Update: since my mom has passed away I've started going to Jeni more regularly in attempt to remedy back pain from sleeping in a chair for four years. The relief she has provided me has been life changing. Also, she's helped me to understand the pain and how i can help extend the healing properties of massage at home such as certain stretches. Her personalized approach to care is what I appreciate most as well as her ability to make me feel relaxed at each session. The reiki has been an amazing experience too. My massage was rescheduled for 15 minutes later and when I arrived there was a girl there. I asked her if I need to sign any forms and she said no because I had done it online. She directed me into the room and I told her where my problem areas are and she began the massage. Halfway through the massage, she realized that she was massaging the wrong person and I told her that I saw my appointment had been rescheduled and assumed that they needed to change the masseuse. She went out of the room and supposedly talked with Tim and asked how he wanted to sort it out. She came back in and continued massaging me. The girl who massaged me give me an okay massage and was able to work some of the knots out however I still felt a strain in my left shoulder the next day. She seemed either unprofessional or frazzled or both and also mentioned that they don't get paid off as much from Groupon's. Mentioning that to me seemed highly unprofessional and unnecessary. After the massage it was very awkward and she did apologize for the mixup however I could tell she did not want to be there. The environment itself was not very relaxing either because I could hear the cars go by outside in the room as well as people talking outside of the door. When I left that evening there were also several stray cats wondering in the parking lot and that was not attractive. Needless to say I will not be going back and would not recommend this place.
