I was promptly contacted by Yee Lor from Kocourek Chevrolet. First of all, I prefer to communicate via email due to work availability, and he fully respected that instead of calling. I appreciate that sooo much!!! I told him what I wanted and he sent me a suggestion. When I went to test drive, he was out with a different customer, but everyone else in the facility was more than happy to help until he got back. I had my 84 YO mother along with me (gotta make sure she can get in/out of my vehicle!) and they were so patient and accommodating for her! I ended up getting a 2020 Traverse and I absolutely love it! When I went to pick it up, they went through all the features/bells/whistles with me so I knew how things worked. Of course I had a long list of questions with me but they answered every single one. In addition, there were two (fairly minor but annoying) cosmetic issues with it and Yee spoke to his manager and got approval to have them fixed. Excellent service! I particularly appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me into something else. They respected my choices! VERY nice group of people over there! Definitely would go back again!

    Sales department when I bought my car in 2016 were very good. I bought a 10 year warranty. Now is…read morewhere the troubles begin. 9 years into the warranty I have been having TPS sensor (Tire Pressure Sensor) indicator on. Took it in late 2024 to have it serviced. 10 miles from the dealership the sensor comes back on. Set up another time in December 2024 to have it looked at again and half way home the sensor went out again. Fast forward to December 2025, took it in again before the warranty expires and half way home again the sensor went off. I drive 100 miles on way to have it serviced. I told them to replace all 4 tires sensors because I didn't want to drive back again. One goes, they all begin to go. They only replaced the right side of the car. Is this really worth my effort one more time??!!

    Very very poor communication!!…read more I made an appointment for my car to see what was wrong with my rear window because the defogger wasn't working. I received one phone call from them the entire encounter. The only time they called me was to see if I wanted it fixed, and only told me the price of the repair kit, which was like $60 (which I'm fine with). with that information, I told them to go ahead and fix it. When I go to pick up my car, my bill comes out to $350! I was just shocked. they could've communicated with me what the total cost would've been before anything because I would've just bought the kit myself and fixed it myself if that was the case. Not to mention, I had to make all the calls to see where in the process they were with my car. First evening I called, the tech told me it would be done by the time they close. I get there after work to pick up my car, and the tech that was still there told me my car wasn't done yet, so I have to come back tomorrow for it. I leave for the night, next day I don't hear a single call or anything from them and so I called early afternoon to ask if my car was done and they said yes. The night I went home, I looked at their work and it was ridiculous, only 6 small lines in the rear windshield that they had to touch up (And did a half ass job on). I will never use this dealer again for any of my services. I just paid and didn't complain because I wanted to leave that place asap.
