Ummm not sure what people expect from a gas station. Park, remember the pump number, go inside, pay the cashier, pump gas and leave. Nothing magical should occur here. This is the cheapest Chevron in the area.. that's all I care about. Went in today and the gentleman at the register was super nice and friendly. The owner is usually there too when I stop by. I only put Chevron in my car and this is the only station I fill up at since the cheapest. I drive a hybrid so I'm here once a month. No complaints, haven't been approached by panhandlers, no rude service and I have received my change back correctly. I must be living in an alternate universe or something because all these other reviewers have nothing but complaints. Welp .. here's to not having any bad experiences moving forward. Worst gas station ever only good thing about this place is that it is the only one around it its location is great I live across the street and I do not come here for anything! Ever one time 3 am I was 8 months pregnant just got back from Vegas was going to put gas for the week and I had to use the restroom. While my dad was going to pump the gas I ran inside and asked if I could use the restroom the guy looked at me and said no we don't have one but the restroom signs were there. Told my dad put the pump down and we did not pump gas! I was pregnant I was in nice clean clothes I didn't look like some homeless person absolutely rude. In my experience here, the people are not friendly or unfriendly, they just kind of exist and wait to serve you. I have not had a bad experience. Usually they will wait until I ask for gas or where I might find an item, and they are always great time direct me where I am looking or let me know they are out of whatever I might ask about. Last time, I needed some fuel additive to include with my gas and they were great about helping. They had a couple different options from STP and didn't have an issue explaining them to me. It is chevron, so you are always going to pay way more money for gas than other places. This spot offers .30 off per gallon if you get a car wash of any kind. From experience, do not use the wash if it is hot and your car has been out in the sun for any length of time! Their car wash permanently damaged my driver side front end with the cheap wax their deluxe or "the works" wash sprays on your car. I was pretty livid but also realized it's a junk drive thru car wash and you get what you pay for. I might have been more willing to complain to them if it had happened during normal conditions but the car was pretty hot. I probably should have known better. read more

This is a large and fairly clean gas station. It's in a convenient location on the way to the 101 freeway. I love how you can get a discount of $0.30 off per gallon of gas if you buy a car wash! And the car wash prices are reasonable. The express wash (basic) is $6.99, deluxe $7.99 and the works $8.99. To fill up a tank, I would save about $4.50 or just pay $2.50-$4.50 for a car wash. And make sure to take your receipt after it prints out because the car wash code is printed on the bottom and the best part is you can come back to get your car wash anytime over the next two weeks. Used the pump with my debit card, and next to where you insert your card an put in your information is a huge sigh that reads: $.20 off gas per gallon if you buy a car wash ... Its with no great satisfaction a person needs to go to an app and say negative things about the bread and butter of ones business but I also believe if we feed you and we determine your success, then treat your customers that put on that blinker for you! I am still so upset over what the employees did to me over the weekend. There was no wait at the wash and the pump I was on was empty as well, I had already entered my wash code so I entered and began calling Chevron repeatedly, 17 times actually, nobody answered, my wash ended about 60 seconds later I pulled out and saw nobody was at my pump but there was in front of it so I went to the pump in the next aisle. I went inside and explained I was there just 3 min prior and called. This young person looked at my receipt, quickly noticing my method of payment was cash and with all the fakeness he could muster, he shook his head saying oooohhh i sorry another person steal you gas. I looked him in the eye point blank and asked him if that was his truthful final answer? Yes he said, some people no honest. hmmm, I know Chevron has a system where if prepay has not began pumping in 60 seconds it resets and the funds go to the station. I knew he was stealing the only money I had to get me home and I was so unprepared for such a thing thinking this was "my stop" they wouldnt do that to me. Anna, the cashier needs to get fired!!! First of all, Anna was texting & taking her sweet time, instead of assisting customers. When I finally arrived to pay, she asked me for my pump number. This owner is so tight, he squeaks. I purchased gas & car wash one morning on my way to work. When I went to wash my car, a guy was hosing out the car wash. I went inside to get my money back for my car wash and two women told me to go back out & I could get my car washed right then. I drove back over to the car wash and the guy yelled at me that he could guarantee that the car wash would scratch my car. I was torn between employees that couldn't communicate with each other. Case in point: I purchased two different car washes at a cost of 6.99 a wash and this company did not honor either of them even though they were paid for and I produced a receipt. They told me that they had expired and that the offer expires after 14 days. I told them that this is posted nowhere and that I have paid for these washes and to please honor them or return my money which they refused. The gas prices here are 20-40¢ less than the other Chevrons in the area. Additionally, they have a drive-thru car wash; if you purchase a car wash the price per gallon is reduced by 20¢. False advertisement. The 24-hour light up sign for Subway is false because I went in last night after using this gas station for a sandwich BUT their Subway was closed. It was late at night and the cashier, Mark, was extremely unprofessional speaking to me in a condescending manner relaying that the Subway is obviously closed because it's late at night.
