We're not from Show Low. We got a nail in our tire on the way up the mountain somewhere. We went to all the brand name shops first and they were all certain without even taking off the tire that we needed a new one and it couldn't be repaired. We stopped in at Center Tire on a whim and not o it did they repair it for $20 they were nice and quick! read more

My son is currently serving in the United States Army. Took his truck in and explained that I needed new tires for when he comes home, so he can drive the truck across the country to his base in Kansas. They recommended tires and we had them installed. The tires are rubbing the fender wheels. I take the truck back to get a leveling kit because the owner looked the truck over and said that should fix the issue, so I drop the truck off in the morning only to get a call that they can't do the install because other repairs are needed. At no point did they ever do any kind of inspection to make sure the tires would fit and that there were no other issues until they day that we are suppose to fix their first mistake. I went to Center Tire because of a reference, but I will never go back again! read more

This shop wouldnt take my truck in for an alignment,because I didnt have an appointment,and didnt offer to make an appointment to align my truck.Nobody in the shop was working on anything,and they had no cars in the bays/parking lot.
