Robin made my visit very pleasant! This establishment does quite a bit of drop off laundry service, three staff members were busy folding and ironing laundry for customers. For individuals who opt for self-serve washing and drying, they have a variety of different sized washing machines, and an entire wall of new dryers. All the machines are wiped down after each load and appear super clean. The cost is reasonable for the self-serve washing/drying. I did not inquire about the drop-off service so I am unable to provide insight on that service. They offer two coin machines, as well as vending machines and an ATM. The staff informed me that they are completely remodeling the business, they are adding six new big washing machines (60 lb and 80 lb load capacity), they are putting in new flooring, painting, closing off the back right section (which is where they will be performing the drop-off service tasks of folding, ironing, and bagging laundry. They are also going to add a patio table outside of the entrance and changing the name to "The Laundry Room". The remodel should be completed by the end of June 2025. When I need external laundry services I will definitely return to this business.

Great to find a spot where my crazy pregnant brain can find peace getting my laundry done at odd hours of the night. Firstly I was greeted warmly by the attendant, Charles and as I walked in further to find a machine to pick he showed me two I might be interested in. I picked the bigger one even tho my load wasn't that big because I'd rather have the extra room instead of shoving it all in there. He brought me a buggy without me asking which was very nice of him. I loaded up and waited in my car just because it's 2am and I want to watch YouTube videos without being rude to the other patron of the place. It's 2am on a Tuesday morning and there are 3 of us here plus an attendant. It's well lit and clean. I feel safe, so far so good. I used a 4 load machine w warm water which cost 5.50. It appears that your cost goes by your temp. Makes sense. I usually go to woodhill laundry all the way on the other side of town and have been for several months. I like Meadowthorpes hours though. Can't beat a 24hr spot esp when it's clean, warm, and has friendly service! The only 24 hr laundry's I have been to were sketchy. This ain't! Also decently priced I'd say.

You get prepaid cards and use them on the machines which makes it easy so you don't want to hassle with a bunch of coins. They also have an attendant there that will help you if you need any assistance. Every single time I go you have to fight for washer and dryers. I usually bring at least 5 loads of laundry so I try to go when no one is there to get them all in at once. Today was the worst experience by far. Not only did some creepy dude come and take one of the washers I was using instead of using a one washer next to the ones he was using but then I had people TWICE come up and camp out on the folding table I had set all my stuff on with my phone and quarters. The second time it happened I was pissed and I told the woman that had just shown up that it was my stuff and I was using that table. The employees were quick to tell people who got there first to use the washers, but didn't even give me a chance to unload the washer I was using, that I was sitting right in front of. The washer she emptied was all my personal clothes with underwear and stuff and I don't want some random person touching that! The biggest frustration every single time I come by far is the broken washer and dryers. The employees don't do through sweeps throughout the day so if you are forced to use one of the bottom dryers and your stuff touches the floor (nasty) then whatever is on the floor gets on your clean clothes. There's a couple of machines that eat quarters so if you don't know you wouldn't notice it. The ac is also not on so it is hotter inside than it is outside. Every time I go home I find huge hair balls with other peoples hair in my freshly cleaned laundry. I wish I could buy a washer and dryer and have one installed at my house so I could be done with this place!!

You'd be surprised what you can get in that washing machine. The washing machines are always clean and well maintained. As for the laundry mat itself its clean well lit and has seating available . It's a short distance from where we live and in terms of a laundry mat it's my favorite hands down.
