This 7-ELEVEN is a little different than other 7-ELEVENs that I have visited in the past. Both cashiers the man and the woman were extremely helpful and right away they asked me if there was anything I needed? I said I need to check all 3 lotto tickets that I have purchased last week, the machine was working, but the guy told me to give it to him and he can check them for me. Now I am a millionaire:-)) LOL. Won $10.00 and was so excited. If it was someone else, they would have bought more lottery tickets and probably lost what they have won. In my case, I took the $10 and walked out. The store was in a very nice condition. Everything was fully stocked/organized, and it was spotless clean. Just like other 7/11's they have everything from coffee, to drinks, sandwiches, to snacks to fast food on the grill. Now, my main concern is, where should I invest that money? Stopped by 7-Eleven to try some of their fried chicken. I have to admit... these are quite something at $1 / piece. There is a mix of drums and wings. Between the Buffalo and Spicy Sweet Chili wings, they are both very lightly sauced and seasoned, a huge difference from restaurants that drown their chicken in sauce. At first, I considered this to be skimping out, but it really was the perfect amount of kick. The only part that became less enjoyable was the interior, which was fairly bland. This location doesn't carry nachos even though they have a full sized fully stocked nacho bar and nacho sauce dispenser in the store! When I asked to buy nachos the worker guy looked at me like I was insane. His response was "nachos? NACHOS?! why do you want nachos?" As if I were some crazy person asking for a weird request. I'm so glad this place opened. It's even closer than the store for me. They have all kinds of stuff which is awesome. It's pretty much what you expect a 7-11 to sell. The coffee of course is always great! All the employees who have helped me so far have been really nice. They have this rewards program which is cool. Just need to enter your number to sign up and you will save on certain purchases. Saved. $1 on 2 sodas today. Sometimes it can get busy but the cashiers move along quickly. Lots of hot food selections as well. In a small plaza but you should be able to find parking. Reading these previous reviews, I don't see any issues myself. I've been in and out of here many times and my family always stops in. We never had any complaints. Sometimes homeless chill there in front but they really don't bother anyone or camp there. I've been coming to this 711 for awhile. Ownership changed and the integrity of this business has changed too. They overcharge PREPRINTED price on merchandise to their own amount. Prior to walking into location, I saw 3 people walking out without mask on their face, which currently violates Los Angeles Municipal codes. I brought that to the clerk's attention. We went to this 7-Eleven for the first time to get Slurpees for party at our kid's school, which is down the street. It's close enough that the drinks would not melt so two of us went with a cooler to get 13 large Slurpees. We needed an extra box and the owner there helped us by giving us a box and helping us pack the drinks into the box in cooler. He also gave us three extra drinks. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. The store itself is larger than other 7-Eleven's that I've been to. I'll definitely go again I highly recommend them. read more

When this store first opened, it was a great experience. They have the newest slurpee machines, and all the fountain drinks were good too. The thing that ruins this store, is the prices for refills are not the same as the ones posted. On top of that the staff is very confrontational, and combative about the refill pricing. I own a refillable 7-Eleven cup that I always use when I got refills, the problem is I always paid a different price for the same cup. I was told by the cashier that the owner put in a rule to charge twice for larger refill cups from 7-Eleven. I had a free drink on the app, and because of this rule I was not able to take advantage of the free cup, and I still had to pay something. For the most part I have not had any problems with any 7-Eleven, and usually have a good relationship with the staff since I am a big regular. The combination of inconsistent pricing and ridiculous rules has given me more than enough reason not to go back to this store after giving them several chances. For the owner of this franchised 7-Eleven, STOP DOUBLE CHARGING for 7-Eleven refillable cups. It makes your store seem crooked. The whole point of a reusable cup is for it to be cheaper than buying a new one! read more

Extremely well maintained, shelves are immaculate, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are coffee drinkers and the coffee section is exceptionally well-stocked, with all supplies neat and orderly.
