Both of the stores off of hwy167 at the central and 84th exit are stores you'll want to pass and…read moretake the couple min it takes to go an exit away to either the shell on Willis or the am/pm off exit 112 Why you may ask? The store directly off the exit changed to an entirely new group of employees working at it, and they must be affiliated with the other store right under the bridge by Starbucks because they are hands down the ugliest acting group of ppl who should buy don't appreciate the fact that it's the customer that affords then the blessing of even being able to keep their doors open. If you cannot treat EVERYONE, with basic respect and show just a fraction of appreciation for a person choosing to hand their hard earned money over to your business when they can go anywhere else and spend it with another store, then you do not deserve to have a small business especially when many are in a tax exempt status and possible through grant programs also paid by local taxpayers. If you have no humility toward the community that makes it possible to even have your business, then you aren't worthy of the community coming into your store to spend their money. I no longer go to these stores, they are incredibly rude and more importantly they are extremely disrespectful of this countries culture, and the fact that women are not beneath men, and they happily ignore a female patron to check out a male who should have gone after her, and if they speak to you it's in a very condescending, belittling manor as if you are a mere peasant and they just want to get you over and out of their store. I never had this treatment at the store by Denny's from the former group of employees they were happy and respectful and very pleasant. However, the behavior and lack of respect of customers has always been a huge issue at the store by Starbucks, and now the same can be said about the store by Denny's, it's been ruined. Don't ever expect them to honor their advertised service of being a store who will take cash deposits for cashapp, chime etc. every time Ive tried I've been rudely told NO, NOT DOING ITs NOT, NO whatever the hell that means, but said with a rude enough attitude i could clearly understand the cashier simoly didnt want to be bothered with that, this is an issue with all 7-11s and they need to be removed from working with any company listing them as a deposit option because they are not. I have tolerated this smug and uncalled for disrespect from the men working in these stores simply because their behavior is a clear sign of ignorance and therefore I have simply ignored them and considered the source and the source isn't worth giving any further thoughts or time worrying over when I walk out the door. However the other night was the last straw. It was very late and I was grabbing a few items and choosing a candy bar, when the overnight misogynistic employee began raising his voice and barking orders to me to hurry up and pay for what I'm getting so I can get out he was apparently ready to lock the door (which was NEVER something the prior workers ever did, they were always open, the young guy who worked nights was kind respectful and offered appreciation too customers for coming to the store he never rushed a customer or acted irritated he had to do something ) because he had something he wanted to do. He got visibly irritated that I couldn't understand him but he shouldn't expect ppl to understand him if he chooses not to learn how to properly speak the language of the country he is now working in, that's basic respect and in this day it's just necessary if you're dealing w the community which has numerous cultures and ppl speaking foreign languages but the majority take the time to learn basic communication in the primary language everyone speaks and is the native language the country has used since formation. But to be loud and borderline commanding and aggressive to a customer who isn't shopping as fast as an employee thinks they should is a deal breaker for my business, and it should be for any woman who is treated as if beneath a man who is doing nothing more than running a cash register in a corner store all night. But when the dismissive "beneath me" attitude grows to that level, I won't be back. So now I go to shell I'm not one to put myself through disrespectful situations if I don't need to, and I don't, there are too many other places that are professional and respectful that gives me the ability to spend my money at a more deserving establishment.

At that point, I just walked away. That is shady business on the owner's behalf and therefore I will not be returning to this 7/11 again. At first, they struggled with the huge number of customers who flooded in looking for snacks and beverages and at that time, they refused to sell any hot food items after 10:00 PM. They kept running out of food and the variety was very limited. It's been a few months now and they now offer a better variety of food 24 hours a day however, they don't seem to rotate the items in compliance with health department standards. I've gone in and seen some shriveled up hot dogs that look like they've been on the roller for days. They don't stock very many name brands as everything has been replaced with a 7-Eleven branded package and who knows where they source their inventory from. My biggest complaints about this location are that there are never enough employees working and the lines get very long. On top of that, their largest customer base are the people who are employed and work at the airport, and we all have to take our items through a security checkpoint, and all of our food goes into a tub and then through the x-ray scanner machine. This location started out using the 7-Eleven branded takeout containers for their hot food items like the clamshell boxes for the hot dogs and pizza slices but now they only offer cardboard boats. The kind that you get an order of fries in at the carnival. These do not go through the x-ray scanner very well and leave your food vulnerable to foreign objects or worse, getting tipped over and falling out. The employees don't seem to care about the customers which is quid pro quo for most 7-Eleven locations but since they are in the airport, they are charging you airport prices. I feel like that should come with some level of professionalism and respect, but what do I know? Most of the other retail and food establishments located at SeaTac airport offer us a 10% employee discount but not 7-Eleven, even though this location is owned by the same lady who owns all of the Hudson news locations at SeaTac. If you're in town visiting, I'd suggest walking a few blocks down to the other 7-Eleven on International BLVD. If you're traveling from Seattle and want snacks for the flight, they are a tiny bit less expensive than other convenience places on the other side of TSA. Just be prepared buy some generic alternative to what you really and and then wait in line for rude employees to check you out and argue with you if you need a refund or something doesn't ring up correctly. Thanks for reading and Cheers!

