It's one of the few touchless car washes in the area and it's not bad. I'll concur with the other reviews that the dryer is much too short of a duration and recommend bringing towels too. If you don't your car will be covered in water spots. There's a token machine on site for use at the machines. The wash did a good job - if your car is especially dirty this isn't going to help much because touchless can only have so much water pressure without causing damage. It's a nice facility for those cold days when a car needs a wash but you know in two weeks it's going to rain again. It won't replace hand washing but it won't be as damaging as a traditional car wash. read more

First time doing a touch less car wash. I love it because I'm am L-A-Z-Y. Only 4 stars because it's not perfect. I had to hand clean a bird poo spot off afterwards. Overall pretty good though. There are very few brushless/touchless car washes in the Seattle area so I really appreciate this place. We have a luxury SUV that has a side mirror that is a bit loose and always seems like it is going to fall off in a standard brush car wash. Also, there has been more than one occasion where our rear windshield wiper has been torn off as well. Absolutely not a threat at this place. Car wash is reasonably priced and our SUV was shiny and spotless afterwards. You definitely don't need some old dirty brushes dragging over your car to get a good wash. I highly recommend this place. The self wash portion of the car wash is in horrendous condition! Do not waste your money!! None of the washing product dispensers were working! Line was all the way to the street. Was moving incredibly slow, but I figured I'd wait anyway since I was already here. Make it about half way after 25 minutes (!!), at this point you've got bollards on both sides so you can't turn around. This is when you finally can see the sign that says the credit card machine is out of order, cash only. So I wait 25 minutes, and then, I'm not kidding, *another* 25 minutes just to leave since I can't turn around and don't carry cash with me. You know, because it's not 1985. Place is also in serious disrepair. One of the self-serve bays was closed and one of the 2 automatic bays was closed, too. Grime everywhere, and trashy people. I haven't used much of this facility but it looks straight and clean. I've only used the touchless wash bay (didn't try the change machine, vacuums, hand bays): For a touchless, I can imagine it doing a swell job. My car was recently covered in small sappy droplets from a tree I park under on occasion. Despite those sticky suckers (and the residue) not going anywhere, the rest of the car did look very clean. Plus, the water sprays make these super neat swirly motions on the glass. For the tough, sticky crap, go to a track tunnel wash like Elephant or Brown Bear (try Gas Stations at your own risk; some of the overhead spinners are very loud and harsh). These improve cleaners those suckers. I'd be come back and if that was the owner spraying down a bay, he seems to take pride in his business. That's always cool. read more

With 2 automatic bays for a touchless car wash I really like this facility. The jets have good power and the car comes out nice and clean. Because the dryer is fixed I'm still getting used to having to drive my car through it myself. The vaccuum bays are good also, the hoses plenty long to reach all parts of the car and the suction powerful. Wish they would keep the whole place cleaner though, but that's really my only gripe. read more

When I went there on 2/2/2021, the touchless car wash was NOT working. However, the machine to take your money WAS working (kind of). When I inserted my credit card, nothing happened, so I tried it again. Although I followed directions to print a receipt, none were printed. I had TWO charges to dispute. Fortunately, I emailed them, gave the explanation and the last 4 digits of my card, and they are now in process of refunding my charges. They were very nice and prompt in their reply and service. I've been here a few times but the washes are super inconsistent. They're either hit or miss when it comes to getting most of the dirt off. Given that this is a touchless wash it definitely wouldn't come out 100% clean but our latest wash was a real disappointment. It's unfortunate that there isn't an attendant to resolve the issue as the wash failed to clean one whole side of the car. read more

Prices went up recently ($13-$12). Refund paper receipts are never refilled so don't expect a paper receipt. Drying timer bulbs regularly out so you don't know exactly how much time is left. Wheel cleaner spray often doesn't even work. read more

Brought my Honda CR-V for a quick drive-in carwash, the serviceman was kind, taught me how to get through the self-served machine, but after showering a few of spots were still dirty. And seemed my windshield had streak marks that caused by their rinse tubes. Hard to get rid of. $10 for no care wasn't quite worthy here. read more

I went here for the first time yesterday. I wish there was a separate sign that went into detail regarding the differences between the options but I ended up going with the Premium wash. (Make sure to visit their website beforehand as it does go into detail about the differences between options.) When you pull in after paying the machine you drive forward until the sign on the left tells you to "stop". Then the machine does its thing. After it's done, the sign will tell you to pull even more forward for the drying part to begin. The drying part was WAY to short....maybe 20-30 seconds? It needs to be longer. Bring towels to dry your car afterward. Overall, I thought it did a good job! Especially for being touchless. Even my husband was impressed. I wish these touchless car washes were more common because I hate how damaging the traditional car washes are. read more

