This wasn't the worst gas station I've stopped at. We came here for ice and gas, both of which they had available. There were a few other camping necessities we'd run out of that we purchased too, all of which were less expensive than I'd thought they'd be. The quality of the items we purchased were what you would expect. The ice was cold and unmelted. The people working were really nice. I think they had restrooms, but I didn't use them. I'd stop here again if I had to. read more

Have NEVER been treated so poorly at a gas station. The little oriental looking lady was all sorts of pissed off when I asked for something behind the counter, then asked for something else because she grabbed the wrong one in the first place. She then YELLED "Excuse me? Which one do you want?" Loud enough that my girlfriend heard it from outside at the car. She then told me to just pay and leave which I happily did. That's not how you treat people, I'm a Marine Corps vet and I just wanted to get my Zyn and move on with my day. Won't be coming here ever again! read more

After waiting 5 minutes to get a gas pump, it was kind of annoying to use and wasn't really working. When we went inside, there was a really long line. Once we got to counter they said that the pump was probably not going to work, and to try another. But then we went back out and it magically worked. The restrooms are located on the side of the building. There was also a wait to use those, but they were decently clean for gas station restrooms. Typical gas station/convenience store items. Really long line to check out, but probably because of holiday weekend. They also sell reservation permits here as well as bags of ice and water. Not the best or worst experience. Would probably stop here again if needed facilities or gas.

We stopped here to get gas at the start of a fairly long drive. The first pump I stopped at…read morewouldn't work. The auto shut off kept clicking off. I switched pumps. This one worked but when the auto shut off clicked off I pulled the nozzle out tank, but gas was still flowing. I got gas all over my car, legs, and new running shoes. I tried to clean up in the very small bathroom. Told the attendant what had happened, got an apology, but didn't see her make a move to put signs up. Then I got to smell gas for the next 4 hours.

This is an honest and fair family…read morebusiness who was referred to me after being held hostage by a local dealership service department who kept my truck for 6 weeks and tried to stiff me with an expensive repair for a problem they caused while repairing something else. Even the warranty company who approved the original manifold repair told me they denied the claim for cylinder head repair because the service technician at the dealership puntured a hole in the cylinder head while repairing the manifold. The dealership held my truck for over a month and did not admit fault until I threatened to report them to RAM Customer Care. Then they told me they would fix the problem and and I didn't have to pay the $2300 repair. When I finally got my truck back I immediately researched reliable mechanics on the mountain. ISON was referred to me by several friends so I immediately began taking my other vehicles to them and I am 100% satisfied. I feel safe and in good hands with them and their prices are very fair. I believe they work with various warranty companies so we are not stuck with taking our vehicles to service deparments of the large dealerships here. I highly recommend ISON and won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Buyers beware --- I was appalled that the young man working the convenience store on Thursday, Aug. 6 was not wearing a mask despite Pinetop, AZ requiring them. I asked him about it and he said if the police weren't going to enforce the order, he wasn't going to wear a mask. What kind of a selfish, arrogant, self-centered individual would care so little about their human beings and thinks he knows more than those in authority trying to protect others! A mask is such a small inconvenience to help stop spreading Covid 19. Management really needs to discipline this person for not obeying local ordinances. I will no longer shop there! read more
