I have washed my car for years at this place and it gets better and then it falls back, but its still the best in town although that isn't saying much. Yesterday they were out of drying towels plus the rinse water was apparently dirty because there were dirty spots on the paint in areas which were drying before I could wipe them off . The entire rear of the car was dirty also as though it had never been into a car wash. I asked to see the manager because dirty water ought tube a concern. The young man I asked said there was no manager, it was employee managed and the the water was clean, not dirty but if I was not pleased, I could run it through again. read more

This Chevron has been a consistent DUMP for almost 10 years. I totally get that Chevron is the most overpriced that goes without saying. My problem is that over 50% of the pumps on any given day are either out of service completely or the card screen is broken or a receipt cannot be issued to receive your carwash code. Ive nicely complained to the clerk and she said she has heard the same complaints from many people. The people that own this place dont care about customers or their equipment. Avoid at all costs unless you are on empty. I had to laugh reading another review stating how everything works perfect. read more

I can't even give this car wash a one star review, I give it zero stars. The Car Wash does a terrible job, the employees are disrespectful, they're always out of window spray, the vacuums aren't always working and the owner could care less about their customers. The owner allows the employees to park their cars in the bays where you vacuum your car leaving no room for the customers to dry and vacuum their cars on a busy day. I asked the employee to please move his car so that I could dry and vacuum my car and he informed me that I would have to wait for another customer to move and he had no intention of moving his parked car that was just sitting there all day out of the spot. I then informed the owner who told me that he had 400 cars a day that were washed in his car wash and did not need my business. Needless to say I have found another car wash where I am treated respectfully and my car is actually clean and there is a spot always for me to dry and vacuum my car. read more

I've never even gone inside here my friend gets gas here a lot and I happen to be in the car with him when he does. The gas is usually chevron priced which is more than normal but it's conveniently located and has a pretty sweet car wash setup. Plus if you get your car washed and it rains the next day you get a free one the next day so that's cool read more

I went and I bought $45 worth of gas at this gas station. I spent $13.99 on a car wash at this car wash. Upon finally arriving at the entrance of the carwash, I noticed that the truck in front of me was brush washed on one side and half of the tailgate. I kindly asked the boy to make sure that both sides of my car got washed not just one-sided like the car in front of me he became defensive and said both sides of the truck were washed. I told him that I watched the boy who washed one headlight and the mirror and the front wheel the truck. I tried to explain that I wanted to make sure my car got all the wheels and all of the back window washed please. He called the manager over. The manager told me the fact that the car in front of me did not get washed was none of my business! She was yelling and cussing and rude! I tried to tell her all I wanted to do was make sure my car got washed! It didn't. The boy on the left of my car washed my car but the boy on the right side did NOTHING!!! Paid for the expensive wash this time thinking it might make a difference, not so much. My back tailgate is still visibly dirty and the back left near the tire has a scratch at least 12" long. Not going to take my truck back. Maybe this is just a better wash for smaller cars. read more

Sucks I have to edit my last review from 4 stars to 1. Last week I ran over some grease on the road so I filled up at chevron and while so I tried to remove the grease and it was removing easily with my finger so I got a car wash. I told the young man about the grease and asked him to get the grease off with the brush, he said yes. Well anyways, took his word for it, broke to Sacramento on a business trip and boom, grease still there. Went back today and told the cashier and she said "I like don't know why they do that, they like don't listen to people." Instead of maybe, I don't know, fix the problem...maybe offer another run through the wash, but no. Just total incompetence. Gilroys chevron car wash on leavsley is cheaper and 10x better. read more

I went for car wash and got car wash for one month by paying $11.99 for one month on credit card and used it 2 times in that month. 3 months later, I noticed that I am getting billed every month. When I called, the cashier said you must have signed a contract. I did not sign any contract or paperwork. Then she asked me to bring paper copies of all the statements so that her manager can process the refund. The manager only works 7-3 so I have to take off from work to do this. She said they have no other way to life this; I have to come between 7-3. Called manager named Fernando nest day to resolve this and he collected all the information and was supposed to get back in few hours. It's been more than 3 days, he has not gotten back. Be careful when you use your credit card at this place. Worst customer service. read more

Don't waste your money and time on the car wash...even after 3 times thru, my wheels were filthy,and the rear if the car was almost untouched. Total crap! Employees at wash seemed bored and only gave a half hearted swipe with the brushes before the automatic part of the tunnel read more

Their car wash service is great for a speedy wash. From a quick wash to make your car look decent from all the dirt and rain to their more pricier washes they offer that gives you more for your buck. All the attendants are helpful. read more

My review is on the car wash part of the gas station. I got an Express Wash on Tuesday after a trip back from Los Angeles. The windshield was NOT cleaned of I-5 bug residue. Last time I made the same trip the windshield was cleaned before the car went through the wash. When I stopped to ask after the wash, one of the workers said that they no longer do windshields. This is a poor policy change and rates a low ranking from this very disappointed customer. read more

Needed gas and a car wash...filled up my tank and paid for the car wash. The car wash was OPEN on both ends, so I pulled up and was told they were closed. Apparently they had been down for maintenance for awhile. I TOTALLY understand that these car washer probably have to be checked periodically...what I don't understand is WHY they could not have one of their TWO employees that were just standing around in the mini store doing nothing write on paper and put on each pump that the car wash was temporarily closed. NO, instead they had people pay for the car wash and then have to take time to go into the store and complain to get a refund. Had I known that the car wash was closed I would have picked another station. NOW they have lost me as a customer forever. SIMPLY customer service goes a long way people. For at least the past 3.5 years many of the pumps still won't accept credit cards, need to go in because they won't fix them. For Chevron prices they should provide pumps with credit card readers. read more

The pumps never work when using a credit card. And tonight, after the card failed again, I actually went inside, paid then the pump failed to dispense gas. After fighting with it for 15 minutes, I went back inside for a refund. Never using this station again. read more

I visited this car was about a month ago, and though the sign in the front of it says that it's "very safe" the dryer ripped off a piece of trim from the roof of my car. The attendants were very helpful and assisted me in retrieving the piece, but unfortunately it was damaged and in need of replacement. I left all of my information including the part number and price (112 dollars from mitsubishi) and spoke on the phone with the manager, Rick, who assured me he'd look into it. A week went by without hearing anything so I called and left him a message asking what was going on. Another week went by and I left another message, this time mentioning small claims court as his car wash was liable for my damages. I heard nothing again, so am filing a case against the car wash. I couldn't be more disappointed with this business, and I'm not the only one considering it only has 2 stars on yelp... From now on I will actively try to turn people away from this business. read more
