I highly recommend Chi Chis as a place to go to get a great manicure or pedicure. The service is great from the time you call to make your appointment to the time you get your nails or feet done. My preferred manicurist is MY, but good luck getting on her calendar! Everybody loves mine because she is so great. But anyone there would do a great job for you. By far, one of the worst salons, I've been to in the villages. My gel mail polish started chipping within two days. I have never had that happen. Additionally my toe polish started chipping after about six days which again I have never had an issue with my toe polish chipping. It's the middle of the winter. It's not like I've been in a pool or hot tub. It's very strange. I can only guess that the nail polish they use is old The lady who did my nails was very nice. I didn't like is there was another client in there with an iPad who was watching a TV show she was not wearing earbuds. It was blaring. It was so loud. I like to go to a salon to relax, not listen to somebody's TV show at full sound. They should've asked her to shut that off immediately. read more

Had my nails done by the owner Chi Chi herself and go to this place at your own risk... they can't do a simple nail art and charged me $56 for shit work. 0/10 recommend this place they are very pushy and rushed me when i made an appointment, very disappointed and i wasted my money , NEVER AGAIN!!! i asked for a set that isn't a very difficult set to do i could do them on my own if i really tried but that i go was just disgusting and unacceptable for them to let me walk out like that. read more

I have been searching around for a nail salon that would be affordable but also good for at least 6 months now. Chi Chi's is for sure the best so far. Other ones are insanely expensive for my very simple needs. ChiChi's is more on the affordable side. I am very happy with my nails. There is still some "extra acrylic" under the tip of my nails so a smidge eh about that. But overall. The salon is simple and the staff smiled and laughed with each other. They know their clients by name who are regulars and are very kind. I would recommend them for sure. read more

The 2 first times that I went in, it was pretty nice, I forgot the name of the girl that I had but she did a really good job even with the waxing, I was really satisfied. The 3rd time I went and I specifically made an appointment with the same girl, she was not there, right then I was disappointed, then I got yelled at by the manager/owner female because I didn't specify that I was getting gel nail polish and she wouldn't shut up about it, didn't even ask why. I canceled the nails and did just the wax, not only she did a horrible job, she did it as fast as possible and still talking about the freaking appointment. When I got home is when I noticed that I still had most of the hair on because she didn't even get me a mirror to check it. If I go back, I will make sure it's the other girl or I am walking out. read more

Scheduled a gel pedicure. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. Plain water for the initial soak, nothing added. Massage was not anything other than a light touch across my legs with some lotion. I asked for a gel pedicure but when the tech started putting on the polish it didn't look like gel polish nor was it the right color. When I questioned it, he said it was "ok" and because I chose a glittery color (it was Christmas :)) he said only the top layer would be the glitter. It looked great once completed, however, a couple of weeks later the polish starting coming off my toes. And I don't mean flakes, I mean almost the entire nail in one piece. Never had a gel polish come off like that let alone after a couple of weeks. It usually lasts me over a month. Overall, not impressed. I spent around $60 for a 30 minute process that only lasted for 2 weeks. Very underwhelming. I won't be going back there. read more
