I've had consistently negative experiences at this 7-Eleven, especially with the new obese woman cashier. She can barely muster a hello back, comes across as extremely bothered and rude, and her facial expressions make it clear she doesn't want to be there. I walked in asked for 2 packs of cigarettes as usual. The cashier charged me $2 extra when I asked why? he said that's the price but the price displayed was cheaper. After repeated questions why I'm over charged he began to call me names with racial slurs he then took his apron off told me to come outside to fight him. Decent 7-Eleven location. There is always fresh coffee late in the morning and the coffee area is always clean and well supplied. The employees are friendly. I don't usually buy hot food here (just packaged snacks), so I cannot comment on that. They have a lot of beverages to choose from. The store is always clean and well kept. The parking here is horrible. There is a tiny lot and some metered street parking. I usually walk over here, so that is not a problem for me. 36/100 read more

If I could give no stars I would. Paying customers. Requested to use the bathroom which was open to the general public after being in desperate need driving for over 3 hours. Guy behind the counter then claims someone is in there. We say we'll wait. He leaves us waiting for almost 5 minutes and then changes his mind and say employees only. If you're restroom is not going to be open to customers put up a sign. Don't lie to people. We put the things back we were going to buy. This isn't how you treat people. read more

Pros: The bottled water was cold. Cons: 1) Has the same angry, unfriendly, disinterested employees that don't say hello or thank you that you would expect to find at a 7-eleven in the Valley. (There must be a school that they all go to teach them to be this way.) 2) Water was expensive. read more

Hummm.....let's see... Only reason why I came here was to see if this location had the Jarritos Mandarin orange slurpee and they do! I must say the older guy with a turban is very polite. Every time I stop by he blesses my lotto tickets and says, "good luck my friend" however, I wouldn't eat the food here. The condiments section is usually a mess and the pizza is not good. You might see a homeless person out front, but never had anyone bug me. I think the people in the earlier posts are exaggerating. The parking can be a pain in such a small lot. I recommend parking across the street in the Pets mart lot. Lastly, y'all got to try the Jarritos Mandarin slurpee, drink one and watch your day change. read more

Love all the employees. Everyone is nice, friendly, and always have a positive attitude, I've been coming to this store since I was 16years young and the same people I knew then still work there which is great. They always keep the store clean as well as the outside. I come most of the time to get my scratchers fix. I love playing the wheel of fortune games. I'm addicted. I'm going to that 7 11 almost every day just a regular store with regular people. The daily staff isn't that nice but the nightly staff is good. I work night shifts so come by at 2 am to by some coffee and donuts 4 stars!!! read more

This is absolutely the best , safest place to buy snacks and other food items. All of the staff wear masks and gloves. There is a barrier between the customers and staff when paying. Also they put a credit card receptacle where they do not touch it, and they let the customers scan their own items. They sanitize frequently. I have bought things there at night and have seen the staff mopping the floors. Safe place if you are concerned about Covid19. read more

These stores are always dodgy. You usually only stop if you really need something and often the prices are ridiculous. I use to stop for smokes, but now that I quit smoking I haven't been back to this spot LOL. I just always hate the atmosphere outside...dislike the not so safe feeling. read more

They run specials and then tell you that the coupon or special posted is expired. It is 11 pm and no one all day was able to remove the signage that I simply handed the clerk? Monsters, red bulls, coffee, beer lol. They have it to get you through the day, very clean, red box outside. They of course have a ATM inside. I highly recommend their vanilla ice coffee is sooooo good for only 1.99. Staff is always ready to help and very friendly. Parking is small specially during the afternoon. read more

Well I wish that review left by Michel'le M. was true but unfortunately its not: Some people are just assholes as I encountered. First off lets be honest: This is nothing more than a cigarette/snack store. I NEVER come to 7-11 to buy anything really but hey someone's gotta stay open for those late night folks. So I go into the store just to pick up a simple sandwich or something. Almost immediately the clerk comes across the entire store and starts re-packing where the cold foods are RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSE ME! LoL so first i just laughed it off, then he did it again...This point im kinda pissed so I asked him am I in his way...either he didnt understand English (which I highly doubt) or he didnt wanna respond. I move over and he did it AGAIN! By this time now im pissed so i asked him whats his problem...and he ignores me. Before I completely caught a case on him I realized the lovely Tarzana PD was right outside and he wasnt worth my time or business so he politely got cussed out and I left.
