Obviously that makes no sense, so I asked them why the advertising sign says something different. They basically ignored me, and said they would not take down the false advertising sign, and gave me a dumb stare. Bad customer service is one thing, but straight lies are something completely unacceptable. I suggest taking your business to an HONEST business establishment.

On this day, surprisingly, all the waiting lines of cars were only two to three cars deep. I waited just four minutes before it was my turn to fill my truck with gas. The whole process was simple: I used my phone to scan my digital membership card and tapped to pay. It was very smooth and quick. A Costco employee came by to say hello. After telling him that this was my first time using these gas pumps, he asked if I had any questions, and I replied, "No, but thank you." He was very friendly, which I appreciated. Gas prices were much lower than what I had been paying at other gas stations, which really made me happy.
