Essentially she ran it 2 times, kept one for herself and wanted me to pay for both! Then the guy got involved when I told her she was wrong. The ticket he handed me showed 3 plays which should equal $6 which I pointed out to him! He looked at it said yes and then told me I would need to fill out a new ticket! I said no, I would take my original filled out paper and go somewhere where they don't try to cheat! I went next door to Charlie's liquors and sure enough, he ran the ticket and it was $6! Watch every time they charge you for anything as they may be doing the same "overcharging" for other items as well and just assume no one will notice!!

I was away for the weekend celebrating my anniversary, so I asked my daughter to pick up the card for me. She went in the same day, but staff told her there was a problem with their printer. They said they would call once it was resolved, but no one ever followed up. When we returned home Monday, my daughter had already gone to school. Since Walgreens never contacted us, she later stopped by again to pick up the card. Unfortunately, it still was not ready. This time, she was told I needed to select a different size. She relayed that message to me, but when I went online, there was no option available to choose a different size. As a result, I had to make a card myself on regular paper, which was far less special than what I had originally ordered. After 20 years of using Walgreens for printing services, it is disappointing to see such a decline in reliability and customer service.

When my child's physician requested a list of medications covered by insurance, the pharmacy said they would message back the doctor and never sent the message. I had to wait 2 days for prescription to be filled, got a call that it was ready and came back to pick it up and was told they were out of the medication and that it would be ordered and available the next day. Many problems here, and glad this isn't a life saving medication or we would be in a serious problem. Please get your protocols in place and make customer service a higher priority.
