This is for the car wash. Don't even bother. Not worth even the basic wash. I have a company transit van and I had time on my way home, so I wanted to get a good wash in cuz I've been washing it myself and didn't want to hassle getting the step stool and all the equipment needed to wash at home. First off, I'm always afraid to take the company vehicle through these washes. I guess this car wash is not good for long big transit vans. Most of these types of car washes are height limit of 7', which my van is 6'7". So barely made it. Then the driveway leading in and out is a short curve, so it's a tight squeeze! You think a 7' vehicle is going to be short and stout? One of the nozzle wasn't even spraying. Then the water pressure was like taking a shower at home. Barely any water was spraying my windshield. When it was doing the final rinse, suds started water falling down on my windshield, which was from the top of the van. When the air dryer hit, it didn't even blow off the suds from my windshield. Let alone wash my windshield. When I got out, my windshield was worse than when it went in. I had to use my wipers after. When I got home, I still had to pull out the step stool, window cleaner and paper towels to clean the windshield and my side mirrors. Ugh! read more

Uneven wash, feels like only half the car gets cleaned I typically prefer touchless car washes--especially since my vehicle has a ceramic coating. It's an easy way to maintain it without having to hand wash every time. That said, this one needs serious improvement. The biggest issue is how uneven the system is. The laser washer clearly favors the top and right side of the vehicle, which gets decent coverage. The left side, however, is only partially hit and not evenly addressed at all. You can visibly see the difference when the wash is done--one side looks clean, the other looks like it was semi-skipped. This imbalance carries through the entire cycle. The underbody blast, soap/clear coat application, and rinse all seem to prioritize the top and right side of vehicle. Even the dryers follow the same pattern--mostly hitting the top and right side while leaving the left side wet and streaky. For a fully automated system, consistency should be standard. Right now, it feels like you're paying for a partial wash instead of a full service. I like the convenience, and I want this to be a go-to spot, but until the coverage and drying are actually even, it's hard to justify coming back. If they fix it, this easily becomes a 4-5 star spot--but right now, it's not there. read more

A stupid place to go for carwash. I went last month to get the unlimited wash, the cashier told me that only the manager can do it and he's only there from 8-5pm. So, I decided just to the regular wash. So, today I came back (which is Saturday) I couldn't get the unlimited again because the office is closed on weekends. If that's the rule, then they should have posted it outside. I wasted my time coming here again. They should train the other staff to do it. I would give this place no stars but can't however I'm giving this place 1 star because the employees at the register are really nice and friendly. Went to get my car washed today (spent $15) and got a towel afterwards from the nice employee and proceeded to wipe my car for about 1 minute at the pump closest to the store. Once I was done an old man walks out and introduces me as the owner, then harasses me and tells me in a very rude condescending tone that if I want to wipe my car I should park at the parking spot. But I said I wanted to get gas as well and he says "you have to put gas first and then wipe" to which I replied "excuse me you don't get to tell me what to do, I'm actually not going to get gas anymore. " and he replied "ok very good!" SO RUDE especially as an owner speaking this way to a paying customer! Never coming here again, the car wash wasn't any good anyway. Please stop allowing frito and Pepsi to host random events in your parking lot. At least be respectful to the neighbors. We even called and asked to reduce the volume at the least. Instead, the event speaker loudly babbles on the mic about how "people are trying to bring us down," and proceeds to hype up the crowd even more with her annoying singing of mainstream songs and continues pushing those bottles of crude liquid chemicals to little children that walk by and bribing them with useless keychains as prizes. Came here for a car wash. They have a "touch less car wash", which I found out the hard way is a car was with no scrubber or brushes. It sprays soap on the car and rinses it with water. No brushes or scrubbing, so the car is dirty still afterward. I asked for a refund, and they couldn't do it, so they gave me a second car wash. It was still dirty after the second time. Bottom line is I paid $15 for a car wash and instead of a was got a spray down. I'd recommend not using this place to wash your car. I wasted $15. read more

