They told me I need an abs module and a new engine mount and they fixed my brakes but that was the only thing they fixed. They told me the car would be all good in 2-3 weeks. So I financed with them and I waited 2 weeks and they told me the abs module is still on the way. I already waited and was in a need to get my car fixed asap for work obviously and to take my son to school and doctor appointments. I took my car to another shop because I needed my car fixed asap and didn't want to pay for rentals out of pocket. The other car shop fixed it the very next day and got the abs module the next day. I went back to safety auto repair to see if I can only pay for the stuff they fixed. The snap finance wouldnt let me only play for the stuff they fixed. Unfortunately I still have to pay for the abs module. They told me the abs module is 1500. I asked if I can just have the part and see if I can sell it since I'm paying money for it. The lady wants to tell me the place they ordered from picked it back up since I didn't need the abs module replacement. So I asked if she can reorder it so I can sell it . This car shop told me they ordered from TransWest Auto parts. I called them and they told me they have not placed an order with safety auto repair. Which is weird because she left a voicemail saying she has a tracking number and the part should arrive on June 5th and she can give me the tracking number. I called for the tracking number and all of sudden she says there is no tracking number and the order isn't showing. Lies and lies. There was a time where I called them 23 times straight and no answer and her excuse was " my husband doesn't speak English " Everytime they don't answer my call I would have to go in person just to get a hold of them. 2 months have already passed and I went to the store to get the part because I was so over it. I had to cuss them out just to get my part. I finally get the part and it's not even for my car ! It's for a 2004 Toyota. My car is a 2013 Honda accord V6. First you have me wait for 2 months for a part just for you guys to lie right in my face and not even order the part and can't even refund me the money for it. They are just messing with me at this point. Right after I found out the abs module is wrong I went back to the shop and the daughter is there and I tell her that her mom gave me the wrong part and I want to talk to her. The daughter told me she has no service. The son walks in and I ask if he can call his mom. The daughter wants to say he has no service either. They can't lie either. All of sudden the work phone wants to start ringing. I asked her " so you don't have service but the work phone is ringing ". I kept bugging and calling for the past two months to get my part. They are scammers and will have excuse after excuse. And yes I did cuss them out and threw the phone at the desk because you guys got me messed up. Don't even wanna give me the receipt. Already reported them. Not dealing with them anymore. The lady has the audacity to tell me to be patient. Nah forget that. You guys f me over. Yes my crashout maybe have not been necessary but being lied to and messing with my money is not okay !

I recently bought some new coil overs and had them installed here. First of all the girl, who helped me set up my appointment didn't even know what coilovers were. She quoted me a price and it seemed too cheap compared to other places including the quote I had gotten from here before so I reiterated and she still gave me the same quote. When I arrived for my appointment the gentleman helping me said your shocks will be ready at this time. I reiterated once more that I wasn't replacing the shocks but I was installing aftermarket coilovers. I told him that I told her three times to make sure because I didn't want to get quoted a price and then charged a different price. Needles to say he agreed to do them for the price quoted then later called saying they need an extra part for the installation that coincidentally costed the difference between the quoted price and the price I had gotten before. So no I didn't pay the agreed quoted price. Which I could live with because I knew it was too cheap but it was still unprofessional because I had gotten a better price elsewhere. I had gotten the installation of the coilovers and a four wheel alignment. The install was completed and I thought I'd get my car back riding smooth as ever but right away I noticed some issues. My car was not smooth at all and I could also hear loud clanging noises when I turned my wheel which never happened before. I had a buddy of mine balance my tires and fix the air pressure and the car felt nice and smooth again but I could still hear the loud clanging noises. I took the car back to this shop for a retorque and let the gentleman know about my concern about the loud clanging noises. Although I had an appointment that I made a week in advance and expected it to not take all day long He said he had a lot of cars ahead of mine and I had to leave the car all day. The part that made me furious was after leaving the car pretty much all day I didn't receive a call or a message explaining what caused the loud clanging noises or explaining what probably happened. I wasn't made aware of what the issue was or how it came about. I simply received a quote upwards of $1200. I asked for clarification on what the quote was for if I had brought the car in for a complimentary retorque and for them to check why the car suddenly started making those noises after they worked on it. The reply I got was what shocked me the most. Two messages. "Retorque is done." "Noise is tie rods.". I was pretty upset at this point due to the fact I didn't have my car all day despite having an appointment and then not even getting an explanation. I decline the work due to the fact I had just paid a pretty penny for the coilovers and installation and didn't want to spend double on another problem I didn't even understand. I show up to the shop hoping for an explanation and possibly to sort things out. The girl who I assume set up my appointment is at the front desk. She sees my invoice and looks puzzled at what she is seeing so she goes and asks the guy in the back about it then comes back to give my keys and invoice. I ask her a question about it and she has no clue how to answer so she runs back to the guy and instead of coming to talk to me the gentleman just sends her back with an answer that didn't even answer my question. The worst part is when I got my car back it was all shaky and a rough ride and not smooth how my buddy had left it before bringing it back in. At this point I decided to count my losses and will never be back to this shop.
