It was tasty but a bit understated on the flavour. You could tell the smash burgers were home made - but it just needed a little bit more. The pulled pork nachos that my wife had were amazing! The in-house made corn chips were excellent, and the pulled pork with its sweet (but not too sweet) sauce added a great topping and protein to the nachos. I'm from town and happened to be nearby -- I was at Sappyfest, which was taking place right on the same street as Ducks aren't Real -- so I walked over just two minutes later to check out the vibe in person. As the photos show, it wasn't slammed. There were a few guests, sure, but it wasn't chaotic or packed. So being told there's "no time" felt less like honesty and more like I just wasn't worth the effort. Customer experience matters. So does communication.
