I've been a frequent customer since maybe 2008. This location somehow always manages to hire GREAT employees, and hold them for a long time. I was very close with a woman, who left closer to a decade ago, that had worked at the location for almost 30 years if I recall correctly. I miss seeing her, she once held a poster for my friend and I, since she knew we'd want it. I still have it up in my room. Let's next talk about the inside and the outside. Their gas station is amazing. While it may not consistently be one of the cheaper places, I don't know that it's too frequently one of the more expensive places. I think it's typically standard in the middle. Back to the pumps themselves. They're great, clean, and there are enough of them. Parking is SLIGHTLY cramped, but honestly that's the case with so many gas stations in town. AND it's better than most of those. So no points revoked for me. Inside is extremely clean as well. It's not the BIGGEST, but it's average sized and well stocked. They should have new products close to when they release, and their hand scooped ice cream is amazing. I haven't had it in a while, so I don't know if it's affordable, but there's not too many dedicated ice cream spots in town...so it can't be THAT crazy expensive, I'd think. It's incredibly easy access. If you're heading north, just make two right turns and then turn right into the establishment. That's done with ease unless there's somehow insane traffic in our small town. If you're heading south, it just has one left turn and right lane merge to start with, and neither are very bad or difficult to do at all. Overall, their employees are some of the best in town. It is one of the CLEANEST locations in town. They have a good gas station AND convenience store. I really don't know of too many locations I've EVER been to, that compare to this.

There were separate pumps for semi trucks and RVs in the adjacent lot. The attached am/pm mini mart was well stocked with a nice variety of snacks and beverages. The employees were welcoming and helpful. The restrooms were clean and stocked. Overall very happy with this stop. Everything worked properly and was well stocked out by the pumps. They even had vending machines by the pumps of you didn't want to go into the mini mart. Would definitely recommend.

We pulled up without a wait, explained our situation, and the staff was friendly and ready to help. They examined our tires and added air, but couldn't find anything wrong with our tires (probably a malfunctioning sensor that needs replacing). They gave the rest of our car a quick check and topped off our fluids. The staff was super-fast as we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The best part was that this courteous service was completed free of charge. This is one of many examples why we prefer bringing our vehicles to Valvoline... for outstanding customer service. I still won't be talking smack about the old owners or location, but while it was less than stellar, it was consistent. This place has definitely made a few improvements, but has seemed to get to the place they'll be at for the foreseeable future...hopefully meaning a bit more consistency in overall quality. First, employees. All of them are kind, with good customer service. They've slowly hired a few additional people, but you'll get to know their few employees if you're a regular. However, they're not the best at keeping the convenience store fully stocked. There were talks for a while about adding hot food, that I'm super happy to say have finally been implemented. It has brought me much joy, because they added Krispy Krunchy Chicken. It's one of my favorite chicken places, and shockingly high quality for gas station restaurants. That has continued its streak at this establishment, thankfully. It's also keeping my overall score positive. Which brings me to the convenience store. It's essentially the same, except frequently not stocked in certain areas. They're hit or miss on having the new items as well. I'd say they'll work for regular items the average consumer is looking to find, and the prices are about average. It can also feel less clean and more cramped inside, but that isn't atypical for convenience stores, or particularly frustrating at this location. Onto the gas prices. They were some of the cheapest in the area, but are now closer to average. I think it's experienced a decline in traffic for that reason. Overall, it's maybe about the same as when it was first made a Marathon (from the previous Shell.) Their employees are incredibly nice and accommodating, so you should have a pleasant enough experience.

Went in for alignment with all new suspension and steering rack. They attempted and reported inner…read moretie rods on the new rack were too long. I cut 1/2 inch of each side. They left my wheel well plastic unfastened which I ran over and ripped off, plus got grease on the brand new carpet (and I let ALL of that slide) I returned for 2nd alignment adding mount and balance of my $5k wheels using their "touchless service". Upon second alignment, they discovered they were unscrewing the rack the whole time. It never needed cut but "they usually don't check that." During the mount and balance, after watching every tech oogling and handling my wheels, I asked Rick again the protocol of their touchless method in which he had to go out and inform the techs that they need to stop. (Quoted protocol was only 2 techs are approved to do it, they'll review the wheels with the customer for damage prior to working on them, the touchless machine won't damage them. And I pay more for the service.) They did not review them with me. They scratched the center bore and cooling fins, then Rick argued that it can't happen "it never gets touched, there's no way" "I'm telling you, nothing and nobody touched the wheel" that's why it's a touchless service" I asked to see the machine, in which I quickly identified what caused it... The conical mount, in which his tune changed to, "oh, well, that's the only spot." I understand something has to hold it, but they should communicate the hazard risks I also let that slide. Then upon attaching the aero discs, they cracked all 4 and chipped 1. And to top it off, the tie rods were on the wrong sides, so it impacted the wheel ripping off the balancing weights. (I didn't even hold that against them cause they didn't install them but some say, since they're the professionals, they should have caught it.) No one in the office communicates with each other Rick quoted the protocol, the guy next to him made the appointment, and neither informed the techs unboxing the wheels to what service. They're friendly, but they're far from professional and it cost me a 1/300 set of wheels. If you care like I do, find somewhere else.

To begin with, we could get in 2 hours earlier and on our way sooner. Fella at the counter told us we could have them installed when they opened a 7am and be on the road shortly after. Well, we arrived at 7am and the alleyway where we needed to pull in was blocked with their trucks. It took about a half an hour to get all the trucks moved out of there and for us to pull in. The young man who installed our tires was friendly, efficient and did a fast job. It took another half an hour to get those tires on. We would definitely stop by here first if we need tires in the future ... but might wait until 7:30 before we arrived.

What troubled me was seeing my car being driven away by a mechanic. I asked Andres why this occurred, and he said "I have no idea. I will ask him." The manager, Kathy/Cathy came out and tersely told me that the mechanic was doing a "Test drive" and that they do this before and after they work on a car. That is nonsense! I have had tires put on, brakes done, and fluid changes before but there was never a test drive. And Kathy/Cathy was quite "Snappy" with me because I saw my car being driven away. The gentleman who I was working with, Andres, didn't know why the mechanic drove away, and next, I was being fed a line of B.S. Superior Tire has lost my business and that of two associates who referred me to Superior Tire. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this business.
