I just posted this to google review, but I want to make sure people stay away from here. My car broke down a block away, I walked to this gas station hoping they have a fuse for my car. I asked the guy working and he pointed to the section where it should be. I looked and looked and asked 2-3 times if they had fuses. This guy didn't want to get out of his seat to help me instead he was on his phone with an over powering smell of incense. He told me he didn't have any fuses after I said that what I have been looking for, then he proceeds to tell me F**K YOU and F**K YOUR MOTHER. Taken back by how unprofessional this guy was when I was being nice. If I could give negative stars I would, stay away from this place, drive a lil bit farther for your gas this place doesn't deserve to be in business read more

The cashier with a beard was so rude to me for asking for extra creamer. And he yelled at another person for wanting to use the restroom? I understand it's for customers but what he DIDNT have to do was be so mean and aggressive. Very disrespectful and rude. I was willing to pay for the creamer but the way he screamed at the other customer genuinely made me feel unsafe so I left. read more

So I stumbled upon this Chevron station. It was somewhat hidden in that you don't see it until you're close to it. Seems like a newer station with an on site convenience store and drive through car wash (vacuum stalls available). Gas prices were competitive and pumps were fairly new looking. If I am in the area again, I would definitely come back. read more

Bought an EverWash car wash monthly package because this Chevron one was the closest to my home within a few miles. It's a coin toss whether the car wash works or not. There's many transients in the area that frequently loiter here with no security on site. Seems they are opening a Taco + Churro stand that may have a drive thru, the current one is gated off. Pairing that with a service attendant who was more interested in his Spotify playlist than helping me turn on the vacuums (that have a shorter than usual time limit) as well, make this Santa Ana gas station very low on my list. Add the fact that there is a bunch of road work on Grand right here that will quickly dirty up your freshly washed whip, on the instance it's functional and up and running. Pick another gas station and car wash for the time being. read more

The "new" car vacuum stations were installed and I have never been able to use them. Have been taped off preventing use. Wonder if we will ever be able to use them. Would be nice since the original 4 are always in use. read more

This station is clean and off Main & Goetz. Price is the cheapest compared to other Chevron's in the area. Inside the store is clean and modern. Not many transients outside either! read more

I purchased gas here and before I took the nozzle out the guy working here came out yelling at me telling me I didn't pay for gas and to leave. As I was driving away he spit at me!! I already had a problem with the pump not charging what's advertised despite using my Chevron card, but my biggest problem, and why I will never go here again, is because on Saturday the 11th around 4pm, I brought my little nephew who is diabetic to use the bathroom. Mind you, because he has diabetes, when he needs to go, he needs to go. So my fiancé goes to bring him to the bathroom, the man at the window directed him to the bathroom, then the mean guy unloading boxes in the refrigerator stops him, was very rude and wouldn't let him use the bathroom. So I go over there and said he's just a kid, he's diabetic, he needs the bathroom, but he didn't care at all. It wasn't broken, the man just didn't want to let us use it. The prices at this gas station are also much higher than surrounding stations anyways as well. I only went here because I don't go anywhere but Chevron and my fiancé works close by. This man was far too terrible to go there again or bring my son or nephew here again. Worst customer service ever. Having to find another restroom also made my fiancé late to his next job because the restaurant on the way was closed early for the weekend. So we had to find another gas station. My poor nephew almost wet himself on the way. Never seen someone get so ridiculous or territorial over a bathroom to a child. read more

Terrible customer service A pump gas and I asked the gentleman if you can let me use the restroom he said they didn't have a restroom I know he's lying. What is more disturbing is that the store just got remodeled everything looks new inside it looks very nice and I'm a customer paying money for gas, and I was going to purchase other stuff but since he said no then I didn't by anything else if I didn't need a gas I would've left and purchased gas somewhere else. read more

I have come here to pump gas And wash my car . The pumps always work, the car wash drive thru leaves my car clean and completely dry. It has a dryer that dries the vehicle all around the one that just blows air on top. I haven't gone inside but I'm sure it's nice and clean this location is new. Check it out! read more

Horrible service!!!! Never coming back, it was my first time going here and never had I ever experienced the worst customer service. The male employee during my time of visit at 2:15-2:45 PM was very rude accused me of stealing money even though I had barely gotten there, I was using the mobile app and thought it went through so I started pumping gas. When it stopped pumping I was confused and as I turned around the man was yelling as me with attitude, claiming I was stealing money from another customer. I was confused and tried to explain to the employee what I was doing but he didn't care and blamed me. He committed a mistake and put money on my pump instead of the customers designated station. I didn't know what was going and thought my mobile app transaction was in the process. The employee could have came to me respectfully instead of yelling at me and embarrassing me in front of others. I understand we commit errors but what he did was unacceptable! read more

If I could give zero stars I would the middle eastern guy who works here is an idiot and wouldn't let me use my Apple Pay without an ID which should not be needed I've never been asked to use an ID with Apple Pay anywhere!!! I was also pregnant and had barely any gas to even go to another chevron I drove to chevron off of McFadden and they didn't ask for my ID when purchasing gas with Apple Pay! Some gas pumps dont work and if they do, receipt is not given and now you have to go inside for car wash code. Car wash itself doesnt work properly and theres a guy standing out there with a waterhose to wet down half your car only before u go through. Had to drive through a second time because soap was not dispensed the first time through. Dryer is a joke. Vacuum is hit or miss. Cashier inside not customer service oriented...just very inconvenient. read more

After entering all of my credit card information at the pump, screen said "see cashier". I asked the middle-eastern cashier what the problem was and he ignored me and simply said to pay inside again with the keypad. I told him I shouldn't have to come in here to pay in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic. I told him to please just cancel the transaction because I was in a hurry. Soon thereafter, I got an alert that he had "declined" my credit card and it was placed on hold till i confirmed i had actually cancelled the transaction myself. Geez! read more
