They are unorganized with their via booking. They didn't know I was on the schedule and made me wait longer. One of the staff members named Nayely decided to take me in. I requested a hair dye and trim. I asked for BLUE BLACK HAIR. I even showed MANY photo references. This lady kept sighing and placing her tools very aggressively on the counter. I got the impression that she clearly didn't want to work. Half assed work she did when washing my hair. My hair turned out to be just black hair. Not only did she do the hair color incorrectly but she also lied saying that it has blue in it. -.- She left my hair sooooo dry and it got stripped. I was very unpleased with the service. Save your time and save your HAIR and go somewhere else that actually knows what they're doing. Not worth the $120+ dollars.

I consistently have issues at only this location. I have a full bikini pass and added a butt strip and she told me it was $79! Excuse me I have a pass so I told her just add the butt strip, then she tells me it's $25 for just that! So I ask when did that happen? And gives me a saucy look with saying idk! I told her I go often and the other stores are cheaper. She does not care. Another girl chimes in to help her and she at least said sorry and fixed it to the correct amount of $14. The original gal never apologized and just had a nasty arrogance about her. Idk why it's hard to apologize for trying to overcharge your customer and make them wait way longer than needed. The wax specialist wasn't great either, I asked her to apply pressure and she barely did it and then had to do way too many strips (I go often, so I know) and she left a bunch of wax still on me. Just avoid the menifee store is the moral of the story.
