Frankly - I'm struggling to figure out how I haven't heard of this place and why no one has posted…read morepics. The oldest review is from 2012! For more than 8 years, I used to frequently visit a plant less than a mile from this place and had no idea it was here. The only thing I can think of regarding lack of photos is maybe the other diners are wolfing their food down before they can snap pics. Lol. I love a good, hot cheap lunch and this place fits the bill. I guess it's what some would call a 'hole in the wall,' but as long as you keep that in mind, for this type of eatery, they knocked it outta the park! Exterior / Interior It's a gas station / convenience store, located right on the corner of Allgood and Damar Rd. (It's less than 5 minutes north of The Big Chicken). Limited parking and be careful exiting the lot. It's on a curve, no traffic light and most motorists seemed intent on disobeying the speed limit. Interior seemed clean and orderly, most customers seemed to be buying food or scratchers. They have this virtual gambling machines and each one was occupied. Crowd was a mix of friendly working class folks and surly sour faced people cursing and trying to steal other people's joy. Food I ordered a turkey club for myself and a chicken philly with fries for the SO. I took the liberty of opening his sandwich and fries to take a pic. My turkey club was quite tasty. I would have his again but I'd ask for it to be placed in a Styrofoam container and I would probably omit the third slice of toast. Thanks to the tight, foil packaging, may sandwich got pretty steamed up by the time I got to my destination. My sweetie said his cheesesteak was excellent and he enjoyed his fries as well. The fries and tator tots have their own dedicated cooking station - and they looked and smelled delicious. Also want to give some Kudos for variety. The cooking area is TINY but somehow, in addition to cheesesteaks and burgers, they also have cold cut sandwiches, fried chicken sandwiches, shrimp PoBoys, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, beef / lamb gyros and hot dogs. They even have a veggie patty sandwich! Customer Service The 3 men behind the cash register were friendly and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and kind too. (I called to ask about hours and whether they had a menu online). The young lady doing all the cooking was friendly and efficient. She smiled as she asked if mushrooms and onions were ok on the Philly. She kept smiling as she asked if I wanted it dressed with mayo, tomato and lettuce and she thanked me for stopping by. She was manning the grill, the fry station and taking orders and still she managed to stay upbeat and pleasant. Price / Value I think the food prices are pretty reasonable. Another reviewer said the cheesesteak was $5 - either regular inflation or COVID ... it's $6.49. My turkey club was $5.79 and I think the fries were $1.89. They don't have any paper take-away menus (you know I asked) and no online presence so I snapped a few pics of the menu they have written on the an actual, old-school chalk board. Unfortunately, the chalk is very faint and the menu is very hard to read. COVID precautions None at all that I could see. No masks were worn by anyone. There is a plexiglass divider between the customers and the cashiers and the cooking area is on an elevated platform, but otherwise - nada! Overall Overall, once COVID is over, I would stop back by if I was in the area. They are open for breakfast and they stop cooking at 4pm, so I would suggest arriving no later than 3:30pm. If the owner reads this - I would LOVE to see a chicken gyro added in the future. Lol. You already have the flatbread, onions, Tzatziki sauce ... just use that tasty chicken you use on the chicken philly.

QuikTrip is my favorite gas station chain in Georgia and South Carolina. Most, if not all, of the…read morestores are clean and brightly lit, open 24/7, and offer the lowest gas prices around plus decent food and drink (for a convenience store) and free air for your tires. This QT, store #775, is located on Barrett Parkway in north Marietta, Cobb County. It's located just off I-575 exit 1 next door to Cheeseburger Bobby's. This is a fairly large station (not as big as the newest QTs or the ones in South Carolina though) with 20 pumps. I used pump #2 and it was in good working condition including the keypad (Robin S). This QT, like many other locations, is located at an intersection with a light, so it's safe and easy to turn back out onto the street when you leave. In conclusion, I think this is a good gas station.

