During the busy Nights of Lights in Saint Augustine, I parked nearby and started walking toward the Christmas lights when I came across Chez L'Amour. The gorgeous atmosphere, live jazz music, and supper club vibe immediately drew me in--I just had to go inside. Even on such a busy night, there was no wait, and we sat at the bar. The espresso martinis were made to perfection, the tostada was a 10/10, and the Wagyu beef slider was amazing (I'm a beef lover, so it was an obvious choice for me!). This place is now a must-visit every time I'm in St Augustine.

We were passing through St Augustine after a day on the waters, decided to eat here since it was one of the only Restaurants in that Downtown area that had parking spaces available. We walked in and were promptly greeted by a Gentleman that asked if we had reservations? We replied "no" and he seated us. The decor is a little odd, there doesn't seem to be a theme, it's a mix of contemporary and not even sure how to describe it, there's a lot going on. They had a set up for photos, and Luxury handbags set up on a back Bar area, the employee said it was a Pop up Shop. We ordered: SAN MARCO SCALLOPS scared, beurre blanc, basil oil, charred This was delicious, but only had 3 Scallops, perfectly cooked and great flavor. COCONUT CURRY POPCORN passion fruit, raw honey, whipped garlic This chicken was so salty i had to eat some of the bread they served to try and help with the saltiness. The sweet bread rolls were very good I was not impressed with the food or the Service overall.

My husband and I went for the first time before I gave birth to my last baby. The food is absolutely delicious, my husband enjoyed his drinks and I enjoyed that they were able to recommend some fun non alcoholic drinks for myself. We were excited as it is advertised as more of a Jazz Bar, but the music was pretty loud, and it was a random mix of music. The service was wonderful. It is adults only, so just plan accordingly if needed.

If you're looking for a space to rent with delicious food, impeccable service and a gorgeous, unique aesthetic - look no further. Some fam booked Chez for a birthday celebration and it was an incredible time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the bar was a whole vibe, and there was room for a band and dance floor. The service was fantastic. The staff poured drinks, refilled buffet items, and cleared plates like ninjas -- smiling ninjas, of course. The food was yummmm--we had the Fritto Broccoli, fries, steak sliders and datil pork belly--and my mouth is still watering just thinking about it. And guess what---they have their own parking lot. It's not huge, so if your invite list is long there is street parking along the road, too. Will definitely return for a normal night of service when they have live jazz.

We attended media night on a culinary journey at Chez L'Amour, where love meets elegance. Indulged in tapas-style small plates, upscale cuisine, decadent desserts, and soulful jazz tunes, all in the heart of St. Augustine at 45 San Marco Avenue. Experience the passion of owners Alberto and Jeanetta as they transformed an 1800s house into a sophisticated haven for food, music, and love. 10 star's excellent service ambience and delicious food! Chez L'Amour in St. Augustine offers a romantic and charming experience with its elevated uptown dining. The tapas-style small plates and luxurious desserts add a playful touch to the dining concept. The romantic and elegant decor, reminiscent of French art deco, sets the perfect ambiance, enhanced by the delightful live jazz. A truly enchanting culinary experience. They offer veg, non-veg and also gluten free options. Chef Ellie Rose pours her heart to prepare every dish to perfection. We sampled the pizza, mussels, beet tartare and coconut curry popcorn chicken all created by @chefellierose.  Everything was just so decadent and delicious.   The mocktails were just as delightful we had the Cats Meow with lemon, raw sugar, ginger, seedlip & Bandleader with beet, almond, fennel, lemon. @bitesbubblesandjazz is the perfect spot for date night, girls night or you can reserve their entire party room for a special event.  They are open Wednesday - Saturday from 4pm to 11pm and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. 45 San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine Learn more at bitesbubblesandjazz.com

Great place for a date night or night out with friends in St Augustine. Beautiful atmosphere, live music and a great bar for cocktails. The chef is innovative and creates dishes with fresh ingredients. Love the ambiance and vibe. A must visit if local or visiting the oldest city. Service is great, seated timely and servers are attentive.

Very romantic spot. Beautiful decor. Definitely upscale. Drinks are some of the best I've ever had. Went back for seconds another time during our time in St. Augustine. We like some of the food others just were not our cup of tea. Very attentive service.

We have dined in many establishments in and around St Augustine and we've had trouble finding any with ambience. Chez L'Amour has the ambience we have been looking for. There are low lights and candles and a more "romantic" vibe. The food is more small plates and perfect for sharing. The live music is a really nice touch. And, they have a parking lot! We loved it and have recommended it and will definitely be back!