I actually really love this gas station and I don't mind paying a few extra cents per gallon to get bonus gas station perks. -Wide "aisles" and plenty of space to maneuver your car every which way -Never too busy -Pumps are spanking brand new and have updated technology and cool buttons -Drive thru car wash is awesome and the updated kind which means you don't have to scoot your car along hoping the blowers dry it properly. ***solely based on the DRIVE THRU CAR WASH In a rush this morning, I decided to use the drive thru car wash (for the first time at this location). I never expect a great or perfect job when I run thru one of these machines but this was below average and it's brand new. This location uses a laser wash which reduces water and soap use, which I was excited about until I actually stepped out of my car and saw the thick layer of dirt/dust. The machine also cleans one side of the car at a time, so the passenger side of the car is slightly less dirty than the driver side. Needless to say, it sucks. Worst customer service ever! Place looks good, but who needs it when there is no customer service. I wanted to purchase gas with a gift card I received from my boss and I was refused service. Clerk says it's the rules. I had never heard of that. I used that gift card before at a different Chevron with no issues. I pay 39.00 a month for the car wash. I don't appreciate being asked by the rude employees not all but their are two that are rude af, if the towel I am asking for is due to me washing my car. Obviously that's the reason. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership and drive farther for a cheaper more polite staff down the road. Employees here are trained to be courteous and accommodating. The car wash is a brushless carwash. This is the reason why you pay much less than any of the other car washes who charges $25+ and above. If you want a good clean car, pay extra and wipe & pick the bird poops off your car in between your 2 washes and you're good to go! I for one do not like any person going into my car so I like this place. They also go out of their way to ensure that their trashes are checked and emptied out and the area is swept clean. Overall I'm pretty happy with this gas station. Some of you walk in this place expecting to be served hand & foot! Please! It's a self serve gas/car wash station. A gas station is just a gas station, but I think they could be more clear on the prices. The big sign has one price, which is their cash only/chevron card price, which this sign fails to point out. The other smaller sign is out front, so would guess they are within the legal requirements for postage of cost, but this other sign is easy to miss, especially if you are in a hurry. There is nothing posted at the pumps detailing the price difference. I went in the store after pumping to ask about the price difference, and the attendant says the more expensive cost was for cards, with a slight smirk on his face. Come with cash if you need to, but I would stay away from this place for being deceptive with prices. I only paid about $2 more, but that might be important for some people. read more

So I need to dry it myself I stopped under the shade of one of his gas pumps. He comes up to me all rude and demands I move my car even though he has the HIGHEST priced gas in the neighborhood and none of the pumps are taken. When I came out to the pump the tried to cheat me and the price at the pump was $4.65 which is "credit/debit" card price. They try to be sneaky about it. And this is no mistake because countless times I've paid cash and it happens. So if you don't pay attention and not look at your receipt, they cheat you. Some old Armenian guy followed me out to my car and said, "NO bro, I not cheat you. I bet you $1,000 dollars, I not cheat you." I don't think their pumps give you what they say they do. I needed about a gallon of gas ($4.49/gal) so I pumped $5.00 worth. When I checked my container afterwards, there was significantly less than 1 gallon in it. Like the other reviewers have stated, something's shady going on at this location. I want to revise my review, just because their sign has a different number than what you actually pay. The sign shows you 10 cents cheaper per gallon if you pay with cash. This is the worst California Lotto outlet. I won $$$, when they punched in the machine to cash out they don't have money in cash registered . The staff named Fabian told me to return in 30 minutes and claim my money. When am backed at the store after 30 minutes, they changed shift already. I asked my money if already available to the staff on duty, they called the manager, Fabian (the staff I dealt with) left already. I was told to be paid the following day @ 7:00 in the morning! This is really disgusting on my part. In the first place Why they punched my ticket without knowing that they don't have enough cash to pay me. Chevron is always a little pricier than most places, I know. However, this is the priciest Chevron gas station in town by about 20¢. I'd rather take an extra minute or two and drive the opposite direction to the Arco down the street that is typically 50¢ less and has a smaller CC fee. Which is lame, because I drive by this station almost every day to work. Need gas but unfortunately when you wait and let your tank get too low and have to stop at these higher gas stations then you end up paying the price too. I paid $4.15 a gallon which is about 15 Cents higher then i would have normally paid at the Arco near my home or some of the lower Gas Stations I have found ..oh well as long as we have cars we need to get gas and were stuck relying on whatever they feel like raising the gas prices up too..it won't do me any good to complain i just need to keep searching for the lowest prices and not allow my car to get so low to empty anymore! read more
