Our order came out with someone else's and there was obvious confusion on the part of the employee on whose food went on which tray. My wife ordered a California style burger but got a standard burger with no onions (with a lot of mayo). Burgers were good, but the buns were coming apart towards the end. Onion rings were also good. I'll give our overall food experience three stars for this visit.

There were also some unprofessional moments, like an employee walking around with sagging pants low enough to expose their butt and boxers, which didn't leave a great impression. Service was very slow and inattentive. It took about four minutes just to have my order taken, then another 17 min to get it even though no one was ahead of me. Another customer who had already ordered was left waiting around 15 minutes for his food. not sure how long prior he was waiting. It seemed like staff were more focused on cleaning than actually assisting customers. The manager didn't appear to be actively leading the team or maintaining a sense of urgency, which likely contributed to the overall experience to why the crew was the way they were. I'd rate this location a 2/10. I've been to many Bojangles locations, and this one unfortunately stands out for all the wrong reasons. The dog is a remarkable color red and the bun is steamed and it is wonderful! I ordered a side of onion rings- they were fried to order and while tasty, not the star of the show. My beverage was served in a bucket, 32 oz styrofoam cup with crunchy ice cubes. Again, wonderful. There was a steady pace of person ordering at the counter and the phone rang for pick up orders.
