I had 10 yards of hardwood mulch delivered last week by a different company, and it turned out I needed a LOT more than I realized. So, the following Monday I called Chev's and requested 15 yards of mulch, and told them I needed it ASAP. Surprisingly, a delivery was possible as quick as Thursday but most likely Friday, and sure enough it was delivered on Thursday. The driver, Raymond, gave the common courtesy to call me first and confirm the appointment as well as provide me with his ETA. This was very convenient since he was dropping it at my VRBO an hour from home, which can cause a lot of wasted time unless they are as punctual as Raymond proved to be. He was very polite, helpful, cooperative, and patient. He was willing to spread the mulch in multiple areas as I needed, and was rather pleasant throughout it all. The mulch was the lowest price I could find in the area as well, and the delivery was less than half of what I've paid with other delivery companies. They're my recommendation above others with mulch delivery at the least, which I imagine they are just as good of quality service in others they provide as well. Chev's Trucking & Topsoil was very responsive to our request for river rock and sand for our flagstone pathway. Aggregate prices were reasonable and delivery charges were fair. James and Tyler delivered my order in two separate loads the very the next morning. Their customer service was outstanding. They took the time to help me determine the correct size rock for my walkway project before delivering it to my house. They were very friendly and took their time to unload the aggregate in an appropriate location that would not cause any damage to my driveway. Chev's exceeded my expectations when they delivered Topsoil for the 3rd time in 2 years to my residence in Bella Vista. They communicated very well from the time of order to the time the Topsoil was delivered. I was very impressed with Jeff #20, the driver who delivered the Topsoil, he called about 45 minutes ahead to let me know he was coming and he was great about not getting tire marks on the driveway. He put the Topsoil in a very tight spot and strategically placed it right where I wanted it without damaging the trees and shrubs in my yard. But I went to their website and they are actually a provider of bulk soils, compost, mulch and gravel of all sizes. Here in Bella Vista AR, we have a lot of wild rocks popping up all over the place. Chev's has great topsoil to keep the rocks under control.
