I instructed my 16-year-old cousin to "just keep driving straight on 5" but we somehow ended up in Selma, CA, off the 99. The young attendant took out a map and tried to help us navigate our way back. He said he'd never driven so far on the 99, but there should be a way for us to get back on 5. In the end, we ended using GPS on our phones, but I thought the kid working was so nice that the place deserved 5-stars.

BUT GOODNESS SAKES, this place has turned into a car dealership with how forceful the clerk is with "helping you find good beer" and will give you a "good deal". This dude is straight full of Shi* and is just trying to upswell the crap out of their beer. He starts loading my arms up with beers of all sorts even after I tell him I usually like to stick with Hazy IPAs and continues to hand me Sours, wheats etc. I'm down for someone to help entice me into some new beer but leave me alone if you don't know what the heck your talking about. After telling him I only needed two beers (understanding that they're typically $6-$8) he tells me "no your getting 4, I give you good deal". This idiot rings me up for 4 beers and it comes out to $36.85. Trust me, I'm a craft beer enthusiast and have had probably over 800 different beers, theirs no reason I should've been charged $37 for these 4 beers. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The business appeared open, with lights on…read moreand signage still displayed. Instead of informing customers that the store was closed, the cashier stood silently and watched us until we left. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. If the store is closed, communicate it clearly rather than treating customers with disrespect. Her dismissive and unfriendly attitude was extremely unprofessional. Employees representing a business should treat customers with basic respect, and that was clearly absent here.

This location also sits on a Chevron gas station without a food mart so grab snacks elsewhere if you're heading on a trip. The wash itself was great. It gets pre washed before entering the automatic car wash by male employees. Soap gets really foamy so I trust my car is getting thoroughly washed. It gets air dried with extreme blowers....or whatever they're called. You gotta be careful though, my previous car's front emblem was knocked off by this car wash and my car before that the trim was taken off. I'm crossing my fingers that I have no issues with my new car while I bring it here, but then again you take that chance at other car washes as well. :\
