Store has really gone downhill... most of the time the employees are unfriendly and in a bad mood. Nobody says hello or good morning, they just kinda stare at you. One morning I got gas and cash back and the clerk got irritated because he only had $40 in his drawer and said "you should have asked if you could get cash back"..... like brother what??? Your machine ASKED me if I wanted cash back and how am I supposed to know how much money you keep in your drawer.... Put up a sign or something. Review#1108~(SGV, CA)~ Convenient gas station to pump gas and grab drinks on the go. This location is open all day. It's an AMPM so gas is Inexpensive and friendly staff. There were always open pumps without waiting for one to open up. If i'm in the area, i'd stop by again. I'd switch between AMPM/Circle K's because some times receipts from Circle Ks don't print smoothly out.... read more

I stop in here twice a week for my sports drinks before I go hiking or biking and afterwards to pick up fresh coffee and snacks. The staff (Henry and Josh) are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and well organized. read more

My favorite gas station, always clean with friendly staff and many choices to eat . Bathroom needs renovation and gas prices are a bit to high compared to other places around but overall good place to. read more

Harbor for bums. And really dirty. I know its a gas station but that place is pathetic. The nerdy guy with a BMW working at night seemed like he was on something. Or maybe just slow. He definitely wasn't cleaning the cappuccino machine. I asked why it wasn't working he walks over and opens the machine where you could see all the internals. Filthy. I never go inside the AM PM but just buy gas. I just moved back and have noticed its consistently the cheapest around. The machines work well and everything. There is always only one window washer thing, so maybe you'll have to wait for that if you want to wash your windows. 35¢ debit fee isn't bad. read more

I used to frequent this location a lot, they were the only station I'd go to. They were close to home (the closest) and the cheapest by far. Then, I put $40 cash into my tank, only to get $20 actually in my tank. I went inside to check on the issue and was told to leave my name and number, they'd call me *if* they found the money I'd paid inside the machine. They never called. First, they've got subpar gas and everyone knows it. Then, they can't handle customer service at all. They should have given me the $20 on the spot and trusted a loyal customer. They never called and I never saw the money again. Just recently, I had to stop in. I didn't want to, but when your car is showing "0 miles to empty", an extra few feet could end poorly. I know, I know, I should wait that long for gas but I'm testing out this whole "YOLO" business (joking, I swear). Anyway, I absolutely had no other option but to stop in and get gas at this location after a couple years of going to the Mobile down the street. To my surprise, I was charged a 35 cent fee for using my debit card. I've seen this just about everywhere else, but never at a gas station. Always very clean, as the squeegees on both aisles to use and it's usually the cheapest gas in the area.

It's suppose to close at 10:00pm. I git there at 10:01pm ok no problem, I will go elsewhere. Get there at 9:52pm, I was told I needed to go because they start shutting things down at 9:50pm. Very rude customer service. read more

Another good location for me when out and about. Large station compared to some others in the area. Plenty of pumps. Clean and organized inside. Friendly employees. Comparable gas prices. Still the lowest in surrounding areas and other stations. read more

This place charged my card twice. It's been over a week and no one seems to care that they stole money out of my account. Not to worry though because they are now under investigation by my bank. The manager has not been help full and they keep talking about the owner Lucky, who I've yet to ever see. Nothing worse than stealing money from a disabled Veteran. read more

Major complaint-Location of grand and foothill in glendora ca. Thursday 8-20-15 at about 8:00 pm. Employee: David (on name tag) I went in to get a drink, lighter and gas. Upon arriving at the counter and grabbing a white lighter, David told me that I had to pick any lighter but the white one. I laughed thinking he was joking and said sorry that's the one I picked. He replied seriously bro you gotta pick another one, I don't sell white lighters. I said no way bro, that's rediculous if you don't sell white lighters, then why are they on the counter? Its a personal belief he says to me. At this point there was at least 2 other customers behind me listening to this unprofessional conversation. I replied I don't have that belief so are you going to ring it up or not?! After angrily narrowing his eyes at me he mumbled something under history breath and finally rung up the lighter. Im sure you could imagine how angry this made me, having someone supposedly in a customer service position try to impose his unexplained and odd belief on me. This was very confusing as well as unprofessional, and I have to assume racially motivated as I could see no other reason why someone would have a 'belief' not to sell white lighters. Went there because I had both small kids in the car and like that they have the cash machines right at the pump so I don't have to go inside. Well none of them worked, and had to go inside.
