I pulled forward that it told me to move back and I did and then the car wash did not get activated. That's a little frustrating, but that's fine, usually anything strange happens with the car wash, I would just go speak to the clerk. Normally, they would assist with a problem immediately. The woman that was working today was not listening to what I was telling her. She kept on telling me to punch in the code and move forward and not move back. I told her there was no code to punch in because I paid directly for my credit card. And then she kept asking me which pump I was and did I punch in the code on the receipt. I told her several times I did not pump gas. There was no code to punch in because I paid directly at the car wash. This went on for a good 7 minutes. Does she finally gave me a new code. I was so frustrated. Trust me, I'm not trying to rob Shell of their $6. I just wanted my car washed. I tried my best not to lose it with this lady. I normally never get mad at anything. Just wanted to share my unfortunate experience.

Workers are lazy and have no clue how to use a gift card.
