Everything tasted super good and was more affordable than some other spots I go too. They also have homemade chili oil which was a plus. Spring rolls were super pretty and the sauce was SO good and smokey. Normally I'm pretty picky with my spring roll peanut sauce. And their water had Chick-fil-A style Ice which I also liked a lot. The only thing I didn't like that much is that staff wasn't very attentive to the tables, the dropped off the food and didn't come back to refill drinks so I had to ask for a refill of water at the counter but because the food experience was good I could look past that. I went to a shopping center called the collection in Oxnard. I wanted to browse this area after coming to fill up the battery in the Tesla as it had stations here. I felt hungry and went to there food court. Of the selections given for food, this place had the least bad stuff. It had veggies, vermicelli and banh mi etc. I enjoyed the taste and flavors it had, I also enjoyed the meal I ordered. It was a vermicelli beef and egg roll bowl with assorted sauce that was sweet and tangy. A mellow fish sauce that was carefully seasoned and prepared to be spread on the vermicelli bowl. There were shrimp too but not many. The overall cost of the meal was about $13, although it appears to be a good value, the quantity and quality were okay. I have had much better pho/vietnamese food elsewhere. Overall, service was fast and relatively good. Not the greatest, the taste and flavors of the food was above average. I also ordered one of their banh mi, the beef banh mi, although it was tasty, I have had much better in San Jose. I made reviews on those. This banh mi was small, average quality and average taste. It was alright but the price was $11. That is high for Banh mi especially one that was mid and not too big. Overall, service was good enough and the food was okay for the value. It had a nice surrounding environment and the ambiance was welcoming. Surrounded by other food chains and dessert places. I recommend to try it if you want something reasonable to eat and relatively affordable on a busy weekend when you are out shopping with friends or family here. But, I felt that it was mediocre overall. The cost was not bad though if you're a budget kind of person. It was in total with tip about $40 for two bowls and the banh mi sandwich. Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley and visiting Westminster recently- I didn't think I could find good Vietnamese food this side of town but it hit the spot! Their seating area is small so you might have to wait for a table, but our wait has never been that long. They do offer take-out as well. Pho #1 is my usual go-to. Tasty with a good portion of meat. I ordered the seafood Pho noodle soup that had squid, imitation crab, fish balls and shrimp. I also ordered the shrimp rolls. I didn't care for the shrimp rolls. They had pork in them that tasted over-cooked and dry. Also I don't believe there was any mint in them and if there was I could not taste them. The soup bowl was perfect. Just the right amount of noodles and meat. It had great flavor and hit the spot. Next time I come back I think I would like to try their dry noodle options. The service was great. We ordered 3 things: House special beef noodle soup, seafood noodle soup, and egg rolls Egg rolls were average tasting egg rolls. Nothing to fancy but I appreciate how crispy and hot it was. Paired nicely with the fish sauce. The house special beef noodle soup: the soup was piping hot which I really liked. It was crazy how hot it was even after eating half of the bowl. Great for a cold day. The broth was also very rich in beef flavor. A couple things that I disliked about it was that the meat was not tender at all. Sort of chewy actually. The noodles were also not Al dente, it was soft :( The seafood noodle soup was similar to the beef noodle soup in that it had the same broth and noodles, but there was seafood instead. The seafood was okay too and more tender than the beef. It came with shrimp, imitation crab, squid, and fish balls. Noodles were meh One great thing about both these noodle dishes was that they are actually pretty big and can fill you up! They give plenty of noodles as well! The service itself was normal, but not extraordinary. The food came out relatively quickly primarily cause it wasn't too busy but it started to pick up later. New management needed, Phuong Anh Hoang is really running this place into the ground and there's NO love to be found here. I've been here a few times and the Bún bò Huế is usually the star with warm savory broth, nice pieces of meat and silky noodles. The staff is usually very welcoming as well, which made this experience very unpleasant. My group of 3 arrived at the Collection and went to counter and asked for a table for 3, and a woman pointed us towards a table and we sat down. Only for another woman to come to the table and basically berate us for "not following the protocol" which was to check in at the counter (exactly what we did). We explained that we did that and were seated here because of that when we checked in with the other woman, but she continued to complain saying that we need to check in at the counter, sign in because she had customers waiting (plot twist is that there was no one waiting and no one on the sign in sheet). Truly unhinged to not only be wrong, but to be incessantly rude about it even after getting explained what had happened. Phuong Anh Hoang really ruined this place, while the other staff members are nice and the food is good, I don't plan to return given how I was treated and hope they can grow and be better in the future for others, but there's other 805 establishments that deserve business and support instead read more