They have a list of combos that are huge portions for at least 2-3 meals? My husband got the fried catfish with choice of 3 sides & I got the 3 wings with 3 sides combo. The catfish was moist on the inside & light & crisp with a cornmeal crust on the outside. 2 big filets in his combo with 3 sides, he chose Mac & cheese, collard greens with turkey neck meat(no pork) & candied yams...all so tasty & huge portions. The special today was chicken etouffee served on a bed of white rice for $13! The gravy was rich & flavorful, the chicken was tender. So tasty...they also have a combo with BBQ ribs that are so tender the meat falls off the bone clean! All combos also come with a square slice of cornbread. Their cornbread is more cake like & sweet style. The owner Kenny is nice & hospitable, attentive always making sure everything is ok. I was too full for Dole Whip today but they had original pineapple flavor & watermelon as well...the 2nd flavor changes periodically but they always have pineapple. Soulfood Sunday is always the last Sunday of the month but they always have wings, catfish, grilled sandwiches & more on the daily & they even have a tables & chairs as well as a high counter seating along the window. Stop by for some hearty tasty eats! The store side of the shop has some really great products...way better than any corner store you've stepped foot in, very nice shop. Unexpected little corner market with good food, great groceries & all the vibes. Check it out the next time you are in downtown Renton.

After my brother completed his purchase and asked for a bag, I finished my purchase and the clerk did not give me my change. When I asked for it, he claimed my change was used for a bag given to my brother. He never mentioned or told my brother there was a fee for the bag. I told him my purchase had nothing to do with his purchase. The clerk began yelling and using profanity, telling my brother to "get the fuck out of my store." During the confrontation he also used racially derogatory language, referring to my brother as a "black motherfucker." This escalated what should have been a simple issue about change and a bag. If he responded nicely, my brother would've paid for the bag. At one point the clerk also reached as though he might be drawing a gun, which made the situation feel threatening. I attempted to calm the situation and told both of them the argument was not worth escalating, but the clerk continued using profanity and again told us to "get the fuck out of my store," while claiming he was the owner. I am sharing this because customers should not be subjected to profanity, racial insults, or threatening behavior over a routine purchase. Regardless of whether this person is an employee or the owner, this interaction was unacceptable and extremely concerning. I'm also asking anyone who could be subject to racial slurs, to not patronize this store.

There were a ton of snacks I haven't really seen before or knew was a thing. It was a pretty large location compared to the others I've been. I just needed to line my stomach with something that wasn't chips and that was my main visit so that was a bit disappointing but then again.. the worker was all alone so there is some patience I'll have with them. Dear Ernie's Fuel Stop owner and management, please pay attention to this situation…read more Unfortunately, my experience at your truck stop was extremely disappointing. After reading many other reviews, I can see that my situation is not an isolated case. Many truck drivers mention the same problems: rude employees, poor customer service, dirty restrooms, and a lack of basic respect toward customers. The location itself is actually very good and convenient for truck drivers. This place has a lot of potential and could be a great truck stop where drivers would want to come back. But unfortunately, the attitude of some employees completely ruins the experience. I would especially like to bring attention to the night shift from July 5th to July 6th. The woman working that night was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I first asked about parking, she responded with irritation and a bad attitude. Later, after a long day on the road, I wanted to take a shower. Instead of a normal explanation, she raised her voice at me and said the shower was not available. She even told me not to wash myself in the restroom -- only quickly wash my face and leave. I travel all over the country and visit many truck stops, but I have rarely experienced such poor treatment of drivers. Truck drivers spend days and nights on the road. We are not asking for anything special -- just a safe place to park, clean restrooms, a working shower, and respectful communication. Based on many other reviews, this seems to be a long-term problem with customer service and cleanliness, not just one bad experience. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because this location could be much better with better employee training, improved cleanliness, and more respect for the drivers who support this business every day.
