In result it's already late evening when we arrived Packwood. Restaurants are closed and no nearby town in Packwood that has eateries. That's why 24hrs convenient stores came in handy. This location don't have packed meals but still grateful for being available 24/7. So canned goods and cup noodles are enough for us to fuel evenings to our tummy who's struggling to function well. Oh btw, their aircon here is always in blast so prepare to grab your sweater/jacket coz it's freezing in here. Lol. The staff is not the friendliest but I can managed to that. It's an older gas station that hasn't seen much upkeep. The restroom was usable, but barely. It was dirty and in poor condition. Only four pumps are available, so it felt crowded quickly, even with just a few cars. The layout of the parking lot was a mess, with no clear flow or direction. Everything about the visit felt cramped and unclean. Only reason to stop here is if you absolutely have no other choice in the area. JY review

One had the decor of a Chevron gas station but no Chevron sign and the other looked to be a Shell station converted to a Chevron station with a Chevron sign out front. I went to the one with a Chevron sign out front (this one). The cashier in the convenience store was friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the snacks were reasonably priced. Fueling was straightforward and the gas itself was a good deal. I paid a little under $12 for a little over 5.5 gallons of gas. It was easy to pull in to and out of the pumping stations and the parking along the convenience store was also easy to access. There was ample space for lines if fueling up at a busy time.

Easy in, easy out with smaller than most lanes for the cars at the pumps but enough room that it's not dangerous. As far as convenience stores goes, this one is pretty Janky. They've got all the cheese laden carbs and energy drinks that you're looking for, and the bathroom has a pretty constant leak from outside and it's rather cold. Not a place to linger! Not great, but not as either - kind of the gas station equivalent of the little bears porridge in little red riding hood. Good for what you need and not much else....like a gas station should be!