Their seating area is on the smaller side, could probably fit 30 people total. We came an hour before close, waited 20 minutes for our table, after which they closed the waitlist for sit-down. Because of how busy it is, service was just okay, servers were friendly but just seemed super busy and not as attentive. Food was good for pho, I got the PH3. Love Pho Signature which had steak, meatballs, and a spicy chili sauce. It is a good amount of heat (could be too spicy for some if you have a low heat tolerance) but I enjoyed how much flavor it had! Plus it is a huge portion, I was stuffed and took home leftovers! I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's located in the Annex at the Collection & I hope it's here to stay. I've paid this location a visit a handful of times & each time, it's been so delicious! These days I no longer eat meat & love that they offer plant-based options, which are plenty! The last dish I had was the Shaken Tofu & it was so good! I ordered it 2 times in a row & I will order it a 3rd time. It tends to be busy during the weekends, but it's a great place to meet up with friends for lunch, during the week. Prices are good & so is the service. They are quick to get food out once it's ordered, but seating can be tricky as they don't have a ton of tables, but thankfully there is more seating around the Annex. Notice that I said service is good & not excellent? They could improve service just a bit, they are nice, but not particularly warm. I recommend the Fried Tofu w/Vermicelli as well & their Veggie Pho. Their spring rolls are also very good. And if you love Boba, you can get that too. I was craving some Vietnamese food so my mom and I decided to try out Love Pho Cafe since it was in the Annex food hall, which I had been to a few times. I ordered a Vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken on top and a taro boba while my mom got the chicken curry. The first thing my mom and I noted about the vermicelli bowl is that it was HUGE. Only about $9 but just from one glance I knew I could get a second meal from the leftovers. It came with everything such as the noodles, sprouts, peanuts, and chicken arranged nicely. I mixed everything together, put some of the fish sauce on top, and dug in. It was sooo good, definitely hit the spot for how hungry I was. The chicken was cut thinly, but not dry. They were very generous with the amount of chicken on the bowl. The taro boba had a nice nuttiness and the boba balls were soft. I gladly packaged the rest of the bowl to bring to my boyfriend. When he opened the box of leftovers, he had thought I ordered a bowl just for him. He was shocked when I said it was leftovers from my order. He also had asked if I barely ate any chicken just because of how much he had. That's how generous the serving size was! I only took a small sampling of my mom's curry but she ate every last bit and expressed her satisfaction at the end. This place is super delicious. I've had the chicken pho and egg rolls and they are well-seasoned, delicious, and flavorful. You won't go wrong going here. However, I gave this place 4 starts instead of 5 because it's super frustrating to order takeout and still have to wait in the long line there. I can see my order on the counter getting cold, but have to wait half an hour in line just to pay and get my order! I know they are super busy at this location, but there has to be a more efficient way to do take out orders vs orders in real time. Or maybe they should get a touchscreen for those who know what they want and have someone dedicated to wrapping up all orders and calling out takeout, touchscreen, and in person orders to people? My family always orders togo from here and we're Viet. I've tried the S8 Stir Fry Flat Rice noodle with tofu one time. They use bok choy instead of broccoli. It was more butter flavor than soy sauce stir fry. 6/10. Also have tried N4 'My Tho' Egg Noodle Soup. Tastes just like it should. Only had to add a tsp of dark soysauce. Bok choy or some vegetables would add that finishing touch. 9/10. We dined in for two on Monday evening. Service was excellent. We were seated quickly and everything is pretty much clean. Utensils are served in a little basket. Our waitress made sure to check in here and there. She was very nice and respectful. The man that took our order memorized everything without writing it down which was impressive. Ordered the PH2 Pho w/ Beef Balls & Eyeround. I wasn't expecting it to be that good! The broth was so flavorful and it came out piping hot just how it should be. You get a pretty good portion with lots of broth in a big bowl. You also get the usual bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and lemon on the side. 10/10. We also got the R1 w/ fried rice. Didn't come with a side of Nuoc Mam Cham (fish sauce) but I think they poured it over the meat and vegetables. Fried rice was just egg and rice no peas carrots or soy sauce flavor. The three meats, pork chicken and beef was too thin. Had a little charred flavor. 7/10 We also got a Taro Smoothie & Mango with Boba. Tastes just as expected and love the price!
