While I was waiting for my car to be finished, one of the employees (Oscar) came over and politely asked me to confirm my ticket number. Once I did, he handed me **$220 in cash** and explained that the vacuum had sucked it up from underneath my seat while they were cleaning my car. I honestly had no idea the money was even there, and it would have been very easy for someone to keep it and never say a word. Instead, this employee went out of his way to find me and return every dollar. Honesty and integrity like that are hard to find these days. Great service to my car. And for 30 dollars full service it's pretty worth it. They cleaned everything from the Sap from a tree and the sticky stuff from a plant. Also very family friendly. While my car is getting washed I can go to the convenience store and get me a snack and a drink. Great place would recommend. read more

Paid for the truck to be vacuumed and it was dirty the didn't even bother to dry the truck bed. The place was dead and they had plenty of employees but no one bothered to ensure the inside was clean. I've had 2 washes here. The first one was so impressive that I came back. But I was very disappointed today. I paid $35 plus tip and didn't even realize that they didn't even clean the interior dust off my seats and interior. This is after I told them I wanted the interior wiped down and cleaned. I came in on my lunch mid-week to get a full car wash ($25). There was one car in front of me. In total 6 different employees touched my car. I watched as they diligently dried and cleaned my car. Unless you are paying for full serious detail, I don't usually expect that much in terms of every detail getting touched. However, I watched one of the employees walk around my car and spot clean areas. I'll definitely come back for a future wash mid-week. There is limited seating outside, I can imagine on a weekend it can feel crowded waiting for your car. At the very least, it's reasonably shaded where you wait. read more

I come here for their car wash. This location has a full service one AND (if you're in a hurry) a drive thru car wash. The nice part of this car wash is they hand wash your car before pushing it thru the water wash. Then, they hand dry your car AND use armor all on your tires for $10. There's no penalty or upcharge if you have an SUV, and they offer you a bottled water if its a hot day. The drive thru service doesn't get your car 100% clean, but its 90% cleaner than it was before. THIS PLACE WILL RUIN YOUR OLDER CAR!!! I went there because it said 100% Hand Wash and I wanted something a little better than the drive through wash because I was taking it to be sold. So what's better than drive through... that's a 100% Hand wash right? NO, they power washed a big chunk of my clear coat off. Which in turn took $250 off the sale price of my car. Then as their resolution was a letter telling me don't bother taking them to court because they have already dealt with this complaint before, but they offered to clean and detail my car. Why on earth would I want to come back, just so that they an ruin my car again?!?! Honestly, I don't care if it won't hold in court. If you are going to a lot of court cases on this, you are the problem!! It's just a matter of being thoughtful to your customers and showing that you want to make things right. There is no reason a car should come out worse than it went in, if you are professionals then you should know how to take care of older paint. I will never use their services again. I am not the type to speak poorly of others but this is really inexcusable. I get that accidents happen and they accidentally power washed my clear coat off because it was old and nobody cared. If you know this can happen with older paint then you should be able to dial down the pressure washer or I don't know wash it by hand. Very clean and friendly staff just wanted to let people know to watch out for this guy. Second time seeing him here but was different this time. We made I contact and he started approaching me, then he suddenly went behind the pumps and around the building in the center as if he was trying to get behind me. I was already waiting for him to come around the corner and he was surprised to see that. I got in my truck and he got very close and hovered by my driver side window until I left. If your going east on 17th, you have to make a u-turn or a left at the light to get in. Plus to leave and get back on 17th east, you have to go out the side driveway exit to wait at the light to turn left to get on the street. But, it's all doable. My mats were filthy and it looks they left a wet rag on my back seat and left a white water stain. Reading all the current reviews I was skeptical because they were bad, but my coworker goes here frequently and said that it is very good so I tried it. I was very happy with the service I received, I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but you can't do that, so I figured that for $20 Full service wash, it earned 5 stars. There were still a few crumbs, and the car was a little wet in some places when I got it, but otherwise my car is about as clean as when I bought it. He told me it would be 50 minutes and my car ended up being done at around 35 minutes, so I was very surprised, and happy that I didn't have to wait so long. All the dirt that I couldnt get off the outside was gone, and all the trash that was stuck in my seats was cleaned out (honestly was worried it might not be but I am so happy that it was). This place can be better. There is two entrances to the gas station/car wash so it is convenient to go if it gets packed. They have restrooms which is good (rare for gas stations in Santa Ana) Staff is friendly, location is near the freeway for easy access. I love the car wash even with the wax included, all for $20 is awesome. Discount on gas if you get a car wash. They clean the outside really well and vacuum the inside as well. The car wash itself I would rate 4/5 because they could be more precise but hey you're only paying $15 for it, if you really want a legit job go pay more money for detailing. The wait depends at what time you come, I've come at 11 in the morning and it's super quick 5 min max. I've also come at 4 and it's packed w everyone coming after I work, but I usually always wait unless I have somewhere to be. The workers are super quick and friendly, I see them run from car to car and it just amazes me at how fast they finish these cars, I always remember to tip. I can't complain w my $15 car wash, so much that I purchased the monthly unlimited car wash, it's more convenient for me since I live around the corner so I can basically get it washed every day and get my money's worth within 2 days.