Great place for unique appetizers and entrees. We came for an early dinner and we were one of the very few customers that was seated. Little by little the place started getting crowded. We also witnessed a live band prepping and getting ready for tonight's gig. The food we ordered are meant for sharing and that means we get to taste all of what we order. All the food we ordered was exceptional but I thought the popcorn chicken was uniquely presented and the chicken was nicely battered and fried. Desserts and as well as the live band ends our dining experience memorable. There were still so many entrees we weren't able to taste and order because we have no more room to eat. We'd like to come and try the other things we didn't get to taste.

We went early and were seated in the Violet Room in the back. It was quiet and good for conversation. The front room is much more lively with the bar and the musicians. Music starts at 7 PM. We were greeted promptly and the service was consistently good throughout the meal. The star of the show is the food. Most things are small plates so it is easy to try several things and share. There were four of us and we loved everything we ordered. But my favorites were the Thai mussels and the mushroom plate. Very interesting flavor profiles and a knockout chef, Chef Ellie Rose knows how to make creative and delicious foods.

My boyfriend and I went a few weeks ago on a Sunday evening and it was an all around fantastic time!! The restaurant/bar is gorgeous! The drinks were super delicious and creative! The jazz band was so talented and enjoyable to listen to and watch! Just a perfect evening. I hope they continue to have live jazz music on Sunday evenings. We'll be back!!

We walked in and found seats by the bar, the staff were friendly and the bar tenders are knowledgeable. Highly recommend to make a reservation prior. They have good espresso martini!! The food was fantastic! And there was a live jazz band which is a beautiful touch for a nice dinner. The only thing that I noticed here is they charged % for the band, included in your bill. Other than that, this place is amazing and I highly recommend for date night or a nice ambiance dinner.

The Ice Plant location was historically St. Augustine's first power and ice complex. Now the building has been revitalized and has The Ice Plant and The St. Augustine Distillery. The St. Augustine Distillery is connected to The Ice Plant and is a great tour to check out right before heading to grab food at the restaurant. There are a variety of guided and self-guided tours. My spouse and I checked out the self-guided tour right before we grabbed dinner at The Ice Plant. The tour isn't particularly long but was filled with information. After the tour, we headed upstairs to the restaurant. The restaurant feels really spacious with its super tall ceilings. There was lots to look at reminding us of the previous use of the building. We ordered the hand cut fries, strawberry and beet salad, and the gochujang marinated pork chop. I also ordered a few of their drinks, each one featuring different types of ice to fit the drink. Honestly all the food and the drinks were so good, but the easy standout of the night for both my spouse and I were the pork chops. These might have been the best pork chops I've ever had in my life. The pork chops were incredibly tender and juicy, not dry at all. I was expecting it to be a little dry, as I feel like pork chop can sometimes get overcooked, but no. These were so juicy and tender. I asked our server how the pork chop was cooked. Our server said that the pork chops were cooked sous vide, which makes a lot of sense as to how they were so tender. I've already told my spouse if we are in the St. Augustine area again, I would make a special trip just to get these pork chops again, they were that good. I really enjoyed this restaurant. This was my favorite spot we checked out in the St. Augustine area, if you are ever passing by the area, check The Ice Plant out!

The Bloody Mary is where it lost me. $15 is a serious price for a cocktail, and mine arrived as a tall glass of ice with what was left over poured around it. By the time I was a few sips in, it was mostly meltwater. For that money I'd expect the drink to outlast the ice. Suggestion for the house: given the name, lean into it. Send everyone home with a free bag of ice -- at least then I'd feel like I paid for something I got to keep. Would go back for the food. Would think twice before ordering another cocktail.

Our mixologist was named Talon; he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He started by asking us what we usually like to drink (spirits and flavor profiles). Once we gave him the information he needed, Talon proceeded to make us some amazing cocktails. I absolutely loved mine and could have drank them all night. I tried some of my friends' drinks and they were all excellent as well. We ordered several appetizers to share (guacamole, wings, empanadas, and mojo chicharrones), everything was very tasty. Talon came back over to ask us what options we'd like for our second round or drinks, so we all went with something different than the first order. Every cocktail he served us was really good and based on our individual tastes and preferences. I wish I lived in the area because I would go to Odd Birds regularly. The night we were there, they had a secret disco going on in the main dining area which sounded like a fun idea. I loved everything from the drinks, food, and interior decor.
