He then motioned for me to pull forward with my car fully covered in bubbles. Rolled my window down "it's being serviced that's why the arm is down" to which I responded, "the arm was not down, otherwise I wouldn't be in here..." When I advised I needed to get going to go to work, he let me know I could either wait until he fixed the wash or he could hose down my car.
