw she had a problem with her turn signals so he fixed that at no charge. The price he charged us was extremely fair. Juan was able to get our tire fixed and did such a great job on patch plugging it. If you need to replace your tires/rims he also has many to choose from but it's always good to just call ahead to make sure they have exactly what you want. Also, I wasn't planning on getting my windows tinted but Juan offered such a great deal; way better than the Bay Area quotes. The window tint he offers is a ceramic Solar Guard lifetime warranty with different tint shades to choose from. I got ceramic tint 5% rear and 35% front, my car looks 10x better! Lastly, Liz his wife has her homemade candles sold at the shop and they smell soo good, it's a must to get one either for your home, car or both! By this time, we could explain the entire situation in a few words and the man at Eppler took care of us. He couldn't make it immediately (there was a case before us) but gave us a wait time. Then he called because the preceding case was longer than expected. Drat, one thinks. BUT, he called OTHER towing/repair houses and found one with our tire size and close to us. I called, the dispatcher, said she'd need to get a quote from her supervisor, then call me back. She called 10 minutes later with a quote for $195, sent me the invoice, and said she'd dispatch a driver. I paid the invoice, and did not hear back for almost 30 minutes. I called her back, she said the driver was on his way to pick up the lockout kit from their yard - across the street from the Pilot. Ten minutes later I get a call from their driver, he asked the year/make/model of my car, and said he'd be there in 10-15 minutes. Another 30 minutes goes by and I receive a call from their dispatch and she tells me her driver said he wouldn't be able to unlock my car because of the key fob being in the car - I told her this was the 2nd time I have done this, and it wasn't an issue last time. She once again said they couldn't do it, and her supervisor would need to be the one to issue me a refund because she couldn't - but was unaware of how long it would take to post back to my account. I called another tow truck company. The driver was there within 5 minutes, used the same lockout kit that was used before - with absolutely no damage to my car - and I was on my way within 20 minutes of my phone call to them. Also, for a third of the price! If you need ANY type of tow service in the Madera area, use Ron's!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY!!!