THE worst customer service ever experienced in my life, I left a google review and no one got back…read moreto me but I will leave a yelp also as well as try and reach a general manager and district manager. If this place got awards for terrible customer service they would be number one on earth. I just came in there today less than 10 Minutes ago 7:16pm-7:20pm 6/ 23/26. I got eight dollars worth of gas and all I had was a $50 bill and when I gave the cashier the 50 dollar bill he sighed as if I did something wrong or like I stole something from him and when I asked him is there a problem he just stayed quiet stonewalling me like I'm not there. I don't usually like leaving negative reviews because I come there so often I'm not gonna stay quiet and be made uncomfortable for paying with a $50 bill, no can't do. His name was Jaquan M and wear glasses , 0/10 service shit service actually. Y'all do better. And when I called to speak to the manager someone named "Jay" most likely the Jaquan dude was reluctant to give info. Told me a manager named Aaron would be there the next day and their general manager Latonda will not be back until two weeks because she is on vacation. I will and must have this complaint addressed I bet on it.

This Walgreens is a good example of a store that probably does well on account of its fairly…read moreconvenient location, but in terms of the quality of the pharmacy, the main reason why most people go to Walgreens in the first place, they definitely fall short - consistently. So let's get the introductory stuff out of the way: this Walgreens is located at the corner of Roswell Rd (Marietta part) GA-120 and East Piedmont Rd. They're one of the only Walgreens in the 30062 zip code, and snooty East Cobbers tend to not like "crossing the tracks" AKA dare cross into 30066 despite the fact that there are several other, probably better Walgreens within 5-6 miles away. Their parking lot is a war zone where choosing to park right in front of the Walgreens puts your car and your life at danger, because of the Karens and Beckys hauling (rear) out of the neighboring Starbucks drive thru in their Lexus SUVs to leave, and incoming traffic tends to ignore the marks on the asphalt and tend to drive over the handicapped spaces and wheelchair access because it's easier for them. Inside, if you've been in one Walgreens, you've been to all of them, and this one is no exception in that it's kept very clean, and in all fairness, the people that work outside of the pharmacy are polite and friendly enough, but it's not often that I'm going to a Walgreens for anything other than a prescription, unless there's some free photos I redeemed from slickdeals to pick up. But let's talk about the pharmacy: I don't think there's ever been an instance where I've gone to this specific pharmacy, and actually gotten in and out the door without some sort of screw up or aggravation. Have three prescriptions? You'll only get two. Have one prescription? You'll get a partial and be told to come back for the other half on Monday. Doctor prescribe you an antibiotic? The pharmacy will say they weren't contacted by your clinic, and you'll leave empty handed. Without fail, this Walgreens' pharmacy will always leave you feeling pissed off and/or disappointed. Typically, I tend to not bother reviewing big businesses, but this has gone on past long enough to where I feel like people should be warned before deciding to make this their primary pharmacy. I certainly know that I have numerous other options nearby that I can switch to, and will switch to after the latest disappointment. If you want 2/$3 Cokes or discounted generic over-the-counter drugs with your Walgreens card, this Walgreens is perfectly adequate for your needs. But if you need anything from a pharmacy, I highly recommend you seek to take your pharmaceutical needs elsewhere.

The younger black gentleman and younger petite black woman are both phenomenal. They both are not only competent but also understand that they work in customer-facing roles. Accordingly, they are professional -- which includes being kind and respectful to the customer. However, there's another young black woman (on the heavier side) with the nastiest attitude. Some advice for her: when you tell the customer that you're not going to give them their Rx for whatever reason, they're going to be frustrated. Compounding their frustration? Your attitude. When your colleagues communicate a delay or issue, it never bourgeons into conflict -- can you guess why? Because they are professionals, and they act like it. This means being kind and respectful even in -- especially in -- the face of a frustrated customer. One more tip: When a customer shows up, greet them? I assume a smile is asking way too much, but certainly don't sit there scowling (in silence, no less!). Like the customer is a nuisance and a bother, showing up and expecting you to do your job. The audacity. Acknowledge the customer and let them know you're ready to assist them. If this is too much for you, get another job. Sincerely. You are unfit for a customer-facing role.
