I come here every week to get me a large orange hi-c lol it's an addiction there is usually a nice sweet black man who lives in all the customers he wasn't here today A man was digging in the trash in front of the store because he was thirsty and got a cup to get something to drink because he couldn't afford a fountain drink instead of talking to him like he was human the girl who works there who wasn't working this day because she had on a crop top and was dressed unprofessional told him how she seen him digging in the trash how nasty af he is and he need to get tf on etc he looked sad and walked out I called him back in and told him I'll pay for his drink and she tried to question him broken I said I got it then she had nothing to say b it kept giving like looks until we left then she ran her mouth she was very distasteful and if we was like her things would have went another way but we had sense and actually care about humans I don't know if I'll come back to this store if this is how people are treated it's not what you say it's how you say it read more

These reviews are accurate. Sold me a car wash though it was out of order. No paper in the gas pump so had to go inside. Didn't tell me that the car wash was out of order so tried to go through. Went inside and they would it refund because of discount. Spoke to corporate and Colleen and she was not better than the rest. I don't write reviews for gas stations but I had to for this one... I work late and often stop by this store for gas and a car wash which I purchase at the pump. I drop $75 to fill up my car with a wash. The last three times I've done this, there is no receipt paper loaded at the pumps, so I can't get my car wash code I paid for. Last month when this happened, there was a clerk at the counter. When I knocked on the door because the door was locked, she screamed at me outside while she was behind the counter. When I explained to her that I needed a receipt for the car wash code she printed it out then passed it through the door. This morning (10/03/21 at approx 1:40 am) I did the same, purchased a full tank and car wash. But this time, there was no one inside the store within eye-shot. So it looks like I lost out on a car wash I paid for. I understand that you can't have the lobby open, I get it. But at least have the paper receipts working at the pump so people don't have to walk-in to the store. Definitely a fail for chevron and terribles. Looks like I learned my lesson, and I encourage others to not use this business because they can't even provide adequate services to the public. Update - I rolled by the next day and they gave me a car wash code. Better, but I still think they need to address the printers at the gas pumps. Updated my review to reflect accordingly. read more

I don't ever write negative reviews but man this place is ridiculous! Too bad zero stars isn't an option because this location has terrible customer service. Gray haired ponytail boy in particular has been rude on multiple occasions assuming my ID is fake. But almost every employee here is rude for no reason. Best to just avoid this location. read more

I went in to get water bottles while pumping gas and grabbed two water bottles that were 2 for $4.00. The girl at the register just charged me $11.00 for 2 water bottles! Obviously she is overcharging to pocket the money! Don't come here unless you want to get scammed. read more

This is more a review of the employees than the establishment. I went to the gas station this morning on my way to work. I needed to go into the store to purchase some drinks for the day, but I couldn't even make it into the store. The employee was outside vaping and would stop for two seconds to let me get my drinks. It's not as if he had to put out a cigarette or anything like that just put the vape pen in his pocket sell me the drinks and go back out. Very simple. What's worse is that he was very rude and condescending I don't expect much from a gas station. You pump gas, you get snacks and you get deinks. But this made me angry. I know it's early in the more ing but that should make it easier for them to go back outside when a customer needs to make a purchase. That's It for my rant read more

June 10th at 1:25am/1:32am i when with my son to get gas and I told my son to go inside and let the person know $50 on #14. I see my son come out looking all confused and he tells me the guy told Me i am not allowed in the store something about 87. I was confused and I when In side with my son and I ask the guy do you have any problems with my son his look at me all embarrassed and he ask me your son has a friend around his age. I ask him why what happened your son was here last night. I got upset and told him NO my son was with me yesterday and we had dinner late night a Applebee's. I have lived here for 3 years. I come to this store at least once a week for gas. But now all of a sudden the new assistant manager wants to harass me every time I come there. She had a problem with my son because as he was going to get his license to buy tobacco he made a comment about coming all the time and not getting carded so she decided she wasn't going to sell him anything but she did let him pump the hundred dollar gas he paid for. It made everybody with us very upset for no reason. My daughter came in and made a comment and she wouldn't let her buy anything. My son called corporate on her. So I come in the next week and she held up the line 15 minutes waiting for someone because she couldn't serve me. I'm 66 years old and I am not a threat. I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review for a gas station/convenience store unless something stands out. In this case, the service was so pathetic, it required a review. I went in to grab a couple things. One of the items I was buying had a deal, 2 for $1.09. No biggie, right? Wrong! The clerk, Vincent told me he didn't know how to ring it up and expected me to pay an extra dollar for my purchase. He argued not with the fact that the price was $1.09 but that he didn't know how to do it. As if I was I was supposed to pay his idiot tax. By this point, I think I'm in awe of the ignorance and just had to see how far this would go. He actually calls his manager using the speaker phone on his cell (by this point there is a line). She tells him where the code is and he argues with her when she is telling him exactly where it is on the sheet. Finally, after a couple of minutes he says "oh, there it is" like he is surprised that it's right there in front of his face. You would think this would be the part where he completes the sale right? Nope! He proceeded to unsuccessfully attempt to do so for another couple or minutes or so. So all told, Vincent wasted probably 10 minutes and still couldn't ring up a simple sale after being told how to do it. I don't expect much from a convenience store clerk, I know they don't get paid much, probably don't get very much training and he may have been new but that doesn't excuse the fact that he not only couldn't complete a simple sale, but argued with me about giving me the advertised price of an item and his manager about how to do it. I stayed calm and courteous(more so than he did) throughout this debacle but finally I just said, "keep it" and left to do this guy a favor because frankly, I was embarrassed for him. Unfortunately, like the original reviewer stated, "you can't fix stupidity"... gas stations/convenience stores are a dime a dozen in this town, choose a different one unless you have nothing better to do then watch someone fail horribly in attempting to do a simple job. read more

Where to start. Hmmm... So i decided to get a quick carwash after filling up my tanks because my car was dirty. Never Never go there to get a carwash period. So basically they use little water to rinse before the wash causing me to panic if the carwash would scratch my car. Not only that the towel that they use to wash the car is soo powerful that it literally bent my license plate and little bit of cosmetic damages to the car. I did file a claim regarding this and we will see if they will follow up with me regarding the claim. read more

People should avoid this place as much as possible. The staff and also the regular customers (the creepy guy who gambles there most days) are horrible. Very discourteous and the place is dirty. They let men loiter outside of their establishment at "Holla" at women. It just doesn't seem safe or comfortable, and unless I'm carrying, I will not go there. read more
