I took a risk and tried this hair salon. They are now called COLOR CUT PERM I wanted a gray/silver color and they all gave me an opinion that is very much appreciated. Sam, the owner is EXTREMELY NICE. We went ahead and agreed on getting a red hair color. After we put the color on my hair, it came out different that what i expected. It was like Ariel from the little mermaid red. I wasnt to thrilled with it, but what the heck. It was New years eve anyway. Go crazy. I went back days later and told them that it wasnt the red we talked about. I wasnt being mean about it because i honestly believe that if you communicate well to people, you will have better results and come with a better plan. I didnt attack them because they are really nice people. They fixed my hair a wk later, and everybody is happy. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! read more

I have been coming here for hair cuts for years. The staff is really nice and can hold a conversation with you. I really enjoy that because I don't like the feeling of a quite and awkward haircut. They do a really good job on their fades and blends. The staff has gotten to know me and how I like my haircut so well I can just go in and get my hair the way I wanted without saying a word. Horrible place! I went to get a retouch and haircut MAGGIE said the total was going to be $110 when I check my card transactions I see I was charged $150 I called and spoke with a guy I explain the situation and he was so rude and disrespectful! I asked why I was getting over charged he said they charge $70 for the retouch $45 for the haircut and $35 for a 2 inch trim! My haircut turned out horrible I completely hate it and just to top it off I was overcharged and disrespected by the guy! My mother-in-law came here to get highlights only to get a very dark looking mess. If you're looking to get your hair done professionally, do not come here. If you are looking for a mediocre "hair salon" to mess up your hair and be completely rude and treat the customer with no respect then by all means, this place is perfect for you. BEWARE the owner will not offer to fix the hair THEY RUINED, he will threaten to call the police unless you pay full price. That is exactly what happened to my mother-in-law when all she wanted was for the salon to fix her hair and they declined with much disrespect. My wife and mother-in-law have come here for a couple years on the regular to get their hair done and I have accompanied my wife on one occasion where the owner was actually very pleasant to us. Sad to see that he apparently is a changed man and now disrespects women and threatens 15 year old girls. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

If I could give this zero starts, I would. Brenda does a fantastic job. She's extremely sweet and she's amazing at what she does! There was a time where I got my hair cut from Betsabee but she ended up ruining my hair. She could not do a fade to save her life and I was upset so I went back so Brenda could fix it. I heard from some of the other stylists, that Betsabee was complaining to her boss about how picky I was and I was very unsatisfied with her level of professionalism. Sam, the owner, who appears to be pushes nice, isn't at all. He tries to make you feel welcome, but he's extremely pushy (ie. if the stylist isn't there or is busy, he you to go with someone else who doesn't know how to cut hair well. (Betsabee)) and doesn't treat his staff well. He went so far as to call out one of the stylists' work ethic in front of the customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

This shop was good, it's located near Winco in Peris, They dyed my hair to a dark brown to make it more natural for an interview after I had dyed it green months before. They don't take appointments so you can just walk in, but call to check the wait time. read more

Beware! It's sad to say that there's no work ethic here. You will get the best service as long as you agree with the work and pay and walk out. I went in for highlights and color. I explained exactly what I was looking for and I was assured that it can be done. Even before she started I explained and advised her make sure the base color you are applying is not dark. She assured me its not. Half way through the process I told her the color looks really dark. At this point, I feel she could of done something to make the paying customer will be satisfied with the final outcome. After 5 hours when she finally washed my hair it was really dark and it was nothing what I had requested. I feel i came in paid them $200 and they did what she pleased with my hair?! Really I'm the customer and I'm paying?! Once I voiced my concerned and requested for it to be please fixed?! The owner stated it looks fine, pay the $200 or I will call the cops! Really!? You didn't do what I asked you?! On top of that he screamed at my 15 year old daughter to get out of the salon. Wow! So what will I do?! I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and other agencies. I was just asking for her the fix the mistake! I expect to get what I pay for!! read more

I always come here for a trim on my pixie cut. The first time I cut it from long to short the stylist I went to did a bad job. I found this place and I come here all the time and request Erika. She does a great job and gives me just what I want! I just have to show her a picture reference once and she nails it every time! This place is great and everyone is nice and friendly! read more

So I just left this place basically got kick out. My son is a special boy and was yelling and was scare of the clips so we was at it for about 10minutes and I was holding him down. The owner came out and told the hairstylist that's enough we are not cutting his hair here. The way he said it made me feel awful. He kept saying we will no longer cut his hair here. I said I heard you the first time. I am crying because I have never felt like that in my life yes he was crying and screaming but no other place can cut his hair like that hairstylist. Since day one I have always brought him here! They left my son undone tomorrow is the first day of school. NOT KID FRIENDLY! If you have a crying special child. Go somewhere else! horrible do not go & waste ur time! yati and the manager betsby have horrible customer service they make you sign in but go in the order they want. first few times went well normal hairstylist not there. my son gets a comb over fade but needed a cut so decided to try another also wanted a cut for myself but yati decided to skip me and take the guy who just walked in! really so i called to talk to the "manager" who began to make excuses for yati and ignored my concern as a customer lol all i said was i am a unhappy customer i don't like the excuses you're making for her so i assure you i will not be going back and she said thats fine and hung up.... i will try and call sam see if he cares about his business but definitely not going back... betsby cut my hair the last time did not do a great job, i was going to try yati again but failed! read more
