TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE Worst experience, after ordering wings to go, arriving home to find out the bottom was burnt and black. Went to 711 location for a replacement and some worker names OSCAR said "its not burnt", its extra extra crispy. He argued with me in front of the customers, screaming calling me a dumbass saying i cant see properly. He then started calling me bad words in spanish. He then took the wings to a worker up front and he yelled "its not burnt" laughing and giggling like kids. (Other stores place their Amazon locker inconveniently all the way in the back.) + Didn't have to talk to anyone to pick up my package. I come here every morning on my way to work for coffee and cigarettes and let me just say these folks are very organized, friendly, clean, if the line is long, it moves quickly because they're quick to open another register. and the prices are well below average especially for cigarettes. I'm not really sure why everyone is so upset with this location. Compared to other convenience stores, let alone other 7-11, they are pretty good. Let's not forget they are often busy, so it is hard to keep things clean 100% of the day. Yes, there are homeless people around here, but that's not under their control. I've never felt unsafe here so it's really not anything to worry about. The food they have isn't healthy or high quality, but really, at those prices do you really need to be upset? It's a convenience store. There have been times the hot dogs have rolled long enough to turn into Slim Jim's, but you can SEE it. Ask for fresh one. Considering the prices the food isn't bad. Beyond occasional stale hot dogs and catching them when people are on break, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. The place is always clean and when some clown makes a big mess, they come out to clean it. So 5 stars! read more

Victor, the store "leader" is one of THE RUDEST customer service (CASHIERS) that I have ever met. My husband was very nauseous and I ran in to get him something. I found a bottle of antacids, the no name kind that you can buy at any dollar store, for 3 dollars and some change. When I got to the counter to check out, he didn't greet me, he talked to his associate, and refused to check k me out. I had to interrupt him and ask him if he could talk to him later and check me out.They were talking about stale bread. Lovely. He acted as if I was bothering him and said, "What?" I said nevermind. He rang me up and had over charged me. I politely showed him the label. He took it and said it was the wrong label. I politely showed him it was the right label and he replied that the price was wrong. they wanted double what the price was. Bait and switch? False advertising? Or just neglect and an inability to do their job and price things correctly? Whatever the case I had to go back and get a little roll of over priced tums and a small bottle of Pepto for 6 bucks. Then as he rerang up my items my daughter asked for a donut. I told him she had a donut. He saw the donut. And as I walked away he had the nerve to day, "I didn't charge you for the donut" I just walked out. How could anyone like that make it as a team leader? Was it because I was a white female? There's something wrong with the people who work here. I went to use the restroom and somebody tried to open the door (no lock). I put my foot in front of the door and yelled occupied. The guy yelled at me "get out of the restroom". I walked out of the restroom and asked the employee if he was banging on the door. He looked startled. He said yes he was, and I said I was in the restroom using it. I told him I put my foot on the door because there was no lock on the door and he was trying to enter. This 7-Eleven needs to be recognized at the Annual 7-Eleven Gala or get some huge Recognition of Excellence plaque from the 7-Eleven Board Members bcs. this location is a real breath of fresh air to this frequent 7-Eleven-er. I happen to know a thing or two about 7-Elevens. I'm a lazy, junkfood junkie so 7-Elevens are a part of my weekly, even sometimes daily routine. The convenience and selection of pure junk at 7-Eleven is unmatched. However, along w/ the good, comes the bad: the real life, rude version of Apu, who either gives you the suspicious laserbeam eyes, yelling at the customers to hurry up, buy, and don't steal, or he'll be yapping on the phone the whole time and refuses to acknowledge your existence til he sees that you have the balls to dare interrupt him during his phone call just to pay for your Slurpee; the dirty, sticky floors you peel your shoes from w/ each step through the store; the often unfresh goods plaguing the shelves, making you wonder if you have your lawyer on speed dial in case you die from food poisoning. Well, NOT HERE! They seem to feed their staff rainbows and sunshine bcs. I have never once come in where a worker did not say, "hi" or "good morning" w/ a smile to top it off :D The store is also quite emaculate. They must have some cleaning rotation bcs. every time I come in there, someone new is cleaning, stocking, or tidying up. The food is also pretty fresh here. I inspect the labels, esp on the fruit, sandwiches, and baked goods, and they are all usually things that were delivered that same day or the day before. If a sandwich that has been sitting in the fridge for 1 whole day is not fresh enough for you, you can look behind that sandwich. Most likely, that's where the same-day delivered sandwiches are hanging out. Only complaint - the vanilla cappucino station only works 3 out of 5 times. Does anyone know the difference between a corporate owned 7-11 and a franchised 7-11? Well, if you don't know, then you haven't been here. This is one of the biggest, cleanest, nicest stores I have seen. At times, I have seen 10-15 employees working here, with three to four behind the counter. It might be a training center, since they come and go pretty quickly. Also, this is probably one of the safest 7-11s to order food from their heated rollers behind the counter. These move really quick and I know they won a national award last year or the year before for selling the most of one of the items (I forgot which one now) in the country. Or maybe they came in second. I don't remember, but you can be sure they aren't sitting there for hours and hours. PS - If you are looking for beer, don't come here. They don't sell any. read more

We came here after the wedding. It was free slurpee day and we were determined to get our free slurpee. Hey it wasn't quite midnight yet so we figured we were entitled. Turns out that free slurpee day ended at 7 p.m. Well, we were a bit tied up at that time (you know, a wedding and all) so this was our opportunity and we wanted to take it. We were still dressed in wedding attire. I was in my dress, my husband was in his tux, the best man and his wife (bridesmaid) were dudded up too. The 7-11 worker tried to refuse us at first but bent to our persuasion for a free slurpee. It wasn't the best slurpee I've ever had, but it was a free one. Not only is it convenient and easily accessible but always has great employees who don't"t hesitate to greet you as you come in the door. -The Coffee Station is stocked and maintained clean even when it is its busiest. Reyna is an employee there who is liked by all who come in because she is always very nice and available to get whatever pleases your coffee taste.
