Going local I ordered the Poutine. Fries were covered in brown gravy with cheese curds. Amazing flavor. Don't know why we don't have this in Texas. We also ordered the charcuterie platter. They had asked us to switch tables partway through dining to accompany a larger party, which was fine for us and they offered us a complimentary dessert for the trouble. Since we were stuffed, we took the dessert to go. It was a deconstructed dulce de leche cheesecake and it was rich and so tasty. Would definitely return!
