I just moved here from Phoenix 3 months ago - so me saying that this place is a S+++ hole is horrible as I'm used to almost every car wash in Phoenix being used as a drug spot or homeless encampment ... yet, I still give this review... what happened ? Let's see, I go to get a little scent tree from the vending machine on site but all I have are $20s. So I leave come back with dollar bills and I have to use there change machine right next to it- so I place $1 bill in and it rejects it.. well it did this to around7 bills before taking one, next I go to buy the scent tree and it just eats my money and doesn't do anything.... I hit it any noting , I go to look for an employee and guess what nothing ... so I say whatever, I'm gonna go vacuum out the car real quick ... I got to the vacuums and start to vacuum and POP! Like many of you have scene before on a vacuum. The device head falls off and now your just left with an open hole that sucks ... (scary movie to anyone who knows what I'm saying . "Mom said stop bothering me when I'm cleaning my room!") anyway, so I'm fed up and leave- 2 days later I am on way to work and need to vacuum again real quick. I pull in and go to another vacuum for a quick 2-3 min in and out... GUESS WHAT HAPPENS ?! YUP, NOW THIS DEVICE HEAD FALLS OFF! I am pissed and look at the machine across from me. THAT HEAD IS DUCT TAPPED ON HEAVILY.... so every single vacuum here has the same problem- a cheap $40 per vacuum fix from the owner to just replace the 1.5" pvc 15ft hose or shoot even super glue - All in all- I will stay far from this place as I fear what I will make POP OFF if I comeback here again read more

I am a regular customer to this car wash. I can't tell you how many years I'll say 10 because I just haven't kept track. Been very satisfied generally. On the off occasion that there's an issue the gentleman that works there has always allowed me to run my car through again. On this particular occasion, I paid the $12 car wash which I guess I will call it the works since I can't recall the actual name of the top tier and when I entered into the car wash the lower body car wash which does the tires and the underbelly of the car did not engage. Also, the car was only washed once. When normally the $12 wash is selected it is a double wash. No worries I approached the gentleman and explained to him what happened and let him know that. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and would have to return to get it washed at a later date and I would like a pass to return do so. He explained to me that I would have to do it right at that moment or I would lose my money. I explained to him that I just did not have time I was on my way to Phoenix. I had to catch a flight and I absolutely could not take extra time. He said once again, no I'm so sorry. Cannot do that. I was not happy at all since what I got at the car wash was equivalent of a three dollar car wash so I got in line and waited behind multiple other cars I might add, which took about a half an hour. I watched him when I got up to the next car in line wipe off the electronic eyes before my car got in as they I'm going to assume get caked with soap and debris and might prevent the lower part of the car getting washed. I failed to mention that when I first approached him and told him what happened he said I must've entered the car wash prior to, the greenlight allowing me to go in. I told him I did not but he said that's probably what happened again. I told him I did not. I'm assuming they do have this problem on occasion. The only reason I've taken the time to write this review is to let those who go here to not enter the car wash early. I certainly did not. But they do have electronic eyes. They get dirty and sometimes don't engage on the full car wash that wash the bottom or the underneath of your car, so if it doesn't trigger, and it doesn't wash the bottom of your car, you need to prepare yourself that you will have to run through a second time you can't come back later and it can take quite some time to go through. I did make my flight that day, but I was very stressed out on the drive down, and I probably should've washed the car the day before so it was my own fault. Not really happy that they didn't have a little thing they could give me to come back later. I'm a good customer and I do recommend this car wash just a little helpful hint and that's why I taken the time to write the review. read more

Was My Favorite Carwash In The White Mountains This car wash with fuel station is conveniently located right on the major intersection of deuce of clubs and White Mountain Boulevard across from Chase Bank in Showlow. The things I like most about this particular car wash are that they have both the self-serve that takes credit cards not annoying coins, and also the drive-through washes for when you're in the family car and you don't need to scrub. It's convenient to be able to get gas at the same spot too. The fuel prices are competitive with the local prices. They also have diesel fuel here! This car wash and gas station is abnormally clean! It's not a scummy and gross as many other carwashes are up here. Now the reason they went from five stars down to three stars is the last few times I've gone to wash my Jeep in the touch free car wash. Each of the past three times my jeep leaves only slightly cleaner than when I left complete with still dust and water spots everywhere as it doesn't dry you long enough so when you leave it's all wet so you have to bring towels with the scrub it off. I still have little spots of dust and dirt all over and my jeep is it really that dirty when I got in a pretty much completely Mrs. certain areas of the jeep. So if you're not gonna use the touch free car wash I would give this place five stars, but the touch free doesn't seem to do a good job at all. Stop by and get that filth off your car! read more

After being practically extorted at Octopus Car Wash I decided to come here. I went thru Octopus because they are supposedly full service and my back was bothering me so I didn't want to mess with it but here's the short version. The supervisor at Octopus cleaned my front interior then had the nerve to tell me he wasn't going to do the back unless I paid him double. I left them a nice review regarding that if you want to read the story, but anyway, I left there and had to go find a car wash where I could vacuum out myself for not too much money, as I was pretty broke then. Nice way to treat a disabled veteran, Octopus Car Wash. I went to the High Country Car Wash which is self serve but they need you to have change in your pocket (which I never do), so I went to Splash and Dash hoping I could use my debit card on the vacuums. From what I remembered you could. To my surprise I found the vacuums there are totally free! My previous review of the place a while back stated they did charge for them previously so I wonder if my review made a difference? Anyway, good for you, Splash and Dash, and smart, as well. Free vacuums will bring in customers who may then decide to go ahead and get the car washed also! I would've if I hadn't already had it done at Octopus, but rest assured, that won't happen again. The car wash does not wash the entire vehicle. The was is a quick way for the owners to rip people off!

We used the Pinetop location originally and the drive thru wash malfunctioned... BUT after calling the customer service phone number, the manager met us at the Lakeside location, wanted to make sure he knew what was wrong in Pinetop so he could solve the problem and provided a free car wash (which worked perfectly and cleaned the truck SO well). We will 100% use the Lakeside location again and recommend you do as well! read more

I only get my gas here for the huge discount but lemme tell you why this gas station only gets 3 stars. The sidewalk to drive in is unbearable. My car is maybe 2 millimeters from scraping my exhuast off and I drive just a normal mustang. I don't even have it lowered. Not the gas stations fault directly. But it makes it a worry or a gamble if my car is gunna scrape or not. read more

Worst car wash ever. The stall was filthy when I arrived but I went ahead and washed my truck. $30.00 and an hour and a half later the truck was still a mess. I used the pre soak, foamy brush, high pressure rinse and protectant. When I dried it down it was still dirty and had a film that only came off with a vigorous wipe down. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more