Touchless car washes always seem to get a bum rap when it's not exactly fair to the car wash itself, but more a criticism of the technology of "touchless" car washes! I know going in that there's no way blasts of water are going to substitute for the job I know I can do with a sponge or chamois. I kind of wish the owner would fix both automatic wash tunnels. The one on the right has been pyloned off for a year or more. But the one still open hasn't broken yet and it's only $10 for the best wash they offer. The manual wash slots are industry standard as are the vacuum stations. The change machine wasn't working for me one day I tried and I ended up going to another car wash. But the owner is frequently there, sells very tasty coffee next door out of a cart and he's even given me a free big blue towel for the job I was doing. :) This place is just down the street from work so it's very convenient to get my car cleaned during a lunch break. Prices for the type of wash is reasonable. I was skeptical at first running my brand new car through it but after purchasing the 10 dollar pack I wasn't disappointed. This was after 2 months of no car wash. Came out spotless except for the rear end tip of the bumper. Giving it a 4 only because the rainbow color clear coat would miss half of my car and do one pass. Tom the owner was also help one day when I put 10 bucks in my car stalled, and the wash deactivated he politely reimbursed me. It's very rare that his machines take your money, just don't take a long time going through the prewash. read more

It's touchless! I didn't know about this place until my friend took in his Audi for a wash. I recently took my car there and it did a good job for the most part. It managed to clean most of the car, except those hard-to-places and smaller debris. If anything I would take some microfiber towels to finish drying the rest of the car. The dryer time could be greater, but it doesn't dry it completely anyways. I'm not certain (I just can't recall) what the ultimate wash has, but I would recommend it; plus, it's not that expensive anyways. If you can just wash your car at home in between washes here e.g one time here then at home, and then here again. Just to make sure you get into those hard to places and overall just clean it more thoroughly than the machine would otherwise do. read more

Usually, I will not let anybody or anything (other than a certified mechanic) touch my car. As in, I go for the touch-free automatic laser wash to keep those meddling humans from messing up my driving machine. But Airport Touchless Car Wash is the one exception. These guys do it right. The car comes out looking clean, new, and sparkly as hell. Best part, whatever they put on there makes sure it *stays* clean. I have gotten the car washed here and then driven to Bellingham across dirt roads into a gravel parking lot, and the car is still sparkly clean. read more

I found this carwash to be a little overpriced. I went for the automatic wash. It was only supposed to be $12. The machine is supposed to give change, but I never got change from my $20. The magnetic yellow ribbon I had on my truck bed got blasted off never to be seen again. The water pressure was so high it blasted trash out of my bed that highway winds couldn't get. I would have preferred my change and I would have cleaned up the trash had my ribbon not been lost and had I got my change. Short of that I suppose the blasted out trash is karma's way of giving them a small jab for not taking better care. read more

drove all the way out from Renton for a touch free wash cuz I typically hand wash my car but it was too cold that day. Came out the wash and took one look at my car and all it did was spread the dirt around. Front, sides, back was just evenly coated in dirt. Didn't look like was washed at all! My car wasn't even that dirty to begin with! 2016 Honda Accord but it looked worse coming out. And to think I paid $10 for the whole RainX coating and polish and whatnot - not worth the trip. For about the ten years, since we "discovered" this touchless car wash, on the 20th of every month our car gets its bath, coming home always looking like show room new. Our Pontiac was all scarred by a brush washing, so we became customers to "touchless' when we bought our Jaguar, and, to this day, we still come regularly with our Audi A4. The owner/manager is nearly always on site, and thank goodness for that at our last visit! Right in the middle of the wash, all covered with soapy film, the machine quit washing. Beeping the horn soon brought this concerned manager to my side, and had me drive around, soap and all, to re-start my washing adventure. He was so considerate, and helped me get back to finishing the job of immaculate cleaning. All the while, he stood, until satisfied we that got what we paid for, back out of the spray, then sent us off with an apology and a smile. There's not a lot of touch less car wash around this area. I only know of this one and the one in Seattle. It's a hit and miss. Weird! Sometime my car comes out clean and sometimes my car comes out dirty. I'm gonna try the Seattle location and see if it's better. read more

I always get my Mini Cooper washed here when I drive up from a Portland. It did a great job on my mini. Clean location, lots of space to dry and vacuum after the wash. I didn't have any problems with the machines. read more
