I stopped by this Chevron gas station to use their touchless car wash because I read online that this place is touchless. It might not look like it because you see the brushes but you get to select the option of touchless or soft touch before going into the car wash bay. I went inside the gas station to pay so I can confirm it was touchless and because I think it's safer to pay there. The lady working the counter didn't really understand me but another guy working there told me it was touchless and recommended their top tier car wash option. My car is already ceramic coated so I just wanted a quick wash to clean off the dust and pollen. Keep in mind that the touchless will not fully clean your car from mud, bugs, bird dropping and etc. Just be reasonable, I thought the car wash being touchless was great. The drying process gives you about a full minute. It did a great job on my car and since my car is already ceramic coated with some extra topper protection, the extra water beads on my car will fly off when I'm driving. read more

I always get the Ultimate wash and 9 out of 10 would get jipped on the rainbow soap, and end up with the regular wash. The cashier are often rude about it when you tell them. read more

More expensive than every other station around it. Employees seem uneducated and ignorant of company policy. Now this is my fault, I typically forget to enter my rewards number, the only reason I would come here. The cashier could not change my purchase even though I had not pumped. The cashier specifically told me it is company policy to NOT remind customers to enter their rewards number for savings. Too much of a headache. Thrifty gas and USA gas are down the street. Uodate, it's been a while, went here again because low gas. Pump would not accept vons rewards. Cashier could not enter vons rewards for me. She said, "maybe next time." Tonight at 8:30 I purchased a car wash and it didn't work. I went inside and asked the employee if he could start it because I think something wasn't working and he gave me a new code and it still didn't work and as I was just sitting in my car he comes up and starts yelling at me that it's my fault that it's not working and that my car isn't close enough to the sensor because it's sensitive and I went to move up and he started yelling at me and throwing his hands up screaming "NO. You need to leave" and i said do I need to turn around and he just kept yelling at me so I turned around and got back into the car wash and then it finally worked but the employee was a total jerk and he was really rude and had a temper. I always come here for gas because it's cheapest and this was my first time getting a car wash here and I will not be returning to this location because that employee harassed me. read more

Horrible experience. I go inside and pay for my gas I come back to my car, I pick up the nozzle, I press regular and I put it into my car.... nothing happened. I retried it and repressed the button. I walk back in, let the guy know it's not working. This happen 4 times. The last time I go in there I walk up to the widow without having said a word and the guy starts yelling at me. None of the any other times I didn't say anything other than it's not working so I was not arguing with him or blaming him in any way. I said I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm owning up and can admit that I make mistakes, and I honestly did not know what I was doing wrong. I was seeking help but did not ever ask this guy to pump my gas for me. He told me it was not his problem, that it's a self served pumps. I know it is but how hard is it to make sure your pump does in fact work???? I don't know how all these systems work so you cannot expect me to know what all is going on. I DID NOT deserve to be yelled at by the guy with the twisted tips on his mustache.
